I
walked
into
Dennys
and
was
met
at
the
cashier’s
podium
by
a
medium
tall
black
man
with
a
black
sock
like
hairnet.
I
noted
to
him.
The
sign
said
wait
to
be
seated
by
host.
He
seemed
to
not
understand
me,
so
I
mentioned
it
to
him
again.
He’s
in
motion
to
the
booth,
so
I
sat
down.
The
place
only
had
two
couples
in
it,
and
one
had
not
even
ordered
as
well
as
myself.
The
waitress
came
over
and
took
my
order.
I
asked
where
the
restaurant
was
and
of
course
it
was
locked
because
she
didn’t
tell
me,
so
I
went
back
out
and
got
the
code
from
the
black
man
who
greeted
me
who
was
still
at
the
front
counter,
talking
to
a
customer
with
no
order
in
front
of
him
yet
either.
A
few
days
earlier,
I
was
here
with
my
wife
and
gave
a
four
star
review,
especially
concerning
the
chef
who
was
very
focused
on
creating
timely
orders
that
I
could
see
on
a
digital
display
board
and
it
was
doing
one.
Great
job.
I
went
up
and
complimented
him
afterwards.
Fast
forward
to
tonight
well
situation
was
totally
opposite.
It
was
about
7or
8
minutes
later
I
got
my
water
from
the
waitress
And
I
asked
her
a
question
about
where
the
chef
was
tonight
because
I
usually
watch
the
cooks
and
no
one
was
in
the
kitchen.
She
pointed
in
the
direction
to
the
greeter,
which
is
the
black
man
that
met
me
at
the
cash
register
when
I
came
into
Denny’s.
And
he
was
still
talking
at
the
counter
to
another
guy
was
no
food
in
front
of
them
and
part
of
the
conversation
was
about
rap
dancing.
But
that
time
I’ve
been
sitting
for
15
minutes
and
still
no
chef
in
the
kitchen
and
I
could
see
when
the
waitress
went
by
him
she
mentioned
that,
I
had
ask
where
the
chef
was.
Several
minutes
later
after
she
asked
him
that
customers
were
waiting.
I
could
see
that
the
digital
menu
that
hangs
in
front
of
the
kitchen
was
filling
up
with
orders
and
there
was
still
no
chef
in
the
kitchen.
This
man
who
greeted
me
was
a
chef,
and
he
had
no
intention
of
getting
any
orders
out
to
anyone.
I
bought
that
time
which
is
25
minutes
later
I
want
by
the
waitress,
waved
and
said
I
was
leaving
and
left
Denny’s.
I’d
be
embarrassed
to
have
hired
that
kind
of
help
.
I
will
certainly
never
go
back
to
Denny’s
after
midnight
because
your
help
is
very
inferior
and
could
care
less
about
the
customer
.Needless
to
say
I
was
very
upset
but
not
visit
after
hours
until
Denny’s
changes
their
hiring
practices
of
hiring
irresponsible
after
hours
employees.
I
suggest
he
be
replaced.
My
date
and
time
is

Chef
Adal
his
smooth
and
precise
movements
to
create
consistent
high
quality
and
quantity
food
is
amazing.
He
has
perfect
synchronous
movements
with
his
digital
screen
orders
from
his
excellent
food
service
staff.

Looking
forward
to
my
next
Bacon
avocado
burger
and
triple
berry
butter
milk
pancakes
again
and
again.

We
both
had
a
wonderful
6.99
breakfast
.
Buttermilk
pancakes
sausages
and
eggs
all
to
perfection
thank
you
Chef
Wilder
you’re
awesome!
Alma
and
Tracey
were
great
and
attentive
as
well.
They
have
a
very
interesting
interactive
menu
that
comes
to
life
somewhat
by
photographing
the
QR
code.
It’s
a
little
difficult
to
get
used
to
but
the
cheese
and
some
of
the
pictures
come
alive
even
the
photographs
on
the
front
of
this
gorgeous
brand
new
colorful
pictured
album
is
the
best
I’ve
ever
seen.
The
photos
are
mouthwatering
here’s
a
few
below
with
a
little
bit
of
a
video.
And
the
place
is
sparkling
clean
with
plenty
of
room
for
groups
as
well
and
a
huge
parking
lot
that
goes
on
forever.
Great
location
directly
across
the
street
from
Sunrise
Hospital.
