    I’ve never been compelled to review a specific location of a chain restaurant before but thumbs don’t fail me now. My food was made by someone in crisis. I ordered three supreme tacos: first one didn’t have sour cream, cheese or tomatoes, second one didn’t have sour cream, cheese, or lettuce, and my third didn’t have cheese, lettuce, or tomatoes. What is this, taco roulette? The only other thing I ordered was a chicken quesadilla which looked cut by a blind hibachi chef. What have I done to anger you, God? Should I flagellate myself too? All I wanted was my faux-Mexican laxative. Anyway, I ate it all except for one “taco.” Out of principal. Rate my setup—

    **Your employees attitude is so terrible I’m adjusting my previous review from 5 starts to 1 star and I’d leave a zero star rating if it was possible!! Way to ruin it for everyone having employees with no customer service skills that are rude to customers the minute they pull up to your drive through. She was so rude I drove away and did even order and will never come back to this location. There’s to many great options in Vegas to deal with that nonsense. Hire people with basic common sense please!

    So I screwed up when I ordered. The manager saw me at the counter with my receipt and fixed the problem with no problem. Super nice guy. Wish more restaurant managers were still like this guy. Thank the McDonald's in the same parking lot for this review. I pulled in there to get food and use the restrooms and they still won't let people use the restrooms, so I drove over here and got food and used the restroom.

    45 mins for 3 small burritos. Let staff know i have a mobile order. 30 mins later I was asked "what are you waiting for?" OMG really! Rude staff after 8pm. Attitude! Never coming back here again at night. Wow.

    My husband and and I will NEVER come back here again!! We waited by the register for someone to help us and eventually some guy from the back told us to use the kiosk while the girl behind us got helped at the register, she got her order before us. When I asked the cashier why that happened, she told me something that had nothing to do with my question and apologized. We then ordered from the kiosk hitting the “dine in” button but of course they put everything in a bag because no one reads the ticket. The food doesn’t taste anything like i remember! It’s garbage 2 burritos, 2 fries and a pizza and it came to $23. How do they sleep at night! The burrito supreme is a joke! It tastes nothing like when I was younger, it fell apart after the first bite! Almost $5 for a soggy joke of a burrito! YUCK! Lesson learned! There’s no sense of urgency here and no one cares. How sad😞Im so disgusted! I hope Taco Bell shuts their doors for good!

    I came here an they were rushing forgot to give me some of my order but didn’t want to make the drive back the manager said next time I can get that food for free an when I came in another day to get it an employee told me I had to pay an I’m not getting it for free manager told lies about me getting my food an didn’t even get a refund won’t come here ever

    The old Hispanic man who works the drive-thru around 4:40AM on Monday was just rude. He seemed irritated if you asked him for anything. I asked him for some more hot sauce and a cup of water, he begrudgingly got it for me, though he tried to hide that he was annoyed. Then he forgot to give me my receipt so I had to go through the drive-thru again to ask for my receipt. When I got to the window of the drive-thru he took a lot of time to acknowledge that I was waiting at the window then I told him that I needed my receipt, he told me - with a tone that suggested he was annoyed - that the system was down so he couldn’t print receipts at that moment. The system being down seemed odd to me because how could a person take an order but not print the receipt of that order? But, let’s give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe what he said was true. Well had he just informed me of this before I left the drive-thru window or better yet before I made an order then it wouldn’t be as bad and or annoying to me. But one thing is for sure I now know not to go to a Taco Bell, especially late nights or early mornings. Their are plenty of other companies that serve food, lesson learned…

    You’ll get worst costumer service past 8 pm, this is not the first time we go at night we were told about a great service from Davis but apparently if you’re not one of the community lgbt he would mess up your order and be the rudest person you’ll ever meet, not only because of his attitude or fake tone but he tries so hard to get you on their team, you have to understand not everyone is lgbt and that’s okay, he always makes this unnecessary comments and speaks with this obscene language taking about p***y popping, food is okay overall like every other fast food it just the service, once he sees that you’re a straight person he becomes so mean and rude

    Quinn the manager doesn’t deserve this his employee is very disrespectful Hispanic woman young , was being rude from the being told me wait in the front than told me come inside then when I grab the door handle she told me don’t F’n grab the door like then I ask what was wrong , manager didn’t seem to care she didn’t wanna give her name , 3 mins later came back to the door and gave me the middle finger 12:30 am 8/25/2022 , never ever seen such a disrespectful/rude customer service person in 2,500rides Delivering food i amDiamond Uber driver with a %100 Satisfaction rate . She deserves to be fired it’s in the best interest of your business I promise . Also messaged cooperate !

    OMG!! I had one of the worse days in my life last week. My best friend and I decided to grab taco bell, the location we went to was in that mall across from pops sandwiches. The drive thru team member made my day and she didn't even know it. She spoke so politely and respectfully. We didn't feel rushed. I'm not kidding but she was the best drive thru cashier I've ever gave my order to. All she did was take my order but it's how she took my order. I don't know her name but I told her how she made my day better by taking my order. I think everyone should be kind like the young lady. It was about 11:30 pm on monday Aug. 28th I think that's the date anyways , I bet the rest of the staff are pleasant like her too. Thanks again!!! Oh and when we drove up to the menu, I saw they had my favorite Frito burrito .

