I ordered through Uber Eats chicken wings poutine , wings and fried fish tacos through Uber eats and this is what shows up. So basically they just gave me fries with pieces of cheese on top and chicken and sauce separately and I was supposed to make my own poutine with no cutlery . The two other items were also missing btw. The worst part was when I called they pretty much just tell me to call Uber and they said they have a big event so they can’t hear me and it’s not their problem . What kind of customer service is this ????! I don’t care if you have a big event or not but this level of screw up is so unprofessional. I’m never been this upset and I can’t believe someone can screw up this bad .

First time going to St. Louis. Seated and had bad attittude from the server, who appeared annoyed and irritated. Found out later that she was working alone. Ordered drinks, and one of the drinks was not done right. After ordering food, server comes back to say it wasnt available, at least two items on menu were not available. The final kicker was the wings were burnt, black edges and crunchy dry. Server claimed that's how they make their wings. I don't know if all locations serve burnt wings, but that's what we got. Never going back to St. Louis Bar and Grill.

Maybe your staff should focus more on doing their jobs, and less time out in the parking lot smoking & drinking. When we asked why our food was taking so long, we received a snippy response of “we’re busy” meanwhile your staff were actually outside partying. Edit: after reading through the reviews, the owner only responds to the (very few) good reviews. Maybe you should focus on fixing the many problems your restaurant has before you go under 🤷🏼‍♀️

Robin was our exemplary server! She went over and behind to accommodate our party of 20 people. The food came very fast and and the customer service was top notch! I was so impressed with her solving problem skills. Words cannot describe how fantastic the food and service was. If you get Robin as your server, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time at your restaurant a week ago today mid afternoon It was Thanksgiving weekend and Our Server was working alone but WOW she really out did herself making us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was really good and plentiful. Overall it was a great experience!! Kudos to the young lady Ari who was working

Wow, what a difference in this restaurant since the new manager, Andrew, took over. The atmosphere was great and the service was even better. I've been in the past and the restaurant definitely needed help. Well, it looks like it got the help it needed because it was a great experience. I recommend anyone who was not happy with their previous experience, GO AGAIN. You won't be disappointed!

Great atmosphere, tons of screens to enjoy multiple sports and the food is on point. Ordered cauliflower bites and they exceeded my expectations so many amazing flavours to choose from. The staff are so friendly and the service is great, super accommodating, they changed the sports on the screen for us!! They actually seems to care if you come back, thank you Andrew, Andy & Bri, I'll be back.

Our nachos barely had any added ingredients. My chicken tenders was almost burnt. Too salty. Our server was attentive but busy. And the table we were seated at was not properly cleaned.

We were a party of 12 on the patio on Monday evening. Our server was Anthony, and he was wonderful. The food was hot and he brought it out in a timely manner, kept checking on us and was joking with everyone. . Good job Anthony!! We appreciate your efforts and the kitchen for hot and delicious meals’

Driving by and saw the Tuesday wing special. $22 for 2 lbs. Went in for take out. CAUTION! Dine in only! The poster even says so, IF you brought your magnifying glass to read the tiniest mouse type you're ever likely to see. I left mine at home, alas :/ Seemed suspiciously light, and for kicks I threw it all onto the scale: I get it, pre-cooked weight. Result: 1lb 2 7/8 ounces. There are 16 ounces in a pound. IOW, pretty much a pound :/ And they were not good. Won't be back.

Service was good and the staff seemed to enjoy their work. Had ordered wings and they were small and over cooked. My partners burger looked like it was from a frozen box. Only saving grace was the garlic stick.

This location is so poorly run.l and staff are not trained well. We've waited fo hour to get our food and now waiting 20+ minutes for a take out order we ordered online. Corporate needs to step in to this place in line as its killing their brand.

This place is absolutely garbage!!! Wings were made in old oil and smell like rotten food. We were there on Sunday evening and there were only one lady who were serving everybody, so we were waiting her all the time when we need something! Totally unacceptable service! Plus that lady were pushing us to pay 18% of tips for this garbage service! Totally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!

Late lunch not busy in restaurants but only one server/bartender. We didn’t want to sit at bar and they were great with accommodating. Food was good. Got apps, fish tacos & French onion soup. Soup was ok but fish tacos were excellent and very filling!

Had a great dinner here! Waitress was super friendly and very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I would definitely return :)

Party of 6 went Sunday evening for dinner. Terrible service took forever to get drinks ,45 mins for appetizers. to come. Meal came except one persons, two people were finished by the time last one came. Restaurant was half empty and we watched them turn people away. Absolutely terrible service. And a waitress actually sprayed me with her cleaning product all that she could say was oh do you want me to get you a napkin. We are local people that enjoy going out for lunch or dinner ,will not go back to this restaurant or recommend to anyone. Actually the worst service and food I can remember having.

Had a particularly bad meal last week, the bill came and was incorrect. Resulted in two visa payments. One was promised to be cancelled. Did not happen. Returned to get bill corrected. Nobody could help. Left messages to have the general manager/owner call (3 times). Not a call. Staff poorly trained and no authority!! When I did get in touch with the manager/owner it is all my fault. No ownership of bad food, only I am entitled to my personal time. Which I acknowledged just have staff on duty to fix up simple issues. The final insult is a coupon only good on certain days. I guess I got to eat on their schedule. You can do better in Collingwood

The place is great, just close to downtown Collingwood. Good view and excellent food It was bit slow since they did not had enough workers but that will not stop me from giving 5 stars Must try waffle chicken
