Only experienced the drive through but I must say it's one of the better Mc donalds I've visited. Service was good and the food was served pretty quick, chips were fresh and nice and salty. Good job.

Not the nicest branch. Just tried to get the choc pie sundae offer on the app. But nobody in store appears to know how to get the app scanner to work. Decided to pay in full to save my time, they cannot scan for points either 🤦 Now we just waiting for these sundaes to be prepared. Let's hope somebody knows how to do that cos it's already been a while. This branch is not half as busy as Jean Crossing but they SO slow and inefficient :-( Everyone just waits around glumly knowing it's going to be a while!

I'm not unfamiliar with McDonald's falling reputation It seems like everyday there's a new restaurant that's supposedly better than it the chain at service,food, and atmosphere. But I'm gonna have to disagree. McDonald's can be great,their service can be good,and they can maintain a great atmosphere,and this branch is a great example of that

There were signs that said that no juices would be served due to water shortages in the area, yet some customers were able to order juices? It was a very hot day, and I think all would have appreciated the option

My little one was very hungry after shopping,strange thing she just 😭 when we got to McDonald's, the lady who was assisting our she was quick in making her food ready within no time my little one was enjoying her food. I'm truly grateful to the lady just didn't take her name,she was of great help.

Entered the store at 13:00. It's 45 mins later and I don't have my two meals. When the staff are asked about it, "almost ready". Branch isn't run nicely. If you want to waste time then come to this McDonald's. If you're in a hurry rather try another one that's further away. It will be faster

The worst Mcd. 20min on the drive through just for a burger with ready made chips and beef patty. But still wait 20min. Pathetic Service. I should have gone to KFC. I have never had a great service over 16yrs that I have been to this Mcd

The Guy who served Us here was so very rude that I even lost my appetite, The thing about McDonald's Lyndhurst is workers there care very little about customers I think I'm gonna have to recommend that McDonald's Lyndhurst should offer stuff training 'Cas is not only the guy! I have problems every time I go there

I had to learn to order on their stand alone machine, the lady at the counter was very friendly and she gave me a WiFi password

Its ohk to be honest the lines are quite long heyy and when waiting for your food it takes a long time more than the recommended time for a fast food restaurant

Good day. I was super disappointed with everything in the store example the ordering machine kept freezing, stuff was super unfriendly and grumpy. I took them nearly an hour to get our order ready. I have never experienced such. I hope you guys do something about it urgently.

Pathetic service.. Went in and ordered ONE burger. Took close to HALF AND HOUR to get ONE burger. It would have been easier and faster to make a burger myself.

I ordered chill cheese fries and salad that has an option that I can add delicious chicken and I added but the was no chicken even the chilli cheese fries, I wasn’t satisfied everything was limited cheese, chill and chips. I’m not happy at all.

I placed an order online. Macdonalds Boulders Midrand received my order for delivery. I placed a breakfast order.The uber driver delivered X2 Jalepeno burgers.I tried calling them several times,They don't answer their phones.How pathetic of them.Can some not read the orders. I got to this place at 20.00, I wanted to order via drive thru at 8.25 I was told they were closed and I was the only car there, couldn't you spare 5 mins to process my order? Pathetic

Hi I made an order this morning on the 25/08/2023 order number 3244 and added another meal which was 3247. It was supposed to be a four Boerie burgers meal with an egg. I got 4 drinks, 4 packs of fries and only 3 burgers. It's really not on and I tried to call in but your line keeps saying it's busy. Please resolve this

We felt they guys took too long to process everyone's orders Also we recieved orders in a torn bag on purpose and also had to place our drinks in the holders and we did not recieve our straws Also felt like I have now caught a stomach bug after having a meal from here Avoid especially when they are about to close !

Absolutely disappointing!!!i have been ordering on Uber eats for the past 3 weeks and requesting for the extra hot sauce to be included with the meal (Paid R8.90 even!!!) and still get the delivery WITHOUT THE SAUCE???? what must happen now?? SOZE PHELA!!!!

It sucks! Very bad service and on Friday 17 September 2021 at 20:50 a lady by the name of Sine refused to sell 4 X ice cream cones at the drive-thru. I will never set my foot there and will discourage anyone to go there because it was not the first time I had a BAD service.

The food was good however, when placing your order it is difficult to hear the person talking to you through the speaker. They cannot hear you and you cannot hear them. they either have to upgrade the system or the have to make sure that the person taking the order speaks loud and clear.

It's simply the best 👌...quick service.

The store manager was excellent as we had a large order for my team and she personally organised boxes to make carrying easy and even help us carry one box to the vehicles. I am not always a fan of this McDonalds as all previous experiences were terrible but it looks like there has been a change of the guard. Keep it up!!

I went to buy a happy meal for the kid and a soda for myself, instead the lady exchanged the happy meal juice for a soda. When I asked for a correction I was told instead to start the queue

The food was fresh and crispy. I expect a Drive-Thru to be quick but however on this particular day, there seemed to have been a delay with my order. I waited for a bit of time before my order was ready and this extended the queue.

Nice parking lot to have a quick bite if one is in a hurry. Relatively safe. Next time try getting a double quarter pounder with an extra patty :)

This is my second consecutive bad experience in this restaurant never again will I set food in this restaurant, the customers service is do poor it's not even funny. I bought 2 grand chicken burger regular meals with McFlavour fries and Rooibos for sit down after 15 minutes I had to stand up to check on my order as it was taking long, I collected my order on the counter that was supposed to be taken to me as it was a sit in order. Secondly when I request for my table to be wiped as it was dirty the staff member had the button tell me to look for another clean table, what a horrible service and don't care attitude atticulated by the employee. Thanks to another staff member that offered to clean my table and apologised for bad service, but I'm never spending my hard earned money at this outlet ever again.

Drive thru is always packed for a reason, good service. Love their ice-cream sundae. However it will be nice to have someone directing traffic at the drive thru entrance because it can be frustrating at times

They didn't give me all my cold drinks. I only realized that my order was short when I got home. So irritating was even bored to call them

The service at the drive through was slow and they got some people's orders wrong. I got a horrible done burger and a pain coffee instead of the Chia latte I ordered. The service is generally slow especially when you driving through. The concept of fast food is lost.

It was very bad firstly the lady who took our order from drive through spoke a language we didn't understand,she didn't save our order when we got to the window there was second person who asked us to pay for a wrong order,then she called the first lady who continued to help us in an unprofessional manner,there's was guy busy shouting its home time to the second lady who came to help us.That mcdonald's staff requires urgent customer service training.It was not our first bad experience there.Improve their service urgently and also if someone doesn't speak the same language as you,use English or call your colleague to come and help you. I'm very disappointed,I won't go neck there untill setting done about this McDonald cafe.

As other food joints it's my favorite fast food place. Liked the aprouch from the stuff and asking if I need assistance with the self service pannel. Also liked the apology given as I couldn't pay at the pannel. Like it alot

I think they were under so much pressure that the fries weren't crisp enough
