Came here because it looked nice and seemed to have a good vibe. The food appearance looked really good as well. The food was not good. The garlic bread looked so good but it was gross I’d give it a 2/10. The pizza was the worst deep dish I have ever had. I took one bite and was done. The wait staff was not attentive at, we had to stop them after about 30 minutes to remind her that we were waiting on our drinks that she had forgotten about. Never refilled the waters. The deep dish took 50 minutes but we were told a head of time that was the case, but honestly not worth the hype or the wait! 1/10 for the pizza. I don’t get the “people come here just for the deep dish” because it was so gross. A waste of money for sure. For appearances, I’d give it a 9/10 But overall it doesn’t deserve but a 1 star rating.

Really negative experience all around. We came to Vegas from Canada & came to this restaurant on the advice from our son who loves this pizza. We pre ordered the sweet barbecue prior to arrival as we were told it takes 1 hr to make this deep dish pizza. When we arrived at the restaurant we stood there waiting for someone to seat us for 15 min, finally the cook came out asking if we'd been helped & sat us. We sat for a good 25 to 30 min waiting for anyone in restaurant to acknowledge us while our cooked pizza said in kitchen waiting to be served *getting cold* Once we got pizza, it was everything I thought it would be. Cheesy, really really sweet & strong BBQ & just way too heavy for me. Am I glad I got to try it? yes! Will I eat it again? NO!!. Would I ever come to this location in the future if I ever wanted to eat it again? H No!! LOL. No apology, no nothing. **UPDATE Jan 2024** Management responded asking that I email them with full description & copy of review, which I did. It's now been almost 10 month & nothing! Sending another

Title: A Slice of Heaven in Las Vegas What a fantastic delight tucked into Las Vegas – Giordano's pizza was like stumbling upon a jackpot! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth that ratcheted up the thrill of being here. The staff was friendly and reassured us with proficient service while preserving a fun, inviting atmosphere. But straight away to the star here - the pizza. The dough? Fluffy yet crispy, providing a sublime textural backdrop to the symphony of toppings. Is it even lawful for pizza cheese to be that rich and gooey, stretching delightfully with each bite? The tomato sauce? A harmonious blend of tanginess and sweetness that had us questioning if we ever understood what pizza was until this moment. The tasteful, hearty toppings were generously sprinkled, creating a flavor spectacle that had us on the edge of our seats. It was a pizza masterpiece that pushed the boundaries of what we believed a pizza could be. In short, Giordano's is a truly charming sanctuary for pizza lovers in the heart of Las Vegas. Can't wait to go back. The pizza isn't just good - it's a revelation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️🍕

Never knew this location was here, it's on west Charleston, instead of having to go to the one at ballys on the strip. The place was pretty quite, we were there around 1pm, there was only 1 server, which he was the host and I think the bartender too. That being said, our service was good, drinks and food came out promptly, he was nice, we had a Calamari appetizer, I suggest getting an appetizer, because if you plan on ordering a deep dish pizza it takes 45 minutes, so do not be on a time limit, we had the small deep dish for 2 of us, and we still took 2 pieces home, the crust was really good, not greasy, which was good, it almost had a flaky biscuit consistency. Nice amount of cheese, maybe could use a bit more sauce. Overall we will go again, maybe for dinner next time and try the thin crust, our server said that is his favorite.

Giordano’s is superb deep dish outside of Chicago. The crust and flavor is the key to it all. The wait staff is extremely nice and prompt.

This was one of the best deep dish pizzas I've had in Vegas and I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

We we’re passing through Vegas and Giordano’s was recommended by a friend. We got a small deep dish pizza and it can definitely feed 2 maybe 3 people if you have smaller appetites. We will definitely go back again if we had the chance.

My husband and I came in on a Tuesday evening around 530pm. Greeting immediately at the door and seated within minutes. Our waiter informed us if we were getting pizza we should order that first, then move on to apps. We ordered a deep-dish to go and had Calamari and Italian beefs for dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing. (Forget to snap a photo of the deepdish!)

