I am an owner and I wish I had never given them the time of day. HUGE SCAM!!! Don’t trust what you hear. The truth is that they will take your money and you’re left with nothing like what they told you it was. I was straight up lied to in the sales pitch and they still wouldn’t fix it. Free airline tickets, not hardly. They just don’t mention that they mark up your ticket price and you have to pay just as much as if you purchased direct from the airline. Reserving good locations, not unless you drop the coin for the highest tier to get the early booking availability. This company should be ashamed of its ethics. You have better luck buying from a street vendor than this business.

This beautiful place no where near the strip gives no value or want of any desire. It's terrible. But it gets worse as you keep going day by day. So leave and don't look back. Hopefully when you return . You will sleep in the weirdest room. With full mini kitchen. A great noise every 4 minutes with jets. I mean come on it has a subway w 10% off. Seriously run. But careful it's slippery in the front. Even when you check in. It's $69 a night for house keeping? When you enter the hallway you will see. Hold up, here comes a plane. Well it's just day 1 Omg they don't give you points They don't value anything choice says Pool at palms . No pool at old hooters. They never paid my deposit. Bait and switch. All the way to the end. Complete scam. Hotel hallways so disgusting and dirty. This place should be under investigation for fraud and price gouging. JUST SAY NO. H+LL NO

We stayed here for a timeshare thing. They booked us at a normal hotel for the first two nights. We stayed at the homewood suites and we were actually very comfortable there. The room was very nice and about five minutes from the strip down the the street from in and out. Our last night was at the “Resort” and it was definitely a downgrade from what we had at first. The room was extremely small for one, they swore the resort had been updated so that you don’t hear the planes and that was a lie. You hear every single airplane leave and come it was extremely loud. We got a $75 gift card for being a presentation, we ended up forgetting the gift card on the night stand when we got home we did call to see if they could mail it to us but no accommodations were done. Unfortunately this is far from a resort and not worth the stay. If someone is reading this don’t pay extra to stay at the resort ask to stay else where. Homewood suites treated us very well and they were extremely nice and accommodating. Bluegreen is not worth your money or time.

Where to start....it's a time share they try to sell it as not but it is. They are all friendly and caring until you tell them no. Then you are mud. Room had issues that should have been noticed, but I guess not. Water leaking out of corner of breaker box in room, kitchen faucet and one shower faucet are plumbed in wrong. The hot is cold and cold is hot. One shower wouldn't even get hot. We were at the end of the hall and stayed a week. In the whole time, not once did they sweep the trash out of the hall down there. Then, they only cared to clean the floor, going to the elevator as that was the most people seen. Shuttle bus only started running at 10 am, so for us who wanted to go to the strip early....sorry S.O.L. I'm glad we rented a car. The best part of the whole experience was the pizza place in the same building.

Excellent accommodations. I was very regretful that I signed my husband and I up for a presentation for cheap accommodations while at a local Cabela’s. We have had very negative experiences with these types of time share presentations and I was worried my husband might be very angered. We were actually entertained at the presentation and at no moment felt pressured whatsoever. I read negative reviews before going and worried my husband would freak out on someone. We were very impressed with everything and as owners of Worldmark we wished we had purchased Bluegreen years ago as it is a superior club. There were no high pressure sales AT ALL. I did have to pay $50 for the upgrade to a two bedroom/bathroom as well as $60+ for taxes. All in all it was a great experience, great place to stay, and convenient shuttle ride to the strip. Vegas’ Best Pizza, on-site, is mediocre pizza. The 24 hour Subway, on- site, had a non-English speaking person working late at night who couldn’t understand our order that included bacon. Either were no big deal, really. The strip has great restaurants and is a cheap Lyft ride away.

Sales reps were nice until they understood you weren’t buying anything. 9k down and 732 a month for 8 years no thank you. They made sure I understood I wasn’t welcome there again. Repeated it that blue green does not want anyone if they can’t afford it at that time coming back. That definitely made my decision to never do business with anyone who is associated with blue green.

Have stayed here several times for business and pleasure. Nice facility with an indoor pool and great deck. Plaza shops in ground floor allow you to eat, drink, etc without leaving. Located close to the strip, but closer to the airport. Considering the overflights, the rooms are very quiet.

