I really recommend that place for all visitors of this beautiful and historical village Honestly, this place is amazing. I loved that the owner she is so kind and friendly, we talked about culture and history... I enjoyed that coffee cup while I'm sitting at the floor and watching this creative place with Amazigh style, I like the the seating area out - door is nice also and comfy. keep up the good work Kawtar, and hope to see you aagain in sha'Allah

A real gem at the heart of a charming village! Being there was a unique experience I will never forget. Drinking Tunisian tea with almonds while sitting on the floor and talking about history and culture is something I can do all day long. We hung out here several times during our 3 day stay in Tamezret. Kawthar is the owner and 5th generation to run the cafe and trust me you will not be bored in her vibrant presence. Let her teach you some Amazigh words and if you let her practice her english you'll be in for a treat. Oh and don't miss her delicious vegan "Mtabga"

Very sweet restaurant on top of the ancient berber village, near the mosque. Very beautiful decorative and authentic interior. The owner of the cafe is welcoming her guests in the 4th generation. She speaks french and english but most of all tamazirth (the original berber language). She likes to share the values of traditional berber values and traditions. An absolutely friendly and genuine person. The food and drinks reflect her passion of her culture and everything is very clean. It is worth visiting this place and relax in this lovely setting. Thank you.

👍👍 Founded in 1932, now in the hands of the third generation, the adorable Kauther, this is one of the nicest traditional cafes I have experienced. Where the proud history and culture of the Berbers is alive. The coffee and almond tea were awesome as was the brief dive-in-to the past!
