I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. There's just a bad vibe here. Some of these animals don't seem well cared for. Some of them looked depressed or anxious. Others need outdoor space. Some of the habitats seemed dirty. We went through it in under 30 minutes. Even though we got free tickets, we kinda felt bummed out when we left. Google "Seaquest USDA" and you'll see that they've had animal care issues at other locations. If I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn't have wasted my time.

Awful experience! Everything is old and dirty. Overpriced for sure! The lady from the staff just closed the gate in a front of our faces and told that we can not feed the animals, but she was sitting alone there without any other quests and feed them alone. The next session was in 4 hrs. I came to the front desc and explained, that I do not like all this stuff and want my money back. They told NO! So, no possibility to get a refund. My little one was disappointed so much. It was just waste of time and money. The tanks were dirty, smell is very strong. I will never come again!

Our VIP experience was incredible! We had so much fun, learned a lot and can’t wait to go again! The animal interactions were so much fun, the fishy kisses had us all laughing and feeding the string rays was a splash! Thanks to Jared who made sure we got the most of our day and was patient and helpful all day!

This place is amazing there are so many animals to see! The otters are so adorable and they had some beautiful fish! Dario gave us the rundown on what we’d see and Aimee was kind enough to to talk to us about the sharks in the last room. Definitely will come again!

I couldn't have been any happier with my visit. It was the most fun I had my entire Vegas trip, and I can't wait to come back again. The workers were so kind and you can tell that not only do they love their jobs, but have amazing bonds/relationships with the animals they care for. This little hidden gem is a must visit for any Vegas vacation. I highly recommend the snorkeling with the Stringrays and Sharks, memories I will never forget ♥️

What a wonderful place to explore and kill an hour or two with the kids in Vegas. Hands on experiences throughout. You can buy coins to feed the fish. We didn't, but most others did. Lots of fish habitats to explore. We got pet a stingray, experience fish kisses, and learn about reptiles. I do recommend this place. Don't forget to go to their outside area. We did and my kids were bummed. I think they have a play area out there.

This place is no SeaWorld, but it does the trick. The one thing that would make this place better is their signage. The animal facts seem like an afterthought and are not prominent enough to spot. Also, labeling each room or having arrows would help visitors know what’s up ahead because my kids and I almost left without seeing everything. Overall, my kids liked this place and had a good time. It’s a solid place if you want your kids to learn, and interact with wildlife.

My 2(almost 3) year old son ABSOLUTELY loved this place...and so did I. Great environment, LARGE variety of animals, VERRY INTERACTIVE AND ENGAGING. Price friendly...Futuristic ice-cream machine, dining area, gift/snack shop. Overall...GREAT PLACE.

Took my two and four year old and we all loved it. They had fish but other animals also. They offer for a price for you to feed them. Some of the feeders didn’t really reach the animals which was a bummer and so of the glass enclosures could have been cleaned but the experience itself was wonderful with lots of memories made. They even have a play structure for kids to play at outside. The otters were super active when we went at opening.

My wife and I came here on her birthday and our anniversary. Both times were amazing. The staff is phenomenal. The manager I believe her name was Tiffany, was super friendly and helped set us up with annual passes. Everyone there really seems to love their job and I feel that's what makes the experience here that much better.

