Apart from some nonchalant staff, great cinema. The popcorn is fresh most of the time and the cold drinks nicely mixed and made. The queues for the snacks can be long but the staff there are very efficient. Some chairs in some theaters need replacing though. Otherwise the quality of pictures and sound in all theaters is amazing.

They showcase all the latest blockbusters under one roof and on time. The self-help services save time and is convenient. Their cinemas are clean and comfortable I enjoy watching movies in the Cine Prestige. The service is of good quality and value for your money.

Great business hotel for peace and quiet. Food was standard, Resturant was under construction so ate in our rooms for the week. Otherwise it’s a great stay!

Well we had a great time Booked for Dbox prestige Jungle cruise online ,..it was easier to book for tickets and popcorns online so that theres no contact following Convid19 regulations,..the movie experience was great i enjoyed myself ,.. having to feel the vibrating and moving chair on 3D was owesome ,.. felt so real like i was part of the movie ,.. some things like they were moving amd falling out of the screen , we enjoyed the movie ,.. the staff was great and friendly in explaining every thing we had to do with a smile what a great experience the place was smart and clean,..thanks to management for the great work keep doing a great job

I really enjoy this cinema but some of the movies don't have a 2D option. Recent examples are "Dune" and "Eternals" which are only showing in 3D. Not everyone likes to watch in 3D and I would rather choose to watch it at home instead.

It is good to be at the movies after a long time, primarily due to COVID. It is even better to be at the movies when it is empty! Price for edibles are on the expensive side but that is how the franchise makes their money. Service is not exceptional (with staff looking unfriendly) even though there were no crowds; this is an area of improvement. While the convenience of watching a movie is at home, a once-in-a-while experience at the movies is good.

The cinema staff was slow. We had booked Prestige. Really nice experience but our snacks were delivered late, when they arrived it was not what we ordered so it took longer! Really didn’t enjoy that

We watched a movie in IMAX and not only was it extremely hot and stuffy, but there was a consistent humming sound coming from the back. We sat in what we thought were the best seats (Row A, right at the back), but the noise was quite distracting and annoying throughout the movie! Definitely not worth the R168 we paid per ticket!!

Absolutely poor experience here on friday. Tried out our vitality benefit for the first time with the kids and went to watch the big trip 2. Popcorn served in bags seems very cheap yet the price is not cheap. Then you get the bag and its 2/3 to 3/4 full so you not sure if you getting short changed as you can clearly see when the box is not full and query it. Twice during the movie bright lights were switched on just below the projector opening for about 5min each time which ruined the experience even before loadshedding came along and the generator never kicked in thereafter. We were given replacement tickets but wont bother with this cinema again.

Great Cinema and self service was amazing. The staff are also available to assist. I watched Thor love and Thunder. Although Cine Prestige was not I was expected.

Me and my wife were so excited to watch Black Panther but we were welcomed with this discussing not so lovely love nests seats 😭😭😭

Prestige area is nice and clean. Seats are great, only thing I don't like is the people going in and out with bringing stuff in that was ordered especially during the movie. Other than that, it's nice.

Enjoyed the Imax , just wishes that it's more disability friendly , rails end before or on the last step but jou still have to go done a step to be level nothing to hold on🤔

Went for the prestige one. It was all nice and comfy, however the popcorn happened to be old because they were quite chewy which ruined the experience. Do note that this is not always the case, however it would be advisable to check/taste them upon arrival to avoid disappointments.

this is a great place to watch movies with family and friends the environment is very safe and secure parking is inside their parking lot and if you can go to their website to pre-book your movies you can pay a special price available randomly on their websites remember it depends on the movie theatre location and the day when you want to watch your movie by the way they also have the love couches for couples wants to cuddle while they watch the movie

Had the worst experience I have ever had at a cinema. Absolutely no one stopped talking, and even attempts to try and ask people to be quiet fell on deaf ears. Not worth the R200 for the tickets at all.

Staff at the snacks counter were absolutely rude. Could not understand what options were available with our combos bought online, didn't explain that popcorn are now handed out on trays, we were sent from one attendant to next without any explanation. Rather stay home and watch a movie if u going to be treated like this.

There's a weird tendency where lights come on during the movie. Purchased a love seat only to be given half a seat - the staff were adamant that that one can purchase half a love seat for the price of 2 = Had to pay extra. Staff is not helpful at all. Also, even if you're not watching in imax, you get the full experience of hearing 2 movies at once. Don't commit to the SK fan club because it does not work properly.

My experience was great, they have a system that makes it quicker to get snacks and a movie ticket. And the staff are very friendly and helpful and also quick to respond to requests. I was very relaxed while watching the movie and really enjoyed my visit

Great cinema experience. Watched Woman King, The and enjoyed the quality production. The cinema caters for people with disabilities, love nest, and more. The screen is big enough to allow the you see wherever you seated.

One of the better Ster Kinekor experiences. The self service kiosks work well and the staff are helpful. Being a newer cinema the seats are still nice and the movie quality is great.

Premium service. Facilities are well maintained and up to standard. I would watch a movie at this cinema any day. Thank you to the staff for looking after my needs whilst watching the movie. I really felt like they wanted me to have the best experience possible.

The refreshment stand service was great, sound and visual quality amazing. Unfortunately the loos were so dirty they were unusable. Otherwise a great experience.

Really good experience. The seats are clean and comfortable, the speakers and screen are top quality and allowed for an enjoyable movie experience. People who are seated at the back need to be mindful that their heads pop into the projection when they stand and is seen on the screen. Was a good time.

Did not have a good experience at all! Went for the 8pm show, the movie kept going on and off. Finished my drink while waiting for the movie to come back on, the manager was reluctant to let me buy another drink because she was doing stock take. The paper bag might be a good solution in preventing the spread of germs, but not when bare hands are used to open the bag on the inside. When a relative tried to politely address this, the lady serving us started to speak about us in her language. A few days later I witnessed the very same thing happen with another relative, by the same lady I assume is the manager and was reluctant to serve me a second drink previously. I won't see another movie in a hurry, thanks!

Always have great IMAX experience here, the screen and the sound are just awesome. Very comfortable chairs with padded armrests. However outside drinks/snacks are not allowed.

The experience was very good. I did my booking online and it was very easy to get snacks and tickets. If you are a couple I would recommend you book the love nest when reserving seats. It is well located just at the centre of the food court, so you can enjoy brunch while waiting for the movie time.

Great Cinema- the service level from the staff does need a bit some improvement. The cinema was clean & bathrooms also very clean. Food and pizza is only available for prestige cinema. They have wheelchair access as well. The emergency lights and the steps light are not too bright, to affect your view of the screen.

Went for pre-screening of House of Gucci. Tickets said we should be there 19h15 for cocktails...which was only set-up 30mins later. No staff,service pathetic and in summer airconditioning would be a nice-to-have!

My fiancé and I went to see the new James Bond movie, No Time to Die in the Prestige theatre. What a nice experience! We enjoyed the feel of luxury and exxlusivity.

The sound quality is on point and movies are great. I would advise however, that they always make sure they communicate (on the website for those of us booking online) if a movie needs 3D glasses. It's not a fun experience being told to put on your 3D glasses just before a movie starts and now you have to rush out to go buy them. Otherwise the overall experience was great. Can't take that away from them.
