When you go in thinking you're going to see your doctor but instead you see a obesity doctor. Our Dr is so busy you're lucky to get to see her every 6 months. I don't want to see a PA either. I want to see my doctor more than every 6 months. It's time to find a different doctor office

Been coming here a while. Most of the staff is friendly but now when you come you're forced to wear their masks only..which stopped for a while. I don't mind this but what I do mind is that they're out of a open box and they're not sealed. It's pretty disgusting. Who knows if someone touched all over them selecting one, if they've been dropped, coughed on....they need to do better

I, and many others, have been sexually harassed by staff here. Additionally, I have been denied time-sensitive medical treatments from Health Plan of Nevada providers due to a clerical error that is still unresolved. The other reviews and average stars for this location speak for themselves. Switch to another insurance plan like Aetna Health, Molina Healthcare, or Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Google for insurance plans and look up the reviews of their providers. HPN almost costed me my life.

The Worse service ever, the front Desk staff are all over the place. Not a clue.... I waited on line for almost an hour, to be told my paperwork was not ready. Then I called around 1 o'clock was promised a call back, I received there call at 5:20 4 hours later...smh!!! Fix it the system is Broken...

We went at 5 pm, glad was open til like 5:30.liked that is right off of main roads easy to get to. Loved that there's a, Pediatric side w nice play area too! Are variety of medical Rooms/scan areas here. They are efficient here.they do many different types scans here.the Bldg is somewhat older & outdated but it serves it's purpose & clean.kid friendly too++ returned 04/02, was for CT scan stomach. Was smooth& no hassle. Scan fees went up to $50 from $5 per the Ins. We use United Healthcare.

Check-in is quick. Associates are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Handicapped parking is usually accessible.

Seems they are not interested in having patients. Waited 38 minutes on hold and then the the agent said she couldn't hear me and hung up. Tried to do the survey after the call and it didn't work either.

I don't have a primary. So this has been my go to place for any & all medical ailments. My visit times over the last few years have been on avg.maybe 30 minutes to an hour tops. From check in, to out the door. They've always been very polite & helpful.