We were excited to try the world famous deep dish pizza. Ordered a pizza to go. There was over an hour wait for your pizza. And then when they finally served it I don't think it had been cooked all the way. I was very disappointing. 50.00 for a horrible Pizza we both woke up the next day hungry. I guess you can say it was keto friendly since the crust stuck to the box.

Stopped by to have a great pie and our server, Q was more than amazing. True hospitality and never missing a beat when we needed anything. 100% recommend stopping by for good eats and top tier service.

Please be aware that this establishment prepares fresh pizza upon ordering, which may take up to 45 minutes to make if not longer. However, the wait is certainly worthwhile!! We are absolutely thrilled to have discovered this gem! Each dish that was brought to our table was simply delightful. The pizza, in particular, was beyond incredible. There were definitely leftovers, which remained fantastic even a day or two later. We eagerly anticipate our next visit!

We ordered a large, deep dish pepperoni and mushrooms. The crust was awful. Tasteless, flat, dry crust, burnt edges. Wasn't stuffed at all. Barely any pepperoni or mushrooms in it, it was mostly crushed tomatoes. We waited almost an hour for that pizza, just to be disappointed when we finally took a bite. We won't be going back.

This is one of our very favorite pizza restaurants in Las Vegas. The Chicago deep dish isn't like a regular "deep dish" pizza. A regular deep dish pizza is basically just a loaf if bread with pizza toppings. This has a great crust which is fairly thin and filled with several pounds of cheese and the sauce and toppings are on the top of the cheese. We also had and generally get the sampler appetizer plate because it takes about an hour after you place your order to get your pizza.

Worst experience. Was excited to try this place out. Even when we walked in, the food looked amazing and the smell was heaven. We were seated by the waitress and seated at a dirty table with crumbs on the table. We overlooked it and started looking at the menu. 10 minutes went by, and everyone in the restaurant was checked on and helped except us. Once we were sitting for 20 minutes, I had to call the waitress over to put in our drink orders. She explained she was the only server working, and we understood (still hoping for the best experience). She came back over a few minutes after that and took our food order. People came and went for another 20 minutes, and our drinks were empty and pretty soon people who arrived after us, already had their 3 pies. When we hit an hour of waiting, we decided we had enough and decided to leave. On the way out the waitress tried explaining what was taking so long, but we just said "no thank you" and continued to leave. The waitress ended up saying, "Whatever!" And walking back into the kitchen. This place definitely looks good and maybe I'll have to order delivery instead of dealing with the rude server...

I love the Giordano’s in Chicago and was hoping for the same experience here. We had a great time, but it didn’t hit quite the same as their Chicago establishment. Love their signature parmesan crusted deep dish pizza. 😋

You must get a Chicago style pie at least once from here if you're anywhere around Vegas! This was one of if not the best pizza I've ever eaten. I highly recommend getting pepperoni, sausage and most importantly onion. The onion with that rich sauce makes the pie. The cheese is thick and flavorful. The crust has a nice chew to it and the outside layer of the crust is almost pastry like. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Just a heads up. It does take about 45 minutes to an hour to make it but it was more than worth the wait. You can always call ahead and pick one up from the downstairs pick up window.

1st time here was amazing. The food was amazing, and had the mozzarella triangles and calamari rings for apps. We ordered the deep dish and OMG was it good the crust was so flaky and all the ingredients are fresh. The service was amazing. Will definitely be back. Our new go to pizza spot.

If you don't like deep dish pizza, you ain't gonna like it. Good thing you're here because you do like deep dish. Just as good as the other 2 Giordano's I've been to and rated (follow me to find the best places to eat). Atmosphere was what is expected and service was awesome. We got the meat pizza and was not disappointed. Got the small and fed 3 of us up to the fill line. Do it!

