I just had my first virtual appt with Dr. Shehata, and it was great. He took his time, listened to my concerns, and was very prepared and up-to-date on my health and records. He cares about his patients and really wants to help them live their healthiest life, while being very accomodating to their schedules. He is truly a wonderful doctor, and I highly recommend him and the caring, friendly staff at Intermountain Healthcare.

Dr. Dukes is a 5 star physician. One of the best practitioners I’ve had. He listens - then answers questions directly. He explains test results in common language. He offers practical solutions & options related to possible medical treatments. I have confidence in his medical advice!

Dr. Ali Shehata is the best doctor I've had the pleasure of meeting. He makes you feel valued and always takes the time to discuss in detail any issues you're experiencing and answer any and all questions with patience and consideration. Truly a godsend.

I have just turned 65 years oId. I recently was in a one month COVID coma. When I was admitted to the hospital I was in a coma. I was in critical condition and admitted to I.C.U. unit. I had suffered 2 heart attacks, was intubated twice, and had a ventilator. When you go on a ventilator it's pretty much all over! I have survived, and many medical people have told me I am a miracle. Why am I sharing this with you? I want to tell you about how scared I am. (I now suffer from Long Covid). I had to go see a primary doctor, to give me all the referrals I needed to begin all my testing. I choose a doctor at random that was close to home. I made an appointment with him. When I arrived for my appointment at A & P Medical Group I was told I would see Meia Ford, a CNP not the doctor. She seemed aggravated by all my questions and seemed to rush the appointment. In addition to my negative feelings about Meia Fords bedside manner it was almost impossible to speak to anyone in their office. You had to stay on hold forever and if you left a message asking for a return call, they didn't return your call that day. Lastly, my pharmacist would leave several messages to refill my prescriptions and they would not call him back for days! My insurance company changed and A&P Medical did not accept my new company. I happily choose a new doctor, again one close to my home. I made an appointment to see Dr. Ali Shehata @ Intermountain Healthcare Desert Heights. Dr.Shehata was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, kind and answered all my questions, in depth, and ask me a lot more questions than the other nurse did. He was going to contact all the doctors I had seen so far and request my records sent to him. Dr. Shehata gave me the impression he really cared about my future health. He spent over 2 hours with me! and told me if I ever feel a need to see him for any reason, I could come to the office without an appointment and they would squeeze me in! If you want to see a doctor you can trust, that truly cares about you and your health, CALL DR.SHEHATA!!!!!!!

My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:50. I was called back in less than 20 min. Dr. Todd Dukes is awesome! His calm demeanor makes your visit pleasant. I was in and out within 40min.

Every visit to Intermountain Healthcare is a positive experience. Dr Shehata is always thorough and helpful with a positive approach and personality. The staff is friendly and professional and it is a pleasure to speak with the entire team, and I can honestly say; I actually look forward to my visits to the Doctors office now.

Dr. Dukes has been my doctor since I moved to Vegas three years ago. I liked him immediately. His manner is comforting and makes him easy to talk too. Love my Dr. Dukes.

Ty is always on top of every need or concern you have and unfailingly calls to follow up on your progress. She’s so very personable, caring, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I couldn’t ask for anything better!