    Absolutely horrendous food. We ordered the nacho fry boxes and the chalupa shells were so hard and stale they were hard to chew. We waited for over 10 minutes because they said they were waiting on fries, but those were also stale when we finally got our food. The soda had zero carbonation, it was just the syrup. Will not be eating here again.

    To be honest, I always go to this Taco Bell, and I would never have thought that I would give one star for a review, but I just wanted to do this reviews so that the manager will be aware of how rude and I’m considerate one of the worker there I believe her name is Veronica because that’s what I saw in my receipt I don’t usually write a bad reviews but she truly get me. I have asked so nice about the Chalupa combo, but she keep insisting the one that it’s more expensive because she said she could not find the one that I was telling her., $11 $8 is big difference

    They must’ve worn helmets and ate crayons in school or just illiterate to not be able to do a single order right. Asked for no sour cream and I got sour cream and I didn’t get my Cinnabons and I had to ask for the right drink mtn dew doesn’t sound like blue raspberry so I hope you have the worst day and night

    Had the new enchirito, what a joke. I remember the black olives and a meaty burrito under the enchilada sauce. There is hardley any meat and no olives, definately not what I remembered them being like, so dissapointed.

    They could not make the cash register work so they could not sell me a gift card.. they called a manager at home and still couldn't figure out how to sell me a gift card! It's right before Christmas and there's a special on gift cards right now. There are five or six employees in this store at this time and not one of them knows how to sell a gift card..

    This Taco Bell used to be one of our go to go but costumer service has been the worst lately, we had the worst costumer service from Davis a couple days ago he was being rude an apparently in a rush to keep flirting and messing around with one of the managers? He forgot our drinks and a couple items. We decided to give it a second opportunity but we ended up with an even worst costumer service from Melissa, she was extremely rude and disrespectful yelling at us and rushing us I asked her for the manager and she said she was the manager, what kind of managers do you guys have? One of them flirting with a coworker and the other girl no wanting to take costumers? I hope you guys do better.

    Very immature staff and management. They don't listen to simple instructions, product grade and portion size is very poor. You pay extra for "add" on items but when you get your food its still dry and small. Which leads me to believe that this store doesn't know how to prep correctly and/or they are selling food that has been sitting on the line passed its expiration times for the sake of financial gain. They indiscriminately inconvenience customers by messing up their orders then don't answer the phone the make things right. This is an ongoing issue and it seems that the employee turn around rate is very high. This is not good for business in these uncertain times of recession. Stonger leadership is needed because I am SURE that Yum Brand would not approve of these deficiencies within this operation.

    The cooks here are absolutely terrible. I ordered two beefy-5-layer burritos and other items off their menu on uber eats and they gave me no beef in the burritos. I order at this location all the time because it's convenient and they mess up 80% of the orders. How hard is is it to make a burrito? I use to work at taco bell and would never rip someone off like that.

    It's a little after 4:00 in the morning and my son is leaving and a fishing trip with his grandparents and wanted some food before they took off. So I looked up what was open right now and let him decide from the few places that are open. Well suppose to be open. He chose taco Bell'. So on the way to the airport to meet his grandparents I drive 15 minutes out of the way to come herez just for the lady to rudely tell me that they're not taking any orders. I explained to her how I had just looked online and driven out of my way to come over here because it says they're open and asked her why they're not taking any orders she said that she's rebooting the system and can't put it in the computer. I then told her I have exact cash if she could write it down and put it in once it's up. She just said nope. And then after if she thought maybe they should put that online so people aren't wasting their time driving over here when they're not going to serve people and once again she just said nope. With an attitude. So thanks Taco Bell now my son is going to be hungry on the plane because you guys don't think people's time is valuable. I think maybe you guys need a little course on customer service and should be a little more considerate of people's time. I used to work in fast food when I was younger and we just wrote the orders down and then process them when our computer came up like I explained to this rude woman in the Drive-Thru. But what it seemed like to me is that she was just being lazy and didn't want to do any work that's why she didn't take my order and numerous other cars that I seen just in a few moments that I was there.     Great service. Went through drive through was greeted kindly, waiting on my order noticed employee over filled my drink. He got a paper towel and wiped my cup down. I left without my debit card. Employee chased me down in parking lot to give it back to me. Wow! I really appreciate that kind of service.

    Normally I don’t write ✍️ reviews… but this time is an exception… Yes, because everything was great and the Young Lady name Gisselle N. was wonderful & had a nice smile. The order came out quickly. While I was dining in the restaurant. I noticed she helped this older couple by opening the door for them to leave because their hands were full with drinks and food and other bags. Then after that, she was happy to help and show a Latino gentleman on how to use the kiosk to order. Always with a friendly smile. It is hard to find great employees nowadays, especially young people. That's the reason I want to write this review to show appreciation of how helpful she is. She is an asset to your store location at 401 S. Decatur Blvd. Las Vegas, NV Store #031918 and I'm Sure that all the employees in the kitchen behind the scenes also are a great team to get my order out so quickly. The dine-in area was clean and comfortable.
