Honestly everytime I call they can’t do anything for any situation. They cancel appointments without even calling and anytime I need a letter or ask them for something work related, they can’t do it. Doctor always comes in and out of the room and never really sticks around to give full explanations of any Diagnosis. They do everything half way and honestly I’ve stayed so long because they were in network but it’s time to leave for good. Don’t recommend whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. The physician came in the room and stated if I wanted to be serviced by them because I had a number of issues prior to even seeing what was even wrong with me. She outsourced me for xrays and literally never laid her hands on me. She prescribed an anti inflammatory medicine I told her doesn’t work for me, she bursts into the room and stated what will work for you. This woman barely seen me for two minutes. I asked to leave and not to be charged since she didn’t even see me. I would give this place 0 stars.

If I could post 0 stars I would, worst experience ever, when I went I had to go for a pregnancy check and when I did the test I waited in the wait room then the female doctor comes out and says it out loud in the waiting room congratulations you’re pregnant in front of everyone with out knowing my situation violated HIPPA LAWS! Then my sister went for stomach pain, Did blood work and was given antibiotics and scheduled another appointment for her yearly, so when she went back for her Yearly blood results the same female doctor came in and told her if she was still taking the antibiotics that the same doctor had prescribed her about 1 month behind? My sister told her she wasn’t even there for that and that was about 1 month behind she was there for her yearly blood work she said the doctor told her oh yeah everything came out fine you’re good and the doctor walked out the room with out even checking the results or anything? Doesn’t this clinic have any type of communication? I won’t even get started with the front desk and the medical assistants this place needs to be checked by higher people because this clinic is the worst clinic ever.

All the doctors there are attentive, respectful and actually take care of the problem. The front office staff is also very kind and so are the nurses. My mother recommended this place and I made them our primary doctor ever since.

Front desk was friendly, doctor was horrible. This place really is a joke. Went to get an echo heart ultrasound The doctor showed the assistant how to do it for about 1 minute then left the room. She had absolutely 0 clue what she was doing. Then he came back in the room told her she was doing it wrong but the next patient was here so I had to go. He didn’t even tell me I was fine or okay, didn’t explain what he saw in the echo. He didn’t even say have a good day. I got scammed for $100. Don’t make the same mistake by trusting these unprofessional clinics.

Primary care appt. Made to establish primary care and have fmla peperwork done after scheduler said it was OK. the dr told me I don't have a serious enough reason to get it until 3 or 4 visits, THANKS FOR MAKING ME THE EXPENSE OF YOUR JUDGEMENT CALL.

Since September I have been asking them to send my laboratory results to the portal of the specialist that I need to see and they never sent the information, so much so that the sending time expired and the process for the specialist to finally give me an appointment has to be started from scratch. In other words, I called today to ask that they resend my results and the entire referral request and they tell me that I have to see the doctor again, that she has already seen me, that she medicated me and when she saw results that worsened, she decided to send me to a specialist, now you are supposed to see me one more time, I assume it is the way they get money from the insurance, the girl at the reception tells me that she can't do more because she is only a "receptionist" and she hung up on me . It amazes me that things like this happen in this country, almost 3 months for them to send my information correctly to the specialist and NOTHING! Bad education on the part of the reception and terrible management. Add to that the fact that Dr. Sayed Pervaiz is supposed to be my doctor and DOES NOT EXIST, I have never seen him, they tell me that he attends other clinics, at least he has never been to that one.

I had virtually no wait time, and the staff was very friendly! The doctor seemed very knowledgeable too! I'm so glad they were able to help me when I needed it!

Terrible service, the receptionist was on her cell phone and she was still upset because I interrupted her and she started answering me very rudely. The truth is, I better had to leave because if that's how they serve you when you arrive, I didn't want to see what it would be like when you pass by. Not recommended. Terrible. service, the truth is, it doesn't even deserve a star 😡😡😡🤬🤬

I actually changed doctors thinking it would be better because I live near this clinic but I am very disappointed because every time I call they never answer and that is really frustrating and there is a Cuban nurse who, when she treats me, does not do it the way they treated me, she does not do electrocardiograms, They don't check your sugar, they don't have vaccines of any kind like the flu and others. I wouldn't have changed if I knew that 🙁😔

No doctor here. No compassion here. Nurse Practitioner Sneha Thomas read my x ray and told me I have a fractured spine. She said, "go get MRI" and come back No pain relief, nothing. Sneha should know it takes a couple weeks to get an appointment with a specialist in Vegas. But, she doesn't care. She asked me nothing. Couldn't wait to get me out of the office. Well, it was Friday afternoon.

If I could put zero stars I would. My husband went in for an echocardiogram, during the scan the doctor was teaching a nurse how to go through the process basically telling her she was doing it wrong the whole time. Soon after doctor says “it’s time for the next appointment”. My husband got no treatment and was treated like a Guinea pig unsure if his scan was processed as it should be in order to get the right results. Do better.

They did not seem to care about getting us seen by a physician. The front desk girls have horrible customer service skills. They also let a dog walk through the front area in which I thought was disgusting especially for a medical place of business.