Clean, great location. Love the rooms and the way they are set up. I wish they would have that fence removed in the back so walking to the attractions would be easier in the hot sun but it’s not their fence, so they probably can’t take it down. They have a shuttle, very convenient. I just wish Bluegreen would chill out on the maintenance fees and taxes. It’s getting ridiculous.

Nice place in Las Vegas. It's across the street from the airport. I spent hours watching airplanes taking off and landing, especially at night when the runway is lit up. It was awesome! On the other side of the building is a view of the Sphere. It is mesmerizing.

Great location just off the strip so less traffic and noise. So much available in the same parking lot in regards to food, drinks and extra items needed. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner, beverages, and even grab a limo and a few sundries all without leaving the parking lot. The room was very nice and clean with everything I could possibly need. It had a full kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the normal hotel room items. It included a washer and dryer in the room with pool towels. The bathroom is spacious and the bedroom is very quaint. I'll definitely book here again.

It’s a good value hotel off the strip but still in decent vicinity to what you will need, new the airport and helps you avoid the traffic of the strip. The three most common complaints I read in the reviews have been the lack of hot water, thin walls and missing irons so here is a more recent update on these things. 1. Though the day I arrived they had hot water shut off, the remainder of the days I had plenty of hot running water with great water pressure. 2. Yes the walls are paper thin and throughout the day and night it often sounds like someone else is in your room or at your door. It also doesn’t help if you have a connect room with someone else and either their housekeeping is making noise next to you or the guests are. I brought ear plugs for this but didn’t end up using it as at night it’s quite. It’s mostly just a daytime issue. 3. There was a good (hot) iron and ironing board in my room. The front desk was also considerable to provide me with complimentary toothpaste and sharing razor, you just need to ask for it. Though other reviewers complained about the shuttle, I found it to be always on time, and the strip location it drops you off and picks you up from is very central to all the major hotels (it was no more than a 15-20 walk to the show I had reserved). Just be aware that though they run every half hour, they just avoid an hour at noon and 7pm for a break, but otherwise go till 11pm. My room was very clean and tidy, with plenty of towels, except that when I walked in, I was greeted with miscellaneous items left on the dining room table (attached). That was weird. But overall, for a budget hotel option, it thought this place was worth it and would visit again.

Such a nice and cute hotel very close to the strip but far enough where it's quiet. I loved that the room came with tile floors it was just great and with the view of the new dome that's being built I can't wait to come back definitely would recommend for the price and they have a shuttle to the strip!! The kitchens are cute and spacey but I definitely had a range that took forever to heat up but we made it work. There were all kids of kitchen utensils to use and everything was pretty new. Several restaurants downstairs and obviously tons of slot machines to choose from. Again I would stay again 10/10 and for EDC this was nice not having to cross the major resorts as those take forever to walk across just to make it back into your room.

I was shocked to find that the rooms have thin walls floors and ceilings so that you can hear the people around you. Pull out couch was a hard mattress. There is no oven to bake frozen pizzas for a family. There was mold in the stand up shower since the door is always shut and there's no ventilation. But everything looks nice and plenty of items available to live in the room. Oh, the main thing that I wanted to do was swim with my grandson and the pool was closed all of August. I'm told it should be very nice for those who come after. They did arrange to go to two other hotels but you had to drive or take a shuttle. The second hotel was well over a mile away and the shuttle did not take you there.

Was very disappointed. This was a promotion from Bluegreen vacation we arrived and was send to stay at Hilton city center away from everything I had my 2 teenagers no shuffle ride for them to take to get breakfast while we did our almost 3 hr presentation for this ridiculous timeshare they try promoting my boys had nothing to do. They show us the rooms the heated pool rub it in our face while my boys are in that hotel they could of been in the pool or eating. Not very nice to place a Family away from the resort you promote.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. I had a 1 bedroom, it was very clean, bathroom was clean, no complaints about the room. The facility overall was clean, you need a key card to access the elevators and there was uniformed security guards walking the building and parking lot. There is a plentiful amount of free parking, a outdoor sun deck on the 4th floor, indoor pool, fitness center and computers for guests to use. At check in they said if I wanted the room cleaned daily there would be a extra fee. Other than that this is just a place to stay, there is no casino here, no attractions. You are 3 blocks from the strip or about a 10 minute walk. There is also a shuttle but it only goes to planet Hollywood and runs every 30 minutes except when the driver is on a hour break twice a day, I used it twice, other than that I walked. There is a monorail station at the MGM which is 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no real complaints, it is just a little bit of a walk to the strip and the sidewalks along Tropicana Ave. are not in the best shape but that is the fault of the city, not the hotel.

