This place survives because it is the only place with a fitness center, showers, and sleeping rooms in the airport. The room looked nice but the person at the front desk was apathetic with zero people skills who would only say don't do this, or don't do that. I came out of the shower and sat down to gather myself and look at my phone to see where to go next. I was there for under a minute and the staff declared I was loitering. After paying for a day pass to use the shower, he gave me a holey towel went on a journey to look for a face towel. After a while, with a stack of varying size towels I asked him if he could just give me one of those. He said it wasn't allowed. The women's shower wasn't filthy but not clean either. It looked like it didn't get much use so it's just left there. The sauna doesn't work. He went on another journey so I decided to look around. He comes back and says, "I can't have you wondering around, people are sleeping here." Mind you, I've never visited this place and have no clue what's available. I would recommend it if you need the services for the convenience of location but come with zero expectations. I'm glad I checked it out but I felt like a hobo coming to this spot. The staff's nasty attitude brings down the place several notches.

Stayed at the rest room since I had an early flight. The rest room is fine size wise. The bed was like a cot (very thin mattress) and there was only 1 very thin pillow. Sheets were clean and comfortable. Alarm went off at 130am which freaked me out but nothing they can do since it was an airport alarm test.

I come here regularly to work in between flights. My card didn’t charge to the clerk who was at the desk and she wouldn’t even take the cash nor another card for just a day pass. Completely refused servicing as if I have stolen or there was prejudice because how I looked. I even called the manager and the number for the contact was blacked out…it’s ridiculous I had to deal with such horrible service as a regular gym goer. If you need to go to the gym, don’t waste your time or money with the airport. Especially, the woman who working Oct 3 @4:15 is extremely prejudiced. It’s really sad I need to find a new gym because of impolite behavior and horrible service.

I had plenty of time to kill before my flight and decided to get a workout in. Thankfully, I found Zero Level Fitness inside the airport. The facility was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed to get a great workout in. Freddy at the front desk was awesome. He was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Great experience overall 10/10. Thank you Freddy and Zero Level Fitness!

This fitness center claims that they are dedicated to airport employees and associates. I'm one of them. I went to the center and simply asked a favor if I could please use their locker room just to change back into normal attire and I even offered to purchase something at the service counter to which they refused. I had to pay like everyone else just to briefly use their locker room. They are stingy and are absolutely NOT dedicated to airport employees and their associates! I would recommend anyone to find a more suitable gym right outside the airport property.

Got stuck with a 12 hour lay over because of a delayed flight and called ahead to reserve two sleep rooms here. It was my first and last time that I'll ever stop in at this place. On the phone was told everything was completely available and that I didn't need to make a reservation even though I wanted to make them so that we would have a spot but the woman on the phone assured me it was necessary, I should have never listened to her. Walked in 15 minutes later to be told everything was booked except for one room and that if I wanted the second room it would be 5 hours before it was available. I explained what I was told on the phone just a few minutes ago and the lady at the front desk, who I suspect was the same lady I had just spoke with on the phone, clearly didn't give a care. I'll never bother with this place again simply because she couldn't be bothered to at least offer an apology or understanding at why I would be upset. I'll also be telling anyone I can to avoid this place anytime your flying through Vegas with a lay over and recommending other options as the entire experience left a very bad impression on me. If I could give it a zero I would.

I had a big gap between the end of my event for work and my flight. I had a big suitcase and a large tote and no vehicle, and I didnt want to drag everything around. I searched online for sleeping rooms in the airport and found ZEROlevel fitness. The room is pretty simple but it met all of my needs. I was able to complete some work, take a nap and relax prior to my flight. They do warn you that because it is a gym you will hear music and other noise. It's true, I heard the gym music the entire time in my room, but it didn't bother me. Just an FYI for light sleepers. Overall, this is a great space and I would use it again if I need it.

@ 0845 on the 17th of Aug 2023 a White lady with glasses at the desk was being a Karen. Someone told me to walk out the security area from where my gate was to come and check into the room, when I got there, this lady told me they were all booked, when I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager, then I said I would talk to the the owner, she said she was the owner. This is a bad representation for the business and customer service is very awful, don't support this establishment

I came in on an early flight and stayed in the nap rooms before the hotel check-in. _ I was able to relax and take a hot shower. I was helped by Kat my entire stay, and she was a gem. Kat was really kind and made sure I felt welcome and was comfortable. _ Very clean facilities and a decent sized gym. The relaxation room was small, minimalistic, but cozy and clean. _ Note: You must call and reserve a relaxation room ahead of time. _ CURRENT HOURS OF OPERATION Monday - Thursday - 24 hours Friday - Closes after 8:00 pm Saturday - Closed Sunday- Opens after 10:00 am

I rented one of their sleep rooms, as. Flight Attendant, who was here for work, but not receiving a hotel room. Renting one of these sleep rooms for 10 hours for $120.00 was so worth it. It was quiet and clean

Top tier! Better than most gyms outside the airport. $25 for the day while I was there on a 4hr layover. They provide workout towel, shower towel. Very nice staff. Very hidden gem, it was pretty difficult to find. I went to the 2nd floor and found the elevator that leads to "floor 0" exiting the elevator is the entrance to the gym.