Came here for lunch and loved the Parmesan crust version pizza. It was really tasty. We also had the chicken Alfredo which was creamy and fresh. The service was great, friendly and we will be going back.

Absolutely Phenomenal! Our server, Brian, was completely accommodating and made us smile. Huge thumb's-up to Brian for his cheerful and efficient service! The pizza? Deep-dish was as good as I remembered from my first taste (in Chicago - over 20 years ago). Funny, I have to drive (8+ hours) from San Jose, CA to Vegas in order to experience REAL Chicago-style pizza. But I'd do it again!

If you're looking for Chicago deep dish style pizza, look no further than here. This is the gold standard. So much food. Don't even begin to think that you can finish one of these. Service was amazing. I highly recommend!

I had this pizza in Chicago the original Giordanos so when i saw it being built here in Vegas i was excited to have it close to my house. If you want to experience an old school Pizza Parlor this is the place to do it. The Chicago Deep Dish is my Fav but have had thin crust and its just as good. FYI the Chicago Deep Dish takes about 45 to an hour to cook depending on how busy they are but get an appetizer will you wait. If you don't want to dine in they also sell Frozen Pizza's to pop in the oven at home!!

Great place to try. We of course tried the deep dish with sausage, bacon and pepperoni and olives. It was really tasty. The crust was very good and we enjoyed it. It's worth trying. I guess we aren't huge pizza fans but we liked it a lot. We also got a Cesar salad which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. We did take out and timed it just right so we didn't have to wait.

I went on a Wednesday evening about 5 and it was not too busy. I ended up getting a Blue Moon beer, an order of the spicy chicken wings, and a small deep dish meats pizza. Everything was very delicious and my waitress Alicia was very nice. The only negative thing that I can say was that the price was outrageous for being that it was just on myself up with, it ended up being about $70 after I paid and put a tip. It was almost $20 just for the chicken wings themselves.

Great deep dish pizza if you are willing to wait for 75 minutes to get it. Service is less than good. We never heard back from our waiter while waiting for our pizza. Buyer beware. If you add or subtract toppings on your pizza, they will up charge you as if your are building your own pizza which ended up costing us an extra $10. Overall, I will never go back to this place. There are much better options available to you in Vegas than to deal with lackluster service. Other annoying issues. They charge $6.00 for a soda and never offered me a refill. And the staff cleaning the tables were very loud while moving chairs and tables around. Banging everything very loudly. It was a real nuisance.

Giordano's pizza Giordano's pizza once you go there you're never go anywhere else. That is my favorite from Chicago the Because Chicago is home. Once you go to Giordano's you may never go anywhere else.. Or if you do it will always be comparing it to to Giordano's Pizza. And this is the small or individual size pizza.. How about that? Enjoy

I wanted to always try a real deep dish pizza pie. My brother told me this place was good. Well the pie was delicious 😋. If you want tons of cheese, a thick tasty sauce and quality pizza pie crust and savory toppings this the place. I had 2 pieces and I was full. We ordered it to go but the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked clean. No trash on the floor anywhere. I've gave it 4 stars cause I thought there should have been a little more pepperoni and Canadian bacon, black olives. But there was more cheese in this pie than I ever had in any other type of pizza or pie. The mozzarella was high quality and stringy. I got a medium and it weight 2 pounds or more. It will serve 2-3 people no problem. Go hungry.

I paid 60 dollars for a burnt deep dish pizza. This was my cheat meal and I thought it would be the best. Next time I'll probably just do a Texas Roadhouse. Service was great! But a burnt pizza for 50 bucks. That's probably why it was empty in there. I will still try the one on the strip but this location lost my business. Sorry for the bad review but this was awful.

Shoutout to Bryan at the Charleston Location. Great customer service and sense of humor. Beers were nice and cold, recommend the Chicago based Goose Island beer and the deep dish classic pizza was amazing! My wife enjoyed her Greek salad with grilled chicken. We even took 3 frozen pizzas to share with family in California. Thanks Bryan!