We had my daughters birthday party here this past weekend. It was horrendous! They use the party room for storage and the carpets are gross! It is not difficult to get carpets cleaned so why wouldnt they make sure they are cleaned before a weekend of parties. They had groups of people/workers coming in during our party to look in the storage area like they were training. The party host was rude and I got complaints from our family and friends about how rude he was. They said the curtains hanging in the space were a fire hazard and could not be closed to block off the storage. Why arent the curtains fire retardant? We literally had to push the chair storage back ourselves so it wasnt right behind our guest tables in the pictures. They said we could not go in for set up until 15 minutes prior which is fine but we were still waiting to be taken back to party area 3 minutes before our party was supposed to start. Upon arrival we asked if the mermaid was available that we requested they told me no. A few minutes later I heard them talking about a message they got from corporate about our mermaid request so they told my husband they were going to make it happen for no additional fees. The host then pulled me out of the party room like 30 minutes later to go pay for the mermaid or they weren't going to do it. The host made sure they kicked us out of the room on time and that the next client was in 15 minutes early even though they didnt do that for us. We had to rush everything. I do not recommend the Las Vegas Seaquest for birthday parties at all! Not to mention alot of exhibits were closed or under construction. There was literally poop all over the floor by the playground doors. This was just a horrible experience. I emailed seaquest 3 days ago with no response and I have been calling for 2 days and I cant reach anyone! You are looking for an amazing birthday experience for your child, THIS IS NOT IT! Stay away!

My wife and I did Seaquest and had a blast! The staff was friendly and we did a couple hands on activities with the toucan and the parakeets! We went later in the day so meeting the otters and kangaroos was done for the day but other than that we had so much fun for a quick night out

Great place for kids. They all enjoyed it so much. There’s a lot of interaction with the animals for the kids and adults too !! The kids favorite part was that One of the employees Jade brought out a corn snake for us to pet and hold… it was fun and exciting! A must try for passers by or anyone in the neighborhood. Plus the entrance price is great !

Such a fun, cool, interactive, and educational place. Time flies here and you learn a lot without even noticing. We were a group of 4 plus 1 toddler and bought the Epic Quest Package which give you unlimited tokens, a private guide, and up to 9 one on one interactions with the animals. It was well worth it! We had Eliza as our guide and she was the best! She was very accommodating, really cared about our experience, and went the extra mile for us. We even got lots of info from Ben, Jared and Jayce who really added to our experience too! Highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  • 5/5 Kiara G. 2 months ago on Google • 7 reviews New
This is the coolest little place I’ve been in a while. Tokens are a bit much but an amazing family let my babies have some and they got to feed sting rays and parakeets!! Madison was absolutely amazing with the parakeets. My smallest was nervous about the birds and she patiently helped her hold the cup until she was comfortable. An annual pass is the way to go as it’s $40 vs $20 for one admission but we’re from Reno. If we lived here, we’d be here so often.

It's a nice place to visit. Kids enjoyed watching sea animals and love to feed them. They also enjoyed the inflatable jumper. Cons. The coin machines to buy food for the animals is a scam! You enter your token and all you get in result is just dust!! Maybe one to three pieces of food.

The first few pictures are from my visit today. The latter pics are from my first visit. Note the water quality. I’ll come back to that later. For starters, all our staff were phenomenal. They matched the Groupon price. Then, my family was late and despite this they were able to accommodate our party of four. Despite us freaking out during the feeding they were both very calm and professional and eased all of our distress. My terrified niece even fed a shark! My only complaint would be to let snorkelers know the water quality before arrival as it definitely affects the experience. The water was crystal clear the first time I went but today it was murky and green. Not fit, in my opinion, for customers to have an ideal experience. Still had an amazing time but I will have to bring my niece back to experience a better view when the water is clear and clean. The bathroom was also poorly maintained between clients and was frankly, disgusting. Trash was overflowing and uncovered, the floor was filthy and the shower had dirty tissue inside it

This was an amazing experience! I loved this aquarium so much, I would suggest bringing extra money for the tokens so you can do some of the animal interactions. Although, most of them have certain times to do the interactions, so you have to get a place in advance. The animals were so cool and they had fun interactions that were free too! I would definitely go again!

Great place to take the kids. You'll need at least 2-3 hours to get through everything. We spent a little over $80 for 2 adults and a 5 year old with $15 tokens for activities. The best value to us was the bird cage for 1 token each to sit in the cage with the birds to feed them.

We had a wonderful time interacting with all the animals. Maria was amazing and took time to walk us through a few exhibits to use our tokens so we didn’t miss our concert that night. Excellent customer service. We will be back.