The walls are so thin that you can hear all the neighbors on all sides as well as across the hall. In addition, most one bedroom units have connecting doors to another one bedroom unit and that makes it unbearably loud. 2 of 4 elevators not working. The one bedroom says it’s almost 500 Sq ft but maybe is 300 and is super tiny! Pool is cold, the one jacuzzi holds maybe 5 people max. 3 minute walk to an elevator that takes forever. Fitness room is ok. Airport noise. Don’t waste your money here!

Amazing!!!! This location is amazing because this hotel has an indoor pool, amazing rooms, and service. The bathrooms don't have any musty stuff in it, the bedroom sheets are NOT musty either. And the food is sooop good

The rooms were nice. We had a deluxe 1 bedroom room and it was not hard for 3 people to get ready. Didn’t feel crowded. Far away enough from the strip to feel comfortable but not too far. Staff was nice. However, the hot tub isn’t very hot and the foam in it is brown. So.

We are Bluegreen Owners. This was our first visit to Vegas, and we told multiple employees that. Yet, our room was garbage and has a terrible view. We were on a romantic trip and it felt very much like we were staying in a 2-star hotel (or less). The first room was dirty and sheets had stains on them (yuck!). They moved us to a different room, which sadly had an even WORSE view. The rooms are very small and don't feel like a resort. Branson Missouri blows this place out of the water! Long hallways to the rooms (again, feels like a hotel), are loud and were outdated. Other issues include the pool area supposed to be smoke free but they allow people to smoke up there anyway. The front desk is fairly helpful and polite, but didn't do much about issues we raised. The shuttle service is awful, they blamed the construction on the roads, but the shuttle was over an hour late at times, leaving us stranded at the "mall". The resort is about 2-blocks from the strip, so you could walk, but there is a lot of construction nextdoor right now, so the walk might be tricky. I'd recommend Lyft, tons of drivers around! We were simply not impressed with this resort or Bluegreens handling of our complaints! We spent a lot of money with this company and we were treated quite poorly. I could say more, but I am done

We are members. Have stayed at location in Peoria multiple times with great experiences. We left on Sunday morning to go to Seahawks-cardinals game in Arizona. Stayed the night in Arizona and then came back to club 36 the next day. Sometime between 8am and 4pm the following day sometime used a card and broke into our room. They stole everything that we left in room. Thankfully we took most of our luggage with us in case we stayed overnight in Arizona, which we did. We informed security and management. They said they would look through security system and get back with us. They never did until when we went to check out next morning to fly back to Seattle and asked management. They said someone definitely went in out room but would contact us because we had to catch flight and didn’t have time. This was beginning of November and haven’t gotten any response or offer of compensation/replacement of stolen items. Were never offered anything. We would never stay here again. Terrible experience!

The rooms are very nice. I like that they have a shuttle to take you to the strip runs all day until about 11pm. I do feel like they should include transportation from the airport to the resort.

best geographic place to visit everything. People are friendly and there are restaurants, brewery and grocery at less then 1 mile. That being said, Im not confident because we had 2 fire alarms and the people there where desorganised and unknoleggable. The check-in process is long because they want to sell us their long term appartment and other stuf... get the kids ready. We had a problem with our oven and they where not able to replace it on time so we had to use another bedroom kitchen. They realy tried to help us but the new oven was to big and they where unable to help. So we aid for a sevice we didnt had. When we asked the front desk for a compensation, they where so focused on new clients that they never talk to us. Bottom end, if you want a good place, go there. If you want all what they are selling you on the internet, go elsewhere mpatique, proximité de boutiques et restaurants. honnêtement, nous avons eu une alarme de feu et le personnel n'est pas prêt. Nous avons eu un problème de four et ils ont été incapables de le changer. Nous avons donc eu à nous adapter pendant plusieurs jours. Le processus de check in est long est inutile. Ils veulent vous vendre des appartements longtermer alors on perd du temps.

Excellent time share they need more elevators like most time shares but overall always a good time. Indoor pool is lovely. Not that far from the strip and good place for food and liquor on the surrounding property.

Wonderful staff, decent location. It would be awesome if they had a 2nd shuttle for airport runs as well as a second location (maybe Freemont?). The rooms are nice, but all the sheer, inner curtains in my room were totally shredded and need to be replaced. There were also dirty, wet towels in the washer when I went to use it.

