I’ve been to this location before for a facial and it was great but when I went for my massage it wasn’t a nice experience. The day of my apt they called less than two hours before to let me know the masseuse won’t be in today so I need to reschedule for a different day or later that day for a different location. Then they called back saying another masseuse can actually see me and I was fine with that. They said that my apt would start 15 minutes later than my origins apt, so I clarified at 11 then since my first apt was at 10:45. They said no and that my original apt was scheduled at 10:30. I told them my confirm email said 10:45 but no worries since 10:45 would be perfect then. I get there at 10:35 incase there’s more paperwork. I wait until about 10:55 and then go back to the front desk to ask how much longer of a wait until my apt would begin. They said my apt is at 11 now. I asked why they would tell me 10:45 but make it for 11. They said sorry for the miscommunication and my apt will start soon. I waited until 11:05. The massage was good but I was just in such a annoyed mood going in because of the front desk that it was hard to enjoy the actually apt. And depending on who confirms your apt, checks you in/out some have an unpleasant attitude and some are nice. Just a lot of inconsistencies.

Let me start by saying my wife and I have been getting massages frequently (2 times a month) for several years. Including local massage's and traveling to resort spa hotels for the weekend just to use their spa. The place is very well done, and has a very peaceful feel when you enter. The front staff was polite but not over friendly. I purchased the serenity signature massage for 90 min at $185.00. It's a combo of aromatherapy hot towel and hot stone massage. The room was nice however the bed was extremely hard, relatively speaking for a high end spa. At this price point you would expect zero G fully adjustable, head and feet, memory foam tables. Realizing this when I laid down I requested a knee bolster. They have small feet bolster, however, no large knee bolsters. So my back got stiff half way through the massage. The therapist was pleasant, but, didn't ask me basic questions like: how do I like my pressure, are there any areas you would like me to work on or to avoid. Standard questions a therapist would ask to a new client. Nothing, just lay face up and we will get to it. t. The massage was below average for a massage costing $60 let alone $185.00. When the massage was complete you received a paper cup of water just like Massage Envy. I live in the area and was excited to see a new high end spa with excellent service and staff, what I received was national chain spa but double the cost. Hopefully they can fix it. I truly wish them luck.

I just had my first prenatal massage with Jackie C. and I can’t say enough good things. First the atmosphere is very relaxing and enjoyable. The massage itself was simply amazing. I left feeling like a completely new person and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this massage location and Jackie!

Probably the best spa I have been to. Everyone is so inviting and sweet. I received the serenity signature massage. Kevin was an amazing therapist. It was 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Awesome!!! Going in a few weeks for the hydra facial!

What a perfect way to spend my birthday. From the kindness and professionalism of the staff and service providers to the beauty and tranquility of the spa’s decor. I had a European facial with dermaplane (relaxing and thorough) a Seaweed bath soak (out of this world, smelled and felt so good) and to finish off my day, I indulged in a 2hr massage. This was the right choice for me. It was like taking myself away to a resort spa without leaving town. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I had an appointment for my first visit last week. It was not my last! Kate was a pleasure to work with & the atmosphere is calming. I booked an hour appointment and will be booking longer times and other services in the future! Thank you!

Wow. Talk about ambience and interior design of a high end spa. Serenity looks amazing, but will burn you with scalding water and unsafe practices. I scheduled a bath and was called the morning off to notify me they did not have the supplies for the selected bath I was allowed to purchase to at this new location, so I switched. Everything was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The problem started when I put my foot into the tub and nearly fell down from the burning sensation of fire from the scalding water. After 10 minutes of trying to get cold water into the tub with no change in a giant bath tub I asked for help and a thermometer to test it. Having a newborn and testing water temperature daily gives you a good idea of the temperature range that is safe. This was way above and I did not want others to feel the pain I had just suffered. The front staff came back with a thermometer and dipped it in so quickly it declared the water was only 90 degrees. I asked to use it and left it in until it stopped raising until 107 degrees. I have been in volcanic baths with warning signs at 106 degrees. This is outside the safety range for humans. After this I asked for ice to cool the bath and I was told I could turn the water to cold and let it change. There was no ice or other option besides redrawing the bath and wasting everything. It was so hot I ran the cold water through the hand shower over my head the entire time to be comfortable enough to stay in the bath tub. When I first got in I noticed a fly floating in the water with me. I drained the bath down 50% and filled it with the coldest water the faucet produced a total of 3 times. After 45 minutes I was finally comfortable and started to understand the joys of the spa. It was then that the timer went off and it was over. The staff asked how it was and I said not very good because it was so hot the whole time. They said they have gotten multiple complaints about it being too hot and would offer a membership discount. I said ok and left deciding I should have left when they lied about the temperature or do not know how to use a thermometer. They called back an hour later saying the bath was comped due to all the issues and the fact I never received the bath I scheduled. That was very nice but putting people in danger with poor temperature practices is abhorrent. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen like McDonalds scalding old ladies with such poor service. Don’t go for your own safety.

I visited Scents of Serenity for the first time today. It was calm and beautiful inside. The front desk associates were quick in getting me checked in. I had a massage with Susan and she was amazing. Absolutely loved my experience and will be back and booking with Susan again!

First time at this salon (live in Atlanta; up here visiting family) and Jana was absolutely amazing! Not only was she very friendly and easy to talk to about my concerns, but Jana was also very educational in what I was doing and what it was doing to my face/skin and in what I should do instead and how to do it! I have had facials before at respectable places, but this place and Jana just blew me away! So much so, that I am having my mom and daughter get a facial with Jana too! Sad that I can't take Jana back to Atlanta with me, but grateful this company has an easy to follow and order website so I can continue with the Eminence Skincare line! Thank you again Jana 💓
