I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Schwarzschild! I was looking for a wedding band to go with my engagement ring that was a family piece. Brooke put so much time and effort into helping me find the right ring that matches perfectly and was within our budget.

The staff is most professional and give personalized attention to my needs, and Brooke especially was/is very focused on making sure the customer feels like family and eased my anxiety over having to have my rings cut . Everett at Schwarzschild was amazing to us! My daughter and I went in to get my rings cleaned (not purchased from their store) and he was so kind to help us. Went in to get a necklace cleaned. As soon as we walked it, Brooke approached us asking if we needed help. She cleaned all of our jewelry, spotted a loose diamond in my engagement ring and let me know. She wasn’t pushy while we browsed, but very helpful. Stephanie helped my husband and I with a jewelry repair. I admired the diamond band that she was wearing and asked if she had any similar bands there. She was very knowledgeable about the products and showed us several rings when we came back to pick up the repair. Much to my surprise, my husband purchased one of the beautiful bands! Ginger was absolutely amazing. I came in with my grandmom to see if they would be able to fit my grandparents wedding bands for me and my fiancé and they not only fit perfect but look beautiful and they were done so quickly! They were able to keep the engraving on the inside of each ring as well which just makes it even more special. Ginger was amazing to work with and she made sure the rings were everything we wanted and then some. She was so personable and fun and she made sure that we got exactly what we wanted.
