I travel a lot for work, ended up staying here a couple nights at this absolute dump of a “hotel.” Half the doors don’t work to get into the building, besides the room, nothing gets cleaned in the hotel itself, the bed is one of the worst I’ve ever been on in a hotel, and had caved in from previous stays, half the lights in the room didn’t work, A/C and heat worked when it wanted to, shower didn’t work, there’s some sort of construction going on without there being anything done somehow. Please, do not stay here, even for the price point, if I had known it would have been this bad of a stay, I would’ve gladly paid triple for a better hotel. Good staff doesn’t make up for poor hotel conditions.

Worst motel ever. I've stayed places where I woke up with cockroaches running across my face and it was a better experience than staying here. Asked about WIFI for my work- they said yeah we have it. First room- ZERO signal. Wall paper was falling off the walls and had visible black mold and major water damage. Room was hot as hell and the shower was like what I imagine getting peed on is like. Tub filled with water while showering. Pee might have had more pressure. 2nd room- supposed to have better WIFI but NO. Room was unbearably hot, the ceiling texture was falling off in sheets and had more water damage. I have a FLIR camera and the CEILING was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit!!! I slept on the love-seat next to the AC where it wasn't unbearable hot. The whole place is falling apart. People were nice as could be but the management needs to scrape that place and start over!

We stayed at this location for a month because we paid in advance and we’re unable to get a refund. The website we booked from had outdated pictures for sure. My son was really excited to swim just to find out when we got there that there’s no pool. It’s closed for “renovation.” No laundry room. No breakfast. No coffee pot in the rooms. The room the ice machine and vending machines are in is so hot, there’s no ac in it at all. We got letters on the door saying we were going to be kicked out because we didn’t need housekeeping services because we brought our own sheets but they want to be able to come in the room twice a week to look around I guess. There was trash by the bed still and a lot of broken things and trash around the outside of hotel.

If I could give zero stars I would. From the time i checked in till check out I regretted renting this room. The check in lady informed me if they smelled anything it's 100$, pets 100$...but yet yall don't clean yalls rooms. Under the bed was filthy. Half of the wall was gone and showing studs...the check out lady was even more rude when I went to check out. Asked where my key was told her I left in the room as I always do at hotels and she acted like she wanted me to go get it...and heaven forbid I ask for a damn receipt. The customer service is lacking big time and idk how this place is still open.

It's an old place it's beautiful it's huge with swimming pool the price was very decent. I got it for a very very low cost I was very happy with the price. The room was clean it had two beds in it the mattresses are very bad they're very old mattresses they're broken down from people sitting on them other than that I had no problem with the front desk clerk she was awesome her name was Michelle she was very professional she had an awesome attitude. And she came up with a smile and any questions I had she had perfect answers for. I'm very happy staying in that place. They did not serve breakfast between 6 and 9:00 like everything says they will. They did have a sign up since they will be starting to served breakfast again soon the apologize because of the coronavirus. I don't know what the rooms normally run at. If it's any kind of prices that the rest of the motels had I would not recommend there but with the price that I got I was very satisfied under the circumstances you pay for what you get.

My family and I stopped at this place to rest and it was gross inside the lights didn't work only the bathroom and it looked like no one cleaned anything right. The beds were very hard and small. Definitely don't recommend this place whatsoever!!

Asked for a non smoking, got smoking, asked for different room, at first that room smelled okay but later it became obvious it was a smoking also. Fan on ac barely blew, pillows looked used and slept on, towels looked like they had been in a too drier. Tub (and this was a complaint on the reviews going back many years) shower partly worked and the tub filled up with water while you showered. In general the place looked run down and not well maintained.

This property could be great. But it isn't. Most of the rooms have issues, ranging from cleanliness to non-functioning AC or refrigerators. In general, the place is worn out. If you are assigning inside room, the atrium is generally in the $120° plus range and as a result the room AC is really can't handle it. No elevator so be upstairs rooms are accessible by climbing a filthy and long staircase. I have stayed here probably 10 times over the last year and each successive time has gotten worse. Not going back ever again

Extremely terrible reception. Front Desk has different signs than what is in their contracts. Which will therefore cost you money. And all the receptionist's are Completely And utterly terrible at their jobs. Theirs always Sand in the rooms as well. Plus they don't clean every day. And when you try to go in the front lobby the front door is locked 90% of the time. Service and everything about this place screams shut down

I'm not sure where to begin here... I'll try to keep it simple PROS: security cameras abound. Well lit parking area. The room was for the most part clean, and spacious. There is some work being put into the building and the room has been updated. Bed was well made, looked clean and with no stains. Bars, and restaurants nearby. Cheap enough for one night to possibly overlook the...: CONS: felt abandoned. The structure is HUGE with a massive but empty atrium, yet only saw a handful of guests; all the rooms facing inward gave the place a creepy surreal vibe as every curtain was open but the glass was covered in sand, which was everywhere! This is common for the city but my God there was a film covering every surface that I could see. Doors to the outside were left open so of course the common areas were covered with dust. The AC in the room was loud and the vents filthy with sand, and the towels... Well, they clearly have seen much better days and needed to have been changed out for newer sets years ago (or burned). They had an odd scent to them, had been discolored by years of washing and use into a dull greyish yellow, and looked like they belonged more in a car wash drying bin then in a hotel room. While the location was close to bars and restaurants don't make the mistake of walking to any of these places. This is not a safe town though that is no fault of the hotel. There are certainly worst places, but they have better towels. This place does have potential, hopefully in a few years if and when they finish renovations, it can be a place worth spending the night and your money in.

Even the roaches don't want to stay here. I would never pay to stay here. Will tell my company that this need to be taken out of our system. No food near by and they don't have breakfast either. Even the soda machine has no soda.

Place definitely needs a remodel. However the staff is friendly. Beds comfortable and there was hot water for the shower.

Horrible, very disgusting the shower tub is black, no Wi-Fi outlets are black and disgusting. I asked for another room because the pictures online show different from what you get in person. The front desk lady doesn’t want to give me another room. Very bad service & very disgusting place.

Definitely do not recommend. The lady (forgot her name) was super rude and petty. As soon as I walked in she was being being mean to a customer making him pay for a night he wasn't staying in even though it was before check out, when it was my turn she took it out on me and lied despite me being kind. Was promised a refund but still yet have gotten it, it's been almost 2 weeks since. Never have I experienced such ugly service. Hopefully she gets fired and they update their management. The worse thing, she was laughing at the end. If the owners can reach out please do so.

Don't go there. That be all. 4:30 am pretty tired after driving a lot. Reservation for 2 pm. Came early, able to pay $25 early check-in. After 15 minutes waiting the lady told me the system is down so she can't charge me the fee but she didn't wanted to give me the room. 05/21/2022

They waited out side my door in the morning about 10am - 10:30ish and if I came out to smoke they ask me .. "are you done yet?" I thought it was rude and it was weird that they did that. And it was a male so a male standing outside my door being pushy was uncomfortable.. how ever they did have a nice room .. there was still trash behind the TV and under the bed and night stand left by the last guest.. not really worth 70 bucks a night .. and for some reason they lock random doors like to the court yard at weird times causing you to do a lot of walking to get back to your car .. also no breakfast and no one at the front desk in the morning .. I probably won't stay there again .. there are better choices in town.

They have new managers and they are really making things better. They have some of the rooms redone and the others cleaned up. Now serving breakfast and new lights on the building and parking lot. I had a really good stay and will be going back. I will be taking my entire crew to stay there.
