👍👍 I joined because UNLV's gym isn't open. I feel fortunate to have a low-priced high-quality gym nearby. Everybody is cool. The people running the place along with the fellow members. I like the outside free weight section. I now realize that lifting heavy weights and sunshine (and people) makes a sub... I'm in Vegas for the better part of a week. I have been traveling alot and training at facilities all over the nation. It gets a bit pricey when I have to pay for day passes! Lol I joined a program with a network of gyms and found movement fitness... I walked in and the sweetest woman worked the front <later found to be the owner's mother> Place was super clean... huge facility... weights, inside and outside turf training areas. The owner comes in, introduces himself and explains that they are no longer a part of said network.... he could've kicked me out, but he allowed me to continue with my trainng!! Our conversation ended with me pitching my supplement line at Bammathletics.com He explained that the juice bar had recently shut down and my timing couldbr be better... I wanted to buy a t-shirt just to support, but he ended up GIVING me the shirt! I had an excellent workout.... cn I am in Vegas this will b home gym!

This is an excellent gym that now has a new owner. The previous gym was named Dragons gym, so it has all the previous facilities and space, but new management that definitely seems excited to bring new things to the members. They've repositioned a lot of the equipment that it makes more sense now and converted the other half of the gym to an indoor turf section with functional fitness in mind. They've had some hiccups with the transition as far as memberships and accounts go, but they've worked with us to make sure everything is fixed. I think only good things are coming to the gym in the future and I look forward to seeing them.

I don't have anything negative to say about the gym it's a really good place it gets five stars ⭐️. The downside is I can't afford the price for the year or even the month is just way out of my price range and I wish it was 24 hours too. If I hit Megabucks or the lottery I'll hit you guys back up.👍 the only reason why I gave it one star is because I'm poor. 😭

I went to this gym back when it was called Universal Fitness. I even signed up when the gym was being built because I liked how the layout was described to me. The gym ended up being very nice with a cool vibe. After a couple years I decided the price was just too steep for a smaller gym with one location. My problems arose once I tried to cancel my membership. The front desk told me I had to call a number to cancel. I did exactly as they told me and I thought it was the end of it. Not long after I got an email saying my account was delinquent and that I owed them money even though I canceled my membership and was already with a new gym. I went back into the gym and they told me that it looked fine on their end and that I should be good. Over the years I noticed that they changed the named of the gym multiple times. Fast forward 3 1/2 years later and I received a letter in the mail from an attorney's office saying that I owed "Movement Fitness" $19.99 and if I did not pay it back that they will report me to creditors. I spoke to the attorney's office on the phone and they told me I need to mail in a written dispute even though I never even went into that gym for almost 4 years. Might end up just paying the $20 and being done with it. Would not recommend going to this gym just cause of the headache you'll have to deal with if you decide to cancel you membership.

Most ghetto gym in Vegas. Low income area and facilites are just meh. EOS is cleaner, multiple locations, better value.

Absolute bums the owner cares about no one but himself won’t put the ac down if you walk in at the r 5 minutes you’ll end up sweating but the way he Carrie’s himself he thinks he’s better than the gym Had told me he won’t lower th ac because “power lifters “ want to work out in heat “. Yet he has trainers who’s clients have left because the heat he’s always racist said my Kids can’t work out there yet he allows one of his trainers duaghter to work out who is younger than mine. There hasn’t been to let seat liners in 6 months and it’s 78 degrees in there smoothies are $9 go back to lvac if your looking to switch I promise it’s better . Not To mention he makes his own mother work thete for $-12 N hour an absolute sham. I

This is the worst gym to go to. I would tell anyone who is trying to keep their credit unaffected as well as not have to deal with fraudulent activity to stay far away from this gym. They have changed their name around four times within the last three years and two years later after I have stopped doing business with them I get a email saying that they could not charge my card on file. It makes no sense for a company to not only stop doing business under one name but then to change names and then try to charge my card money for somewhere I have never stepped foot in for the last 2 years. I will talk to the manager tomorrow and I will update this review but as of me even having to deal with this this is a one-star location and I would encourage people to not put any cards on file, as well as not even join the gym.

