Incredible week in Djerba. Beautiful kite spot, shallow & flat water, spacious, with friendly people. Flo went above and beyond during the week and we were able to progress quite quickly with his instruction. Also really enjoyed a quad biking tour that we did. Lovely villa with rooftop to watch the sunset & its a 10 mins walk from a beach

Simply amazing! Oasis Kite Camp is clearly one of the best experience in my life. Flo and Sam built such a great environment at the camp, always bring up the best mood, sharing great meals and evening together all of this rotating around the kitesurf sessions. The high-quality and very personalised lessons provided by Flo, Sam and Tsam made learn the basics of kitesurfing within a week. All in all, this was one of the best experience I had in such a camp, combining sport with beautiful surroundings and amazing people! I would give it a 10 stars if I could!

Sammy and Flo have created an amazing kitesurfing camp. Their passion for the sport is apparent and infectious. From sunny filled days on the water, to slow evenings sharing a meal, I felt like I had been received by a new family with open arms. Learning to kitesurfing exceeded all expectations I had. Sammy and Flo go above and beyond to ensure you learn properly and have a great experience while staying safe. It was such a privilege to experience the culture of the country, try local foods, learn different customs, and practice some Arabic words. Djerba and Oasis Kites have a special place in my heart ♥️

It was a pleasure, to be part of the “Oasis Kite Camp”. The villa has a lot of space for only 8 – 10 people which stay there. It has even a whirlpool for after the kite session which can be heated until 40° C. Everything is very well organized, and the staff (during this time: Eli, Tsam, Sam and Flo) takes always care, you feel at home. As they just started the business around two years ago, it has already a very good quality. If you want to be in a kite camp with a lot of people, it’s not the right place to stay for you. If you like to be in small group of 8 – 12 people including stuff and have personalized discussions and adventures, it’s the place to be for you. A nice place to visit during days without wind is Djerbahood, a very nice small town. But there are other adventures like a “quad tour” possible or even visit other places further away by yourself. Go to the desert or other nice places around. Also, I liked the spirit of Flo, which offered me, to kite longer as the group of which took the course and then come back to the villa by taxi for example. Also, as we visited Houm Souk, he told me feel free, to walk around by yourself, as I already knew the place. Also, in Djerbahood he offered me to stay longer, as he saw, I really liked the place. It shows me, they don’t want you to force to join the group 100% of the time, if it doesn’t fit to your own needs. I like this, since everybody has it’s own needs… So don’t hesitate to book the camp, you will like it, if you are uncomplicated and straightforward. And if there is no wind during your time, don’t give them the blame, since it can happen everywhere 😉 In my situation I even left one day earlier, since we had 4 days very good wind out of 5 days. There is an airport on the island very close to the place and you can go by taxi or shuttle to the camp. If you come form Tunis, there are direct busses, or the “louage” which is the best way to travel in Tunisia for place to place, since you can find it in every city and the location can be found everywhere on google maps. If you like another experience, there is also a train from Tunis until Gabes. But don’t expect a very clean and nice train – I still very enjoyed my ride by train, since the seats are way more comfortable then in Switzerland, but also way dirtier and more broken :-D which was not a problem for me. So thanks again for the nice time and experience to Eli, Tsam, Sam and Flo! I hope you all move towards your plans/goals in the next years. Cheers Gino

Best kite camp ever! Sam and Flo are amazing hosts, the whole camp is perfectly thought through with great food and lovely alternative ideas if the weather is not that suitable for kiting. The accommodation was perfect too. Most importantly I made great progress during the camp and enjoyed the lessons to the fullest (thanks to Tsam!). I am looking forward to joining them again as soon as possible!

Flo, Sammy and the rest of the crew are amazing. I spent a week and a half in Djerba, Tunisia learning from scratch how to to kite. They are patient, professional, will push you to achieve what you came there to accomplish and all around wonderful human beings. Feels like a home away from home with old friends. Don't hesitate and just book! I can't wait to go back, maybe Sicily or Greece next time 😏

Highly recommended, an extraordinary kitesurf experience! Perfect for beginners as well as advanced kitesurfers. Small groups per instructor, so you can make very fast progress based on your experience level. In case there should be no wind, they offer plenty of different activities like quad bikes tours, yoga lessons, SUP trips or cooking with the locals. I’m sure, you won’t be bored! Very nice, caring, heedful and competent crew, familiar atmosphere and awesome villa made my stay at Oasis Kite Camp just perfect. I had a lot of fun. Thank you Flo, Samy and Matti.
