This location is trash and racist. I was at the target on 4001 S Maryland Parkway around 9:55 and noticed an employee was continuously following me, making me feel uncomfortable. He did not let me know that the store was closing but instead, accused me of stealing. I am appauled and I feel disrespected. I was the only person being followed and as an African American, I feel discriminated. I do not have his name as he decided not to show his badge. He is a young Caucasian skinny male. My friend had to let me know that another shopper noticed him watching me as well. To make matters worse, when I went to he check out line and expressed my frustrations in a respectful manner, the employees did not care one bit. I make too much money to steal and I wouldn't have done it regardless. I loved shopping here but if this is how I'm going to be treated then it is not worth it. Save your money

We are visitors to Nevada. We LOVE Target at home. This? This doesn't deserve the Target name. I was uncomfortable, immediately. Walked into a confrontation at the entrance bw security and a.....customer? Not sure if I can call him that, bc he was being accused of stealing. The store was dirty. Very dirty. The lines were long. Saw 3 "non-service" dogs inside within the first 5 minutes. I mean, I love dogs........just not in Target. It was hard to find what we were looking for bc the selection was limited. We didn't even bother walking further to check out the grocery section. The overall vibe was....no. I kissed the ground when I got out and back to normalcy. Seriously though, I hated it. Never been to a Target like this before.

I had the rudest encounter with the self check out employee today 08/25/22. He claimed that his name was David. I asked for assistance and he seemed very upset that I bothered him for help. I was showing the target app price and he scanned my item with his zebra scanner and said my item was not on sale. I was attempting to explain that I wanted a price adjustment when he just scanned the item. I then told him I wanted a price adjustment and he snapped back saying well he can’t read my mind. And I need to let him know right away. I asked for his name and said I would be reporting this. He said go ahead it’s David. And then did the adjustment and walked away very rudely. This location is not my every day stop and I would not recommend anyone else to shop here.

This target has a Starbucks inside of it. The Starbucks isn’t really clean but it’s a good place to get some coffee or relax after or before shopping. I recommend you get the target credit card because they give you 5% off every purchase, so that is really good for getting discounts. I like this target because all of the staff is really nice, they help you find what you’re looking for, the place is really organized and it is a good place to get items on Clarence. They have a decent return policy, I never had any problems returning my items and make sure you always have your receipt because they need that in order to get your refund back. Walmart is a lot cheaper, but this is the closest place where you’ll get many items at a low price without having to go to the strip.

I was at returning an item, I’ve been in the customer service for a long time. Wow is all I can say, Ebony helped me with my inquiry, but she truly goes above and beyond. I have never met anyone with amazing customer service. I shop at this Target location all the time, but the employees like Ebony make it even better. Any questions or concerns she assisted me with, she’s truly an amazing employee. This Target location has really awesome and kind employees and everything is always in stock. The store is clean and tidy, the checkout is fast you’re not waiting more than a couple of minutes.

The carts are loud and annoying, so I grabbed a hand basket which limited what I could carry. Health and Beauty are all locked up, probably because of theft, I assume. I waited on an aisle for about five minutes after using the service alert. Nobody came. So I stepped out of the aisle and flagged down a male employee who apologized for the wait and told me the service alert didn't notify employees. Nevertheless, he apologized for the inconvenience. I selected my item and walked a few aisles over. That item was also locked in a cabinet, so again, I used the service alert on that aisle, but nobody came. Another male was also waiting, so after looking around and down the central walkway, I noticed employees going elsewhere. I waved to get someone's attention, but nothing. Meanwhile, I can see a female wearing a red sweater and dark hair further down, near a shelf in the middle of the central aisle. She looked at me and turned away to continue whatever she was doing. I figured she was a customer until I noticed her with what appeared to be store equipment. I yelled, “hello, can we get some help?” while waving my arms. That same female looked at me as if annoyed and slowly began walking toward me—the other guy who was also waiting left the aisle. When this female employee arrived, I told her,” sorry for yelling towards you, I've been in this area (health and beauty) for a while already, and the service alert doesn't seem to be working. Before I could finish my previous sentence, she responded with a snarky comment,” You just got over here.” I told her I'd been in this area for a while at the other cabinet. She opened the cabinet; I grabbed my item and quickly walked away before receiving any more of her unnecessary attitude. This is way too much waiting and bad service for a few toiletries. The carts and cabinets were annoying, but it's the added insult of having to deal with this employee that did it for me. There's no need to pay Target prices for Walmart-level service.