BRO, change the music and fix the showers. Weight room is great. But soap and shower curtains are cheap. $9 for a protein shake? Are you out of your mind.

Love this gym so much, I like that everyone who works here is so friendly and helps out any time I have a question on a machine or workout. Also love their smoothie bar!

Signed up when It was Dragons gym. Now they are movement fitness. I have tried many times to cancel my membership since I moved. I literally have left emails, voicemails, phone calls. NEVER returns my phone calls or answers. It literally took to literally cancel my bank and move to another, only for them to still try and go after me for payment after sending numerous emails to cancel.

Great gym with lots of good high quality equipment. Parking is good, staff is nice enough, very clean, smoothie bar, easy to locate. Kind of rough getting them to accept Active & Fit but maybe I paved the way for others.

I was a member at this gym almost two years ago, so this review does not reflect today considering things could’ve changed. However I decided to leave this review anyway because I am currently looking for a gym and I felt like this place wasn’t an option. First off the gym and equipment is great! The membership price at the time wasn’t bad at all considering how nice of a gym it is. My issues was more with the staff. At the time there was a cleaning guy there that took his job very serious lol one night I was leaving the gym and there was a wet floor sign near the entrance/exit but there was no way of telling what area was mopped because it’s a big open space. As I was leaving the gym the cleaning guy asked me to walk on the other side. He didn’t say it with an attitude however it felt like he was upset. But again it’s difficult knowing where to walk In a big open space and a wet floor sign in the middle of it. A few weeks later I go to the gym around 10:30 am put my things in the locker room finish my work out around 11:45 and there is a sign asking people not to come in the locker room because it’s being cleaned, Which was absolutely ridiculous to me. Why would you clean around that time and then not let people in the locker room to get there things so they can leave. And that same guy had attitude because I decided to get my things anyway… I just left with my wet and sweaty clothes that I had on. The cleaning lady with him was was nice though. Also the lady that wears glasses and worked the front desk at the time definitely made me feel like she had a issue with me. Or maybe her personality just wasn’t the best. overall nice gym. Not the best staff though.

It's by far the best gym in Vegas for people who actually take working out seriously. Pros: *Never crowded (hoping it doesn't change but I also want them to do well and stay open 🙏) * Amazing Nautilus and Star Trac machines! If you bodybuild it's heaven * Tons of turf area for functional trianing * Squat racks with all the nice power lifting attachments * Super clean locker room and shower area * Affordable * Tons of parking space Cons: * Hours - Closing at 10pm is absolutely a travesty in Vegas and I really wish it stayed open until midnight since I end my day very late sometimes. But besides that... It's a great gym * They don't believe in 10lb plates for some reason lol. There are 100s of 45s ,35s, 25s, and 5s ....but only 2 10lb plates in the whole gym, just found it funny since most ppl go up in increments of 10.

This gym has such excellent equipment, the environment is very pleasant to be around and it's extremely well kept with cleanliness. Coach Alex is an amazing personal trainer who puts passion into his work, and also does Salsa fit classes at the location. His experience includes body building, custom toning, HIIT workouts that you never get bored of and challenge not only muscle development, but mental. He also helps me with meal plans. I always feel 10x better when I leave because of the serotonin boost. The best investment i can do for myself! They also have yoga, and other classes. The green spacious turf and quality equipment for an affordable price is really one of a kind. Highly, highly recommend and it's even worth a drive to come here if you are not immediately by. Grateful for this location here in Vegas

Wouldn't ever step foot in another gym, been a member for over 2 years and is what really started my fitness journey because of how great of an environment it is. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and that's why Movement Fitness is the best gym in town.

Very very good gym that has absolutely everything you would ever need. The people there are all very friendly and it has a great vibe. Only thing is it can be quite pricey compared to other gyms but if you’re really committed to workout out it’s worth it.

I will miss this gym. I am relocating to another state. This gym has a positive vibe right when you walk in. The staff is genuinely friendly. The staff from the top to bottom are charismatic and make you feel like you own the gym. This gym has all new equipment a cool turf area. Though the best part for me and I have to commend the management and the whole Staff for their friendly attitude which is much needed in these times.