We received tickets through a promotion. We enjoyed ourselves, however, I would not have been happy if we had paid full price. It took us about an hour to go through the whole aquarium. It was very cool how close you could get to all the animals even if you didn’t pay extra for food or encounters.

We had so much fun here. Everyone was really nice and told us interesting facts about the animals. Michelle helped us with the fish kisses and taught us about the benefits of them. I recommend trying it out even if it doesn't seem interesting. You will have fun here with family and friends.

I brought 6 awesome kids in today for the Epic Adventure package. I can't even tell you how much I recommend this. It blew my expectations out of the water. The animal interactions were incredible! The staff really made this unforgettable. The value for cost can't be matched. I'm so beyond happy. Madison was our hostess and she was FABULOUS. Alex helped us snorkel, what a professional! We found incredible, kind, knowledgeable staff at every turn! Thank you all so much. You made my baby's birthday an absolute smash.

Went to Sea Quest for the first time. What a wonderful experience!! Had so much fun visiting and seeing all the beautiful animals. We had a great time interacting with the animals and the animal whisperers. Jeanette and Charlie were amazing.Noah was extremely helpful. There were several others who I didn’t catch their names but my goodness, today was the best day ever. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Sea Quest is hands down the coolest family friendly place to visit. The animals are all so neat and it's so much fun to interact with them. The prices are great too. It's not an overwhelmingly big ordeal like some places can be. It's great for smaller kids because you can get through it in 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on how long you linger at each exhibit. The animal handlers and staff at Sea Quest are always so friendly. We always learn new things from them like how to care for each of the animals or fun facts about them. Noah is great. He really goes above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our time there. Thank you , Sea Quest for being such a wonderful place for us to visit!

We were able to go see the Bengal Tiger kittens. They were so adorable. Noah encouraged them to walk and play with us. He gave us interesting fun facts.. like that these cats can be domesticated BUT they rely less on their owners than normal house cats. He was amazing! Even gave each of my kids a cat toy to attract the kitties to us. The kitties even jumped on the bench and stayed with us 🥰🥰🥰

Had a ton of fun. My girlfriend and I went as our first adventure for our Vegas trip. We got admission off of Groupon and then did the VIP bundle. It came with 3 experiences and 6 tokens each. We did the otter, cantimundi and porcupine (he goes by William, not Bill). For us it was well worth the money and a ton of fun.

Really awesome aquarium inside of the mall. They have tons of exhibits and plenty of ways to interact with creatures. This a great place to take kids and pretty affordable. The mall could benefit from adding signage… was a little tough to find.

For sure one of the best spots for young families. The kids love it! From all ages. They have a big verity of animals including petting and touching the animals. Going to this place since it opened a few years back and it’s always getting better with more activities each time. I would say 2 hours would be enough for all the activities. Get the tokens ready, better to purchase a bunch before entrance, better price. Enjoy! I would recommend to do the annual pass, makes much more sense if you go at least 3 times a year

It was a lovely experience especially the mammal encounters. I originally booked for 1pm and didn’t make it in time but the staff were kind enough to move us to the next available time😊. I booked the encounters hoping to see some capybaras but was informed they were moved back in 2021 so the website I looked at could update it. But otherwise it was a fun interactive experience and I would come again.

You get to hold animals for some tokens. Enter some tokens into a candy like dispenser to get some dried shrimp to feed to the fish! They have an area where fish can eat your dead skin so thats cool. It's interactive. Great for kids 10 ish and below. However, it was kind of dirty. Water everywhere, and the glass to see the fish was foggy and it was kind of sad to see some of these large fish being kept in such a small tank. I hope the animals have a larger enclosure in the back. As an adult it was sad to watch.

I will definitely come back to Seaquest. I traveled from Los Angeles in search of a mini getaway and decided to check out Seaquest. I did a couple of interactions with these animals and it was wonderful. I strongly recommend doing a couple of interactions. I was assisted by Janelle during these interactions and I got the opportunity to learn so much. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions I had. It was so great to see that these animals were happy and take care of.

