Haven't been to a Denny's in a while so I thought we'd check it out. Initially going for the Grand Slam but it never ends that way. We were greeted immediately by our hostess who sat us down and our waitress acknowledged us and told us that she'd be with us. She was very friendly and helpful even though she was a tad busy. She was great and took care of us. Food was great as well. Will definitely be back.

This Diner is very clean and really nicely decorated with photos of the old Las Vegas. The service was very friendly and very fast. The food was excellent and the helpings had a good size. We will come back.

My husband was in hospital across street for 10+ days. Every time went to Denny’s to eat the food was great for both the salmon and country fried steak. Also breakfasts were fabulous. All the employees were smiling, happy, extremely polite and helpful. I especially enjoyed Sarah when had lunch and Jay-R when my hubby and I had breakfast after he was released. Definitely 5 Stars for awesome employees!!!

Jonathan was our server. He put the serve in service. Very polite. Very respectful. I would come back to this Denny's just for the service, but the food was good and out quick. We were a party of 2, but still, the food was prompt. I appreciate the manager who came around to our table to check on us and poured us coffee refill. I love to see a manager who helps. No one perfect. It is possible that I can find this thing. But service girl and boy so bad. Managers is fine but why waiter and waitress working here ..not educated. That is why they are working there? Sorry but I just want to eat breakfast comfortably. This place is not comfortable cuz not well educated, not professional staffs. Never go back. 2 times horrible experience are enough.

Food was great. Customer service was great. Only thing is my sandwich, the chicken wasn't cut like the picture. So there was more bread then chicken. But it was very delicious.

Boneless wings-Nashville Hot Horrible!! Definitely didn't look like the picture on the menu. Smh Barely any meat and they are full of grease. They are so salty that I took one bite and my feet instantly swelled. I have coronary artery disease and can't afford these type of mistakes. Ugh......

Herme was an amazing waitress we was in vegas for a work trip and found this dennys while just driving. After we ate here the first day we came back every day with more of out party in tow till we had 8 people dining here every morning. And was greeted with a welcoming smile By Herme ty so much fornyour hospitality would def recomend

Hubs and I couldn't decide what to eat. Went to Dennys. Right outside gates of our neighborhood and haven't been in a while. We were served by Jonathan. He's fabulous! Made it more enjoyable. The food as we remembered, fantastic. Will make a point to return a little more often. When you get great service and great food, you want to go back.

The service was great. They were fast, friendly, and took really good care of my family. The food was excellent~ When I asked for modification to my order, they didn't mess it up and they weren't rude. 10/10 would go back again

Richard did a great job serving me, He greeted, and sat me down right away. Very friendly! He was efficient, and spot on thru the whole breakfast experience. While I was eating I also overheard Richard, helping with a wrong food order, He was empathetic, and made sure the customers left happy. Dennys has been a restaurant which I grew up in, and had many great memories in. Dennys should be proud to have a waiter like Richard . I will definitely be back!

One of LV's oldest locations for Denny's, but still one of it's best ones, directly across from Sunrise Hospital. Just updated with new fixtures so everything looks great. Service from Richard was awesome, food was super. Their new Benny's look awesome.

Had a very pleasant experience with Jon. He was very nice and accommodating. My issue was with the couple next to me who was complaining about her order being wrong when she ordered a starter meal but wanted a different plate I heard her and her husband complaining about wanting hash browns and 2 sausages and fruit. When he came to ask if everything was ok. Both of them said there was as an issue with her order. She was missing the hash browns and 2 sausages. And he said I heard you ask for fruit and she said yes but she also wanted hash browns. So he said no problem I will get those for you and explained that what she ordered was just 1 of each and either fruit or hash browns. When he left. They were still complaining and it irritated me so much that I spoke with the manager to let him know that if they complained. It was because she ordered the wrong thing. He did nothing wrong and was trying to accommodate her politely and efficiently.

Johnathon was very polite. Attentive and helpful. Very patient while it took us some time to figure out what we wanted. My daughter came to town so we were catching up and he made us both feel welcome to do so. Thank you Johnathon. Absolutely amazing experience.

Sunday 3:25 am June 25/ 2023 I walked into Dennys and was met at the cashier’s podium by a medium tall black man with a black sock like hairnet. I noted to him. The sign said wait to be seated by host. He seemed to not understand me, so I mentioned it to him again. He’s in motion to the booth, so I sat down. The place only had two couples in it, and one had not even ordered as well as myself. The waitress came over and took my order. I asked where the restaurant was and of course it was locked because she didn’t tell me, so I went back out and got the code from the black man who greeted me who was still at the front counter, talking to a customer with no order in front of him yet either. A few days earlier, I was here with my wife and gave a four star review, especially concerning the chef who was very focused on creating timely orders that I could see on a digital display board and it was doing one. Great job. I went up and complimented him afterwards. Fast forward to tonight well situation was totally opposite. It was about 7or 8 minutes later I got my water from the waitress And I asked her a question about where the chef was tonight because I usually watch the cooks and no one was in the kitchen. She pointed in the direction to the greeter, which is the black man that met me at the cash register when I came into Denny’s. And he was still talking at the counter to another guy was no food in front of them and part of the conversation was about rap dancing. But that time I’ve been sitting for 15 minutes and still no chef in the kitchen and I could see when the waitress went by him she mentioned that, I had ask where the chef was. Several minutes later after she asked him that customers were waiting. I could see that the digital menu that hangs in front of the kitchen was filling up with orders and there was still no chef in the kitchen. This man who greeted me was a chef, and he had no intention of getting any orders out to anyone. I bought that time which is 25 minutes later I want by the waitress, waved and said I was leaving and left Denny’s. I’d be embarrassed to have hired that kind of help . I will certainly never go back to Denny’s after midnight because your help is very inferior and could care less about the customer .Needless to say I was very upset but not visit after hours until Denny’s changes their hiring practices of hiring irresponsible after hours employees. I suggest he be replaced. Buttermilk pancakes sausages and eggs all to perfection thank you Chef Wilder you’re awesome! Alma and Tracey were great and attentive as well. They have a very interesting interactive menu that comes to life somewhat by photographing the QR code. It’s a little difficult to get used to but the cheese and some of the pictures come alive even the photographs on the front of this gorgeous brand new colorful pictured album is the best I’ve ever seen. The photos are mouthwatering here’s a few below with a little bit of a video. And the place is sparkling clean with plenty of room for groups as well and a huge parking lot that goes on forever. Great location directly across the street from Sunrise Hospital. Thanks crew are all doing well looking forward to coming back soon! Sarah was an incredible server. She adjusted us to a more comfortable area when the restaurant was cold. She was super attentive and personable, and we connected on our commonality with Michigan. She helped direct my husband to an easier way to order only what he wanted and was super fast and courteous. We will be back. Way better than peak breakfast/lunch hours.

Great Birthday experience. French was awesome, service was quick and helpful. My Birthday reward was in my phone no hassles or worries. This is a great place to have your B-day breakfast, or any day of the week is good for a dining experience. Denny's delivers? I felt welcomed.

We came in and we got seated right away which was good. They got it to our table and got a drinks right away. Their food that we ordered was delivered to us within like 10 minutes. Really good customer service in the mornings. Over all it's a good little restaurant to go and get a quick bite to eat. Can order online Uber eats.

The place was not even busy but yet they served the Cold food my friend had to send his back to get it microwaved but they did a good thing they gave him a fresh brand new breakfast special. No because I was so hungry I ate mine it was lukewarm

Worst customer service ever, we waited 1hour for our food and my French toast was burn and my brothers sausage and bacon was burn as well I manage a restaurant I would never serve burn food to any customers what the he'll is wrong with people

First time I was disappointed. Waiter was phenomenal. He gave me what I wanted even though there wasn't a meal described on the menu for that. All I wanted was a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs biscuit and gravy and hash browns. The eggs were disgusting. Can't even describe what they tasted like only that I was wondering if they were real eggs. Gravy was bland and tasteless. And the hash browns were okay with ketchup. But the server definitely was the best part of the whole meal. I won't go back anymore.

We eat a lot at Denys. At this restaurant look like they don’t listen to what you order. We ordered garden salad with no cheese, it came with cheese, we asked to replace it, they just tried to take the cheese of and brought it back still with cheese on it. We asked for toast with no butter, guess what, it came with butter. Also took long time for the food to me even the place was almost empty.

The loss of 2 stars was due to the service. Now before I begin let me say I have worked in the restaurant business as a waiter. The place was not busy when my party of 3 arrived. To start off on the wrong foot the order was placed incorrectly. We asked for 2 orders of the same plate, one with no mushrooms and both with french fries instead of hash browns. When the plates were brought both plates had mushrooms and one plate had fries while the other hash browns. We had to ask 4 times for a refill on drinks and we asked 3 times for sugar and 3 times for a to go box. It is understandable when you are understaffed and busy but like I stated earlier it was not as busy and there was 4 waitresses and the manager was helping them. The food was good but the overall experience was ok.

It started with the parking challenge. However, that was minor compared to things that are not there anymore. We were at the booth, and had just ordered drinks. Mines was an Ice Tea, no lemon. The drinks were served in a timely manner. However, there was no sugar, creamer, and the stqnd that use to house these items was changed into a peanut butter, and no Jelly turnstile. This prompted me look to another table for my favorites, mainly sugar. All the tables were absent the aforementioned items. If you look close up on the photos, you will see a much thinner table setting than you are used to. Not you Dennys, come on. Man, maybe that had something to do with the meal tasting as bad as it did. Tasted medicinal. The pictures of the food is what we left, not what we were served. One bite was enough to know. Stopped in early one morning on our way out of town and had a great breakfast served by Richard M. He was fast, friendly and had a great personality. I overheard him talking with another table who had a loved in the hospital across the way and he clearly recognized and remembered them from a previous time and made sure to ask how they were all doing. His kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed.

Quonisha was my server and she was wonderful! Not only was she making me laugh but she was also very knowledgeable about her job. I will request her when I go back. Maggie and Abe are the managers and they both carried their work title with ease and professionalism. Keep up the good work you guys, because that's the way a business is supposed to be ran.

It was a quite busy night for only two workers but the cook and the lady server was very excellent doing their job. She was very polite and even apologize for making us wait for not even a long time. And I appreciate the effort of hers not hesitating to help someone that needed medical assistance. She called for medical emergency quick and assist her to make sure nothing more critical happen to the lady. People like her needs a raise. Keep up the good work.

Birthday breakfast yummy so you can get one free Grand Slam for your birthday but you have to sign up online. I called came in to eat but didn't know you had to sign up online first. So we told the waitress and she explained apologized to me and gave me a ice cream bowl. So sign up online first and then go get your Birthday started at your local Denny's. No matter how many times I called out his name he came running to our table with a smile. Not only did he provide great service, but he entertained our kids just as good. Sarah absolutely made our day today. As we were struggling with our grandmother she comforted us with her big heart and so much love. The food was incredible - had a steak that was mind blowing for the price. The service was the ultimate by Sarah, we left with a smile on our face and heart that lasted the whole day. I haven’t been to a Denny’s in over a decade, but stopped by this one before visiting someone at the hospital. I am vegan so was not expecting much—but they were so accommodating! Got sauteed veggies, sourdough toast, avocado, and fruit for my breakfast. So delicious and seasoned well!

When we initially walked in we were welcomed warmly by the host (which i also believe is the manager.) The server, Jacky, was very attentive and patient. Food came out quick and everything was great. Even the guy who gave me the bathroom code was sweet!