Carlon is a horrible employee and shouldn’t deal with the public. He is rude, has no empathy and quite frankly looks like he hates his job. I witnessed him treat a male customer with respect but treated me terribly. I had never felt gender discrimination before til I had to deal with Carlon. I was a paying customer and he treated me like absolute garbage. I cancelled my reservation because I felt unsafe staying in a sleep room with him as the only employee on duty. This place will not thrive with employees like him. If you need a place to stay find other arrangements. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. This place lives up to its name “ZERO LEVEL” Stay somewhere else and Level up people. I am. Also, they have a waiting area with chairs and sofas and Carlon made sure to tell me I couldn’t sit there and wait because I’d be loitering. Shame on you. Remove the sofas then if you don’t welcome paying customers to sit and wait.

I fly in/out of Vegas once a week and saw they had a full service gym for passengers. Waited in the lobby for a long time. Once the first desk girl showed up, I asked her if I could see the gym before purchasing the membership. She asked if I worked here, I said “No I fly in here once a week.” She quick to say then no then we can’t show you the facilities. So rude. That doesn’t make any sense. Every gym allows tours of the facilities before signing up. Also she didn’t have to look me up and down like a criminal for inquiring about the gym.

Absolutely amazing place to sleep. They have a little salt lamp so you don't have to turn on the bright one to keep the room pretty dark. The only noise is from the gym music and weights but even then it is fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets and sheets where nice and clean and surprisingly soft. The alarm might go off in your room and since it's a small room it might be Very loud but they do warn you before hand that it might go off. The people at the front desk where always supper friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Over all 100/10 would recommend this and would definitely come back.

The gym is great and the staff is very professional, I just wish they would go back to being 24 hours so I can workout again

Place has gone downhill in a hurry... If you're spending money on a day pass take the time to read all 12 signs at the door to make sure the amenity you're paying for isn't out of service (they won't tell you ahead of time, they expect you'll read all the signs). Out of 3 showers, only one has a working soap dispenser and it's been empty for days so plan accordingly. Also don't touch anything in the shower without an up to date tetanus shot

Helpful staff. Comfortable sleep rooms. Nice bed with a blanket and pillow. Very clean. Well equipped gym with shower as well. Highly recommend. They were kind enough to cancel my previous booking and refund me when I had a change of plans. When I missed my flight they had space and I was able to book last minute for 10 hours.

A place to sleep in the dark, in private, and for extended periods of time. Katt was super hospitable and it's a great place. I almost don't want to review it because I'm afraid it will become popular over time but.. yeah if you need somewhere to sleep in the airport you can shell out a few bucks for a private sleeper in this gym. Awesome!

Really convenient place inside the airport to get a workout or a shower. Has lockers and showers. A day pass is $25 but the monthly membership is more economical. Rebecca at the front desk provided excellent customer service. I will be back again

Stayed in the nap rooms in between a long flight. One of the nap rooms is really nice, the other one not so much. The shower was very cold unless you ran the water for a very long time.

Great place to get a workout in on a long layover. It is outside TSA security, so make sure you have enough time.

Killer that there's a gym at the airport. $25 for a day pass is a great deal. Unfortunately the sauna is down at the moment but great way to kill a long layover. Super friendly service. Sounds like if there's 10 people here at a time that's busy. Place to myself right now :) Cardio machines, free weights. separate floor area. All airports should have a gym like this!

The entrance wasn’t the cleanest. Inquired about working out and the lady at the desk would not show us the gym before committing to the day pass, so we left.

We had a long early morning flight from boston and had to wait for our friends who arrived later, we were exhausted and the sleep rooms were a life saver!! Nice and clean and if we needed too had the option to shower, just what we needed.

Rebecca at the front desk was very rude. Someone should tell her hanging up on people is bad manners.

This was, beginning to end, an absolutely fantastic experience. The Zero Level Fitness team was very helpful and the facilities were exactly what I hoped. I slept well for the 6-hour layover and was very convenient. I left my earbuds there, Freddy, working at the front desk, contacted me promptly about it. Kat was also very helpful in arranging the earbuds to be mailed back to me. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience, the team and the experience epitomized helpfulness and support. I look forward to more long layovers in Las Vegas!

Tiny but mighty! They have sleep rooms, lockers and cleans showers. I love going there after work and unwinding. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Whether you come in once a month or every day they treat you great! Love, love, love this place!

Good exercise equipment, clean, very accessible, friendly staff I used the gym here on a long layover. They had a good selection of cardio equipment and weights and the place was clean. Workout and bath towels were included in the $25 fee. It’s nothing fancy but the equipment was in decent shape and it was clean. I think it mostly caters to flight crew but regular passenger are welcome. I really appreciated the opportunity to work out and wish more airports had this amenity.

Tried to reserve a spot by email twice, but they ignored the requests in their response. When I got there nothing available. This place is great otherwise.

I ended up having to stay at the airport overnight due to an extremely delayed flight. I was exhausted. I found the information for ZEROLevel online and decided to check out the sleeping rooms. The lady who checked me in was SO friendly and made it a breeze to get a sleeping room. The rooms are simple and exactly what I needed. They come with phone charges and small fan and a nice bed. I slept soundly for three hours. I was so thankful as i otherwise would be too worried about my belongings sleeping in the airport when traveling alone. They also offer a gym, sauna, nice bathroom and locker room and I believe they have showers as well. Very affordable also. I would defiantly recommend!

Super nice on the phone, needed a place to put my husband for a few hours since he was pretty hung over and just wasn’t capable of being normal in public. The front desk staff got him checked in right away for a 2 hour nap rental, and even asked what time our flight was, so they could help me, if I needed to get him woken up in time to catch our flight! Exactly what we needed. Thank you!