Spent almost a whole week here. The room was amazing. It is slightly off the strip but there is a shuttle to run you up to Tropicana. ❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay here. We had the two bedroom units A/B. There is a nice indoor pool. They only provide a shuttle to/from the Tropicana. They do not go to the Airport. Otherwise great location, store and restaurants nearby.

We've had a great time at Bluegreen Club 36! The rooms are nice and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub during our stay. The shuttles heading over to the Vegas strip are great, though I wish they ran past 11pm. Most of our events we participated ran past that time so we either walked or uber'd back. It'd be even better if there were more restaurants right by the hotel, too, but that's just being picky (:

We stayed at the Bluegreen Club 36 off the strip in Las Vegas and it was great! The room was nice, the place was clean and quiet. Genifer at the front desk was awesome! We agreed to go to a presentation for Bluegreen while we were there, and Hoda, our presentation rep, was great. In the end we didn't buy anything, and were still treated exceptionally well. The manager, Ben, was very nice, funny, and understanding, we were never pressured or treated badly! I could not recommend more the employees at Club 36 in Vegas!

  • 3/5 Sam B. 3 months ago on Google New
The rooms aren't cleaned very well and the floor plan is so confusing. The pool is hidden down many long, winding hallways. There's always tons of kids running around screaming in the pool area, and they take up the whole hot tub with no parental supervision. The hotel staff doesn't enforce the hot tub or pool rules. If you're an adult looking to relax, this is not the place for you.

  • 1/5 Cintia K. 4 months ago on Google
Nice and spacious rooms but no room service. It's pretty far from everything and the shuttle service just takes to the Tropicana. It could have a second stop by the middle of the strip. The price is reasonable but you have to spend a lot on Uber or taxi. Just stay closer to the strip.

I had a horrible experience with the sales team. They pressured us to attend one of their meetings and we did. They tried to scam us into buying more points by scaring us that my parents were going to end up paying very high fees unless we bought more points. Bluegreen locations are very nice but their cooperation needs a different approach on how they sell. Scaring customers to buy more by telling them lies is very unethical and unprofessional. This is boarding scamming people. I will never view this company the same after our meeting in Las Vegas.

Our home away from home. We love our Bluegreen Vacation Club. I am excited that they are going to expand this place. We always get a nice room here.

Overall I liked our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. I’d prefer the pool to be outdoors, but it was refreshing to go in it our 1st night.

I loved the service. Terence one of the hotel clerks was very helpful. Our first time to Los Vegas and he made us feel welcomed! He was very pleasant and informative. The only reason I gave the rooms a 4 star instead of 5 is bc unfortunately the water wasn't working due to them fixing pipes but it was only from 11pm to 0530. Hotel is very close to airport which is very convenient

  • 4/5 Cassandra M. 9 months ago on Google
Kinda off the strip by a couple of blocks. Salt water pool and hottub. I'm not keen on the 2 bedroom suites having a 2nd entry/exit door if you have kids. Shuttle to and from the strip was nice, but it was hard to catch all the time when many people wanted a ride or during the obviously busy hours. Needed to be labeled better for pickup and drop-off locations and stick to them.

It's a great accommodation through a time share. If you're not an owner and you're staying as a guest of an owner, they're going to try to sell you a time share. I mean, it's kind of their thing. They aren't disrespectful about it but they'll offer you some "free" stuff and if you've ever declined to buy their timeshare before you won't be eligible. Don't get mad about it, you got told during the other 2 hour long presentation that you wouldn't get anymore free stuff or gift cards and it was your last chance. Just take your L like we do and keep using your guest of the owner privileges like we do. The room was nice and very quiet to be right next to the busy airport. The pool had a strong smell of chemicals like someone's kid decided it was their personal bathroom and the chlorine was fighting off all the urine it possibly could. At the location, there's a few shops which is nice. Other than that, it's by itself. It's a pretty good walk to anything.

  • 4/5 Mega K. 2 years ago on Google
Decent place, the sheets I had smelt moldy. They were the sheets for the pullout couch and I think they were put into the bag I got them from still wet. The staff quickly gave me new sheets. Pool was nice, the ABC store is very convenient, but the restaurant/bar was a little below average on food quality. The biggest perk is it's proximity to the airport and you can easily walk to the strip.

