Great place for diy stuff and finding much affordable stuff.

We were just passing and it was pretty early, only the cafe was open. The security seemed reassuring by the looks of it, I would really like to return and check the place out.

Apart from the Joburg one, the Midrand China Town Mall would be my top choice (Others being Zambezi and Centurion). People are friendly, have a decent variety of shops, and also I took parents and children without feeling unsafe.

The mall is fine. However, be very careful with the hairstylist at the saloons there. They tried to rip off my friend when she asked how much a certain hairstyle. They said R550 and agreed on that, then insisted that she must pay first before they start. Midway through the hairstyle now they tell her she needs to add R40 per hair piece. And I asked her why you are saying it now. She said she forgot and she wants her money. So I advise use caution when you use those hairstylist because it seems like they are opportunists and prices would increase as they are working on you.