We always make a stop here during our visits to Vegas. First look didn’t seem like much as it’s in a strip mall off of the Blvd, but wow... we always have a wonderful time. So many different interactions for a fair price. And I love the sting rays!!!!! Thank you Noah for showing us how to post this review!

Noah has definitely helped us at our visit today. Such a definitely great and funny guy, he definitely made me wife and myself feel comfortable at our visit and he’s such a professional person. Sea quest has been one of the best aquarium I’ve been to, I’m originally from California but sea quest tops it off for sure! This is our second time we come and my niece and my daughter love it!!! My family will definitely come here again again again and again!!!

We took our daughter to SeaQuest for her 4th birthday and had such a great experience. When we first got there, we were greeted by Byron who was so sweet to our little girl and took a few minutes to wish her a happy birthday and listen to her talk about all of the things she was excited for that day. Prices are very reasonable, staff was nice and polite. Place was clean and offered plenty of interactions with all the fish/animals they have. To interact you have to purchase tokens where you can buy food to feed the fish and the other animals. There is a little snack area where you can get snacks, pizza, and hotdogs prices are reasonable. It makes for a good outing for a family looking for something to do for a day of fun on a budget.

Really fun place to go with kids because they can interact with animals and kids love to touch them, feed them, There is a bunch of sea creatures to see, they offer packages where you can get in the tank full of small sharks🐙🦪🐡🐬🐟, pedicure with your feet inside tank with little fishes, they also had a little section with bouncers, chairs and tables for snack time. I personally bought the tickets thru groupon because was way cheaper, cant remember specific prices, but they were around: adults $18,kids$11,under two is free and thru groupon I had paid $45 for a family (4ppl)

This was a very fun and interactive place, my kids absolutely loved it. We got to feed the otters and it was a very fun experience for my 8-year-old. If you're squeamish about fish and smelly things this may not be the place for you. I also appreciate that they did not make my 2 year old wear a mask.

Seaquest was so much fun. This place is simply amazing. I had so much fun and enjoyed all of the interactions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The way that they have everything set up is very clever and supports creative thinking. Around every corner there is an interaction with some sort of animal. I think it's very cool that there are places like this around the globe that allow you to feed and pet animals that you wouldn't normally be able to do. Tiyahn was the man. This dude was extremely helpful and friendly. And went out of his way to assist me. I wanted to put the capybara and he was able to make it happen.

SeaQuest is a go to place for anyone visiting or living in Las Vegas. trust me! you’ll have an amazing time, learn a ton, and interact with spectacular species of animals. Leighla, thank you for providing an everlasting experience! You’re a legend my love 🤍

Noah was awesome at the fishy feet tickling (Doctor Fish) fish attraction. Julian with the bird feeding attraction and the large tortoise Norman! Byron is so awesome and friendly and made our day! The aquarium does not look that large when you approach it. But once you get inside if you have coins to use, you get to touch and feed certain animals. We walked through the attractions and it kept my daughter’s interest! When we first came in we had a small issue but the manager was quick to resolve it and my daughter totally enjoyed the experience! Thank you staff at Seaquest.

Everyone we interacted with was just provided above and beyond amazing customer service. Out of every place I stopped at this weekend, this place provided the best care. I highly recommend attending at least one animal encounter. We met with Honey, and also fed the rays. Can't recommend visiting enough. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to everyone. But the guides for the animal interactions blew customer service out of the water.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. Family had a nice time but kids had a blast. Very interactive and filled with lots to see. Staff was friendly. My wife and I liked it enough to buy annual passes. We're Definitely going to use them. Not a whole lot of food options inside so have a good breakfast or lunch so you can chase the kiddos around.

Our experience at SeaQuest was wonderful. Our interactions with staff member Tinsley was so rewarding. She explained everything very well and was very knowledgeable about the creatures in her care. We LOVED interacting with Octavius the octopus and the fish foot spa was ticklish fun.