I chose this gym because it’s the closest gym to my residence with a reasonable amount of free weights. Was told that we could try out the gym before we purchased a membership by an employee on the phone. Drove 25minutes there, just to meet the owner Jason, who says he won’t do a day trial. He then proceeds to attempt pressuring us into buying a $150/month membership, even though his normal membership is $59/month. Just feels bad to have a business try and hussle you.

First time checking out this gym and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it. It’s quiet, extremely clean and has a lot of different types of machines. Def recommend to anyone that lives around the area!

I was amazed when I first worked out here. I located this gym online, but as we are all aware, pictures and descriptions may or may not show the true picture. Upon my in-person review, this place is so much better in person. The size, cleanliness, customer service, quality, and even the compacity reached at any hour were truly outstanding. Huge gym with the biggest turf area I've seen yet in a gym providing a wide selection of sleds, agility cones, trx cables, and much, much more for your own use and ability to grab off the shelves at any time. The boxing area is my favorite. I've yet to see any other gym besides an actual boxing/martial arts gym that provides a speed bag, double end bag, and heavy bag with enough room to do work and not feel like you're compacted in a corner with other distracting things around like most gyms do that even have any of this equipment. Cardio machines, free weights, cable machines, and much more are here and even some awesome machines I've yet to see at any other gym. They definitely are up to date on their stuff. When the weather warms up, they even have an outdoor section, which is another cool bonus to work out here. For the price (Veterans discount is amazing, by the way), I found it to be well worth it in my opinion. This awesome gym will be my go-to whenever I drop in to Las Vegas. Forget the crowds, fighting for machines, and old equipment that does not work; this place has what you need, and I found the atmosphere to be one of the best things for me here. Met a lot of cool, humble people working hard on themselves, and you don't get that often, especially for the dudes because they always try to either compete or one-up the other guy. Everyone is coming here for the right reasons, and I respect that so much more. Drop in and check it out for yourself.

One of these best or if not the Best Gym's in Las Vegas. I train here 5 days a week and every single one is better than the next.

Excellent gym, great equipment, friendly staff, free classes, exceptional facility. If you're looking to upgrade from something like LVAC or Planet fitness, this place is the spot. Owner and GM are super friendly as well. Check em out!

I am a professional mixed martial artist and I train here weekly to keep my strength and mobility up. They have all the unconventional tools you need to upgrade yourself on the left side with a long turf area (sleds, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc.). They have the more conventional setup on the right side with weights and machines. They have separate saunas in each bathroom which is nice for those not wanting to possibly see things they can't unsee. They have a great free class on Sundays that focuses on effective breathing exercises and ice bath plunges which is great for anyone, especially high-impact athletes. They also have in-house body sculptors (I believe they do scraping, cupping, massages etc.). Lastly, their protein bar is loaded with a variety of treats. It serves protein boba, which I had never heard of before, but I am for it! The best part about this gym is that it never seems too packed because of the U-shape layout. All in all, they have made a great transition and are moving away from the negative vibes that past gyms in the same location have created for them.

awesome place & great customer service! we only got a tour, but were offered a free week pass. definitely plan on visiting again and actually utilizing the place. the building is huge (and they said they still want to make it bigger), they have one entire side dedicated to athletic training & the other to weight training; they also have a sauna inside of the bathrooms along with showers. they even have an outdoor workout area fully equipped. another thing they were proud of is the fact that this place does not get packed with people and you can use the equipment freely without standing in lines waiting just to workout; however, in order to keep it this way, they said once they reach about 1,400 members(if i remember correctly) they would make it a private or member-only facility. if you stay in Vegas, i recommend this place 100%.

This gym is a hidden gem- it’s huge with great changing rooms. I’m from out of town, but went just for the group fitness class led by Janu! She’s amazing! So welcoming and fun! She gave more than just a workout but spoke about/encouraged discussions about setting intentions, reminding us through class to reflect back and how we can integrate after class ends. Just so impressed! The rest of the class seemed like repeat community that felt the same!

Ive been coming here for a couple weeks now and I love it! Very spacious, staff is friendly, and theres so many machines for everyone and then some! which is great so your not just having too wait around for someone to finish. oh, and they have an outdoor section, how cool!! love that, its a 10/10 for me (:
