LATE 2022 The waffle has definitely improved but my fries were a bit unflavourful and the burger bun was stale. The wings weren’t well done and I swear I could smell a bit of over burnt batter on the chicken, but the overall food presentation was good. I don’t like giving Rocomamas bad reviews because they are one of my favourite spots. Please improve your quality control. *********************** EARLY 2022 Great open location within the mall, and the guy serving us was good. I’ve been to various Rocomamas branches but for some reason I just didn’t enjoy the pork ribs this time around. We ordered wings, ribs and fries combo. The wings and fries were crispy and delicious as always. I also ordered a waffle and unfortunately did not enjoy it at all. The icecream was already melting by the time it arrived on our table and within 10 seconds, the waffle was literally swimming in white sauce. Our waiter noticed this and brought extra icecream, and I applaud him for that but the chef/franchise needs to either purchase better icream or figure out a way of serving the dessert while the ice-cream is still intact. For this round I'll give them a 6/10 but I plan on going back soon to give them another try.

Wow wow wow. Fell in love with this place and food. Everything is too good. Can't complain. You will definitely enjoy the dining experience here. Food - Taste, Quality and Quantity are excellent Ambience - Excellent Service - Excellent Pricing - Very Much Affordable Don't miss go for it. Must try - You can try anything. They have option to replace any choice of the item with your preferred meat which is very good.

Lady Gaga was my waitress, I dined alone and she consistently checked on me and made small talk. The food was RocoLicious as usual! I was disappointed that they had changed the way they served the nachos as I was craving that cheesy gooey sauce however Lady Gaga suggested the feta bombs on the side and it totally hit the spot! Thank you Lady Gaga for being incredibly friendly!

Overall experience is 3/5. As we don't have very much special taste. I have ordered chicken burger and roadster burger and also buffalo wings. Burgers gives you a regular taste. But I am happy with the wings and the mayo served with it. Yes overall it will be OK. But don't expect too much😃

At this restaurant you can get a proper burger, and if there standard burgers are not to your liking build your own. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and perfect for a get together with friends and family. The service was good and the orders delivered as requested.

Indoors it's not as spacious as I would have liked but generally a great place to go to grab a good burger. I love the atmosphere and the service is great! If you're a foodie doing the hot wings challenge... You should definately come here, they've got the hottest I've tried so far🔥🔥🔥

RocoMamas should really take people's food allergies seriously. If I order a waffle with No chocolate source, that goes for white chocolate too. It's not the colour of the chocolate I'm allergic to, but it's the coaca powder. The waiters must please take order specifications seriously. I almost died there. 😢

We had a marvelous time on Sunday 30.01.22. The food was too good. Our waiter Xolani was the best. Attended to us with a beautiful smile and so much respect. Thumbs up for you guys

Came to this establishment on Sunday and Portia was very welcoming off the bat, from the entrance she assisted us, made sure we were sanitised and took our order and brought it out while hot and kept coming to check if we were good. Overall very friendly and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. See you again soon.

This restaurant serves amazingly delectable food. There is not much ambience to the restaurant itself, and the loud music takes away from the company that is kept, as one finds shouting is the only way to keep the conversation going. The delicious food is all we have to go on.

Management have done well with regards to COVID-19 protocols. Truly a great place to eat out during these times. Food was amazing!

I orderedthe special for 139....but they brought the starter and the main together.My son odered a dessert... But they didnt bring my own ...i had to ask for it,even though when i sat down i asked for the special which comes with one.The waiter acted suprised like they did not know im supposes to get a dessert.The food was amazing though

Surprisingly one of the best restaurants on the strip at Mall of Africa regardless of price. Regardless of branch, you always get service with a smile, cold beer and consistently good food. This iteration is no different.

Horrible experience unfortunately. The white female manager..the one with short hair whome looks and behaves like a guy. She should not be a manager, the thing stood next to my table and started using vulgar language when talking to her staff. No respect for customers. I won't eat there again. This was a terribly disturbing experience for me.

This place has a good vibe and the staff is friendly too. However I did not find the burger and chips on the same level as other RocoMamas franchise. The chicken burger patty was very dry and the bun was not fresh at all. The chips were very dry and overcooked. I would suggest anyone craving for a proper Rocomamas meal to visit the Pineslopes or Montecasino one. This place is ok if you there already in the vicinity. I must say I love RocoMamas, but this outlet was a bit of disappointment to be honest.