Very cool place! Fun for the kiddos. Super interactive. You can feed almost any of the animals. If you have a big group, i would suggest looking on Groupon for tickets before you go. You could spend an hour there or all day if you choose. Check it out.

Byron was amazing! He made the Fish Kisses experience awesome! He helped us get prepared for the experience and made it comfortable for us. Would definitely do it again!

It is a run-down aquarium, there aren't many animals or exhibits. This may be good for very small children to get them out of the house, but not recommended for older kids. Their one perk is free admission for teachers. It is not a place I would pay to go to.

This place is the absolute cutest! My daughter is 7 months, and she absolutely loved watching all of the animals,'gosh, birds, etc. The animal interactions really elevate the experience as well! The staff is friends and knowledgeable too! I can't wait to bring my daughter here for years to come! Such a nice way to spend a few hours.

We really enjoy coming here! We got the annual pass and it's well worth it, especially during summer vacation. My kids really enjoy feeding and interacting with all the animals.

The kids enjoyed themselves and the price wasn't bad. It's a bit run down and can use some updating. Most of the staff was pretty helpful and pleasant but there were a few that obviously wished they were somewhere else. Over all, a good experience.

Absolutely awesome! Not too crowded. Great hands on experience with all kinds of reptiles, birds, and of course fish. Lots and lots of cool fish! Loved it, can't wait to go back again.

We visited at the wrong time of day. Many of the animals were already resting after their interactions earlier. We still had a great time feeding and petting the stingrays, but would recommend going around noon to get the full experience.

This place needs a bit of a deep cleaning. The smell is overwhelming. All staffing is somewhat overwhelmed in some parts of the exhibit front. It was the only place you can purchase coins, everything you do in this place. You need coins, including feeding animals interacting with animals

We snorkled with the rays, sharks and stingrays and then feed them! Was so fun and well set up. They provided the wet suits and snorkeling equipment. Only tip I would add would be to bring some water shoes and sometimes little toes look like food. We had so many opportunities to also interact with land, water and sea animals. Could spend hours here which was a great retreat from the heat.

The line to get in was super long but we were able to upgrade our tickets that we got online with Tony (thank you Tony!) and got moved to a sort of fast pass line. Animals were out and active, everything was clean, and we spent about an hour here. Love the otters!

This "aquarium" has gotten so bad.. I was hoping people were exaggerating when they said how horrible it was looking but sadly they were not. The animals looked so sad and stressed, the big tanks were filthy. A lot of animals were missing from their cages so more than likely they were sick or passed away. It was extremely packed(there was a free ticket giveaway on fb) and it took over an hr to get into the place. There was barely any staff and absolutely no communication as to what was going on. No signs on where to stand, no drinks offered, no condolences. Just 2 overworked kids where you purchase or show your tickets. I had gotten my tickets online and everyone had to wait in the same line, tickets or not. Just a very sad and frustrating experience. Also it smelled really really bad in there. Nothing with animals ever smells pleasant but this was dirty cages and water and it was almost overwhelming. Until they clean it up in there I'd suggest not going.

A really fun place for all ages. So many interactive things- feeding sharks and stingrays- getting close to iguanas. A large variety of animals- and it was clean

Wonderful experience for my family. I have 3 small children (ages 2, 4, 6) and there was something for each of them to enjoy and experience here. We did the private tour which I highly recommend for up-close intimate encounters with many of these animals. Our guide, Elize was so kind and patient with the kids and knowledgeable about each animal. It was a wonderful experience to get off the strip and let our kids just enjoy feeding and interacting with animals.

Such an amazing visit!! 7 of us did an epic quest!! Many memories made!! 🖤🖤 Our guide , Ben, did a great job with our tour. We learned a lot, and could sense his passion for the wellbeing of all these animals. Seaquest Vegas , did a great job with enclosures and care of all the animals. Coatimundi, armadillo, snorkeling with stingrays, wallaby & asian otters, wonderful encounters!! Thank you so much Ben!!