Shopping here was fine, but I was treated like a shoplifter at self check out. I was only buying soda and energy drinks

Fast easy shopping. Great prices. Staff was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend. Had what I wanted at competitive pricing. Gal at Personal Care was very helpful and saved me money!

Bought something for pickup only to arrive at the store to be told my order was cancelled. No reason given. Not sure if they didn't update their inventory (which is always the case with Target) or if they're just completely incompetent. Probably both. Don't shop here.

I visit this Target from time to time when in the neighborhood. Usually short lines and products at reasonable prices. Only problem is the parking lot has panhandlers and weird people walking around. Close to Walgreens and there are other good stores nearby. Would continue to go here but rather come here during the day.

We wanted to buy a SIM card for our mobile phone so that we could use the internet while travelling. None of the staff could explain what we needed and how to use it. We ended up throwing away $50. Small selection of products.

Clean store with a large selection of general merchandise, really like they have a grocery section now, but lacking any produce. Provides an option to the giant Walmart that has seemed to nearly developed a monopoly when it comes to retail.

Came for the EV chargers which were convenient. Got a few things inside while waiting. Nice enough store. Typical target.

I just picked up a job near to this store so I shop here for lunch. The crew here is so rude. This isn't just a one time thing. The employees here literally try to run you over with their stocking carts. It's not that they can't see, it's just that they don't care. This has happened so many times that I'm assuming this is the norm here, to disrespect customers with their me first attitude. The management team here needs to step up and have a talk with them. Just stop being rude!!!

This location is usually cleaned out by tourists :( It's hard ti find sizes that I need because it is the closest target to the strip and some tourists come in and wipe out entire stocks of some things. I driver further to another locaiton sometimes just to find the basics! I wish they would stock this location appropriately.

There is an insane amount of security to protect everything in a bottle. There are no men's specific moisturisers available here, I truly cannot understand why this is not an option for men in America. You need to get someone to help you to buy anything as they are all behind closed-in cabinets. So you have no time to actually read the packages or compare items without the sales person pressuring you to make a choice so they can close and lock the $6 items back in the cabinet. I understand there is a theft problem in America but it's only hurting actual customers to not buy more items.

I wish people wouldn’t waste my time. I work night so with target being open until midnight it’s a game changer to get gifts for everyone I just had a baby a couple months ago so I’m in desperate need of clothes this is the THIRD night I have gone here not to mention having to bring my 2 year old along and picked out cute clothes and get to the fitting room and the same girl is standing there and every time just says ya sorry we’re closed so I asked when did you close she told me 11pm so tonight I rushed here again picked out the same clothes and wouldn’t you believe it the SAME girl is standing there and it’s 10:40 so I said I want to try on really quick to which she says No we’re closed. Like are you serious this is the 3rd time I’ve had to leave a cart full of clothes if the fitting room is open till 11 it needs to be open until 11 I think because there’s a lot of go backs they just deny people. The customer service at this store has gone down hill that’s for sure. If you say something to a manager they kind of just shrug its like no one has a ounce of customer service. So now I have nothing to wear Christmas. Thanks fitting room girl I didn’t want to put your name on here because that’s petty. Do better. When you say 11pm someone rushes to your store and grabs everything in time to hurry and you continually turn them away it’s a waste of time in the store gas in my car like seriously. Everything in the store is locked up now and you have to signal the beeper for someone to come up and unlock everything for you. I used to like going on target trips but now it's pointless because we end up not buying anything because they are taking too long to get to you to unlock. It's not the employees fault but it is super frustrating. Sure I guess people are not stealing as much for target, but we are sure as hell not buying anything either because the wait time to unlock is too long.

I’ve always loved how easy it is to shop at Target especially with the app. The atmosphere is friendly, well-maintained, and they don’t shy away from providing support when needed. I’ve had to do some returns & exchanges. Each time I needed to, I was assisted by Ale. He’s so personable! It makes the experience worthwhile especially with how efficient and effortless the transactions have been. And even in the short amount of time it took to process the returns, Ale manages to make genuine conversation which is rare these days. I appreciate a lighthearted interaction especially with an attentive, sincere and genuine employee. Your work is recognized, Ale! Thank you!

I stoped there to get some water.I had a bike stolen there even tho there was a security guard at the door, a guy picking up cart, a security car outside in the parking and a camera outside. .the manager was ok.he gave me the adresse to a police station to make a report.i went there.nobody available to take my report. if you see a blue decathlon riverside 520 bike in your area with a Grey fork bag it is mine. The cashier was pretty slow at scanning. The bathrooms of the women’s were absolutely filthy! Full trash bags that aren’t changed. Toilet paper on the stalls and floor, people have no class. I can only imagine the men’s bathroom. The floor in the entrance was extremely dirty with footsteps. Some items were stolen in the jewelry section please check twice to see if you have the complete package. The outside of this target was gross as well, both of the trash disposals in the front of the target was completely filled up. Besides all this, a customer service worker was quick to assist on opening the locked items I wanted to get, which I am grateful for.

Target was great & nice, helpful employees . Store was clean, isles seemed a bit loaded up with things for sale so not a lot of room to walk. I also visited the Starbucks & got two drinks, mine was iced coffee with two Splendas , wasn’t that great, hopefully the other drink was ok, the employees were nice.

It’s a nice store on the outside but the inside is horrible, the lighting sucks, it’s very dark inside and gloomy, and hard to see in some parts of the store, it is sanitized, and well organized, and the employees are very nice

I don't normally write reviews on this but the cashier name Donna I believe an elderly lady charged me double on 2 items, yesterday. Now maybe a mistake from me not checking, but isn't there supposed to be some trust between the cashier to customer or even in a bigger scale a brand to customer? How can swiping an item through the sensor charge double twice? Once I would probably understand but twice??? They charged me double that cost me about 20dollars. Better keep an EYE on the receipt and double check before leaving. I know they ain't gonna believe me when I go back and complain, so I am letting y'all know through this that this really happened and it;s real!

In the past I've enjoyed shopping at target, target is a good store when needing to get different supplies that other companies don't provide. The service is usually great too. However this specific location gave me hard time. Never have I have felt so uncomfortable and discriminated by my skin color. I was served poor customer service when needing help to find certain items. Instead I was followed and watched by other co workers while doing hoilday shopping. The stares made me feel as if I was a criminal or a homless person looking to rob the store. This will be the last time I ever I shop at this location. I highly recommend anyone of a different race outside of Caucasian go elsewhere. Customers of color need to feel comfortable. My advice for this location is to hire employees who do not discriminate.

For this part of town, this is one of the nicer stores. It's well maintained, well staffed. Their staff has always had a smile when I've asked for help.

We went into this location around 9pm and it was packed! The store was also on the smaller side and not the most clean or organized. The staff working were friendly though!

This is the most unorganized and nastiest Target location that I've ever been to! The whole store was pretty much trashed. Not to mention the homeless man who was hitting on me and trying to pick me up while I was cashing out. I can't believe this is what Las Vegas has to offer. Ghetto.

Key boss Locksmith Summerlin is the best locksmith. They were able to get my car door open within minutes when I locked my keys in the car, and they got me back on the road quickly. The customer service was great. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road so fast!

Made a drive up order at this Target. Love the convenience of this feature! There was just a couple of things from my order that got cancelled because it was no longer in stock. But would still highly recommend for the ease and convenience.

The security on shift at 7/9/2022 in the afternoon did a great job helping out my husband and target employees at this location provided him with bandages and first aid supplies after he had slipped up and scraped up his toes pretty bad. Thankful for the caring staff here. 🙏 Appreciate you all. Great work!