Great location between airport and strip. We've been Blugreen owners since 1994 and we haven't been let down yet!!! We love being able to cook...and not have to eat out every meal every day. The indoor pool is wonderful! The staff are very accommodating. I love the unique air freshener when u enter.... Smells like happiness!

Nice rooms, great service, has a few shops and restaurants on site which is super nice! Has a cool automated ice cream machine. Closer to the airport than the strip but does have a shuttle that drops you off at the strip by Planet Hollywood. Rooms are spacious suites (has a kitchen with pots, pans, etc & lounging area separate from bedroom.) photos include our room and then the president's suite.

We are timeshare owners here and have been for several years but the maintenance fees have gotten so high that we could stay 10 nights at hotels for $300 per night for what we pay which is more nights than our points will get us and we can get equal or better rooms at a hotel for less than $300 per night. AND everytime we book a stay, they call a gazillion times and won't take no for an answer to get us to do an, "owner review" where they pressure you to buy more points. It's so bad it feels like harassment. Would be nice to be able to just spend a few days at any of the timeshare locations without the barrage of phone calls. We are selling the points. We've paid probably $40k over the years for our points that will resell for probably $500.

As a Bluegreen owner, I've come to expect a lot from the properties. This one didn't disappoint. They are near everything and the shuttle to the strip was convenient. The interaction with the staff (TJ) was less than ideal. I was locked out of my room and went to get an extra key. I was friendly and made a joke about kids, etc. He rolled his eyes at me. When we arrived we were not told which elevator to use so we went to the one we saw. It was really far from our room and my disabled daughter really struggled. We thought we were going to have to haul everything by hand to our room because we didn't see any luggage carts. We didn't know you needed to request one. The room was nice, but it took FOREVER for the shower to heat up. In fact, the morning we left around 715, we waited over 30 minutes for the water to heat, but it only got to lukewarm. We ended up taking basically cold showers. The layout of the hotel was odd. The elevators were not identified very well.

Love it here. I'm an owner. Stayed for Thanksgiving until that following Sunday. I cooked My whole dinner. No turkey, vegetarian. I fried fish as a substitute. But I made greens, yams, dressing and hone made Mac & cheese. The hotel smell so good as soon as you walk in and throughout. The staff is wonderful and the bellman/ luggage person, came out to my car and helped me up to my room and when I left. Very quiet and comfortable. Great location, easy and convenient parking.

🏨 This hotel was so amazing, I love all the shopping 🛍 and restaurants 🍱 on the first floor, that was convenient. We are from a small town so being off the strip in Las Vegas made our family of 5 feel so safe. The pool 🏊‍♂️ is on the fourth floor with an outdoor patio and that was the main attraction for my kiddos 10, 8, and 6. They had such a blast that they literally only wanted to do that. What I like about it is that it only goes to 4’ so my kids were able to play and have fun without me constantly yelling for them to stay out of the deep areas. I was able to relax in the hot tub watching them but knowing they can reach. It is very close to the airport ✈️ but we seriously didn’t mind. You can hear it when you first arrive but then eventually it seems to disappear almost like you get used to it. Like any hotel you will hear other guest here and there (it was not bad at all) but that’s obviously going to happen when you go into a place where many people are staying, but if you are a lite sleeper like me I recommend earplugs, that kept me asleep 😴 all night long. I’m so disappointed that I didn’t take pics of our room but we had a deluxe so it had a private room with a door from the living room and it has a large sofa bed that fit all 3 of my kiddos and boy did they have fun! Like a sleepover I guess. There was a regular bathroom with tub and shower and then there was a spa like shower 🚿 with two shower heads, bench, glass doors and spa toiletries. It was awesome 👏🏼. It had a kitchen (not a kitchenette) fully packed with all kitchen utensils pots pans mixing bowls, stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Just so convenient. I would come back to this place just because it does feel private and it’s a club. Plus it’s super clean. I like to get out but I’m always afraid of the risk I take staying at certain places due to cleanliness but I give them a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on that! The staff was very friendly and we had a wonderful experience.

Great presentation, beautiful facility. But, don't like the timeshare process from any company. But, if I were to buy in, it would be Bluegreen. The Vegas facility is immaculate

We had a great experience here. It was cold when we went and the shuttle waiting area could definitely use some heating but at least it's covered! The grounds look great. The room was very clean and the bed was delightful. We'd gladly stay here again.
