My friends and I came here around 8:50pm on a Tuesday evening to utilize our all inclusive go pass while visiting the area. The next showing for was "The Cabin" at 9:15pm. At first, it looks like it's closed, but it's not. When you ring the bell for assistance, a door seemingly opened by itself, which was scary lol. There are 6 room options with half being "scary" and the other less so. We had to watch a video that went over the rules , including what we couldn't do such as climbing and forcing things before going into the room. After the video, we started the game. We got a walkie talkie to get clues, as needed. You cannot have electronics but they have a free locker for you to utilize. Man, for me, I'm easily frightened. The cabin one got me with all the sounds and other surprises. It was really fun, though! My two friends and I made it out with 14 minutes to spare! For the one we did, we got an hour to do it. I enjoyed it, honesty! One thing to note is that the walls are kinda thin. We could hear other people doing their rooms, but fortunately none were doing ours. If do it again!

I completely messed up my booking by accidentally selecting the wrong day and even declined the game protection option (that allows you to reschedule your game) when booking, so I called in hopes that they might be willing to reschedule despite me declining the game protection, and the lady that answered was very kind and helpful. She immediately helped me reschedule the game and even helped me book another game on top of that. This escape room honestly has the best customer service and most kind employees I have ever spoken to from an escape room. Definitely worth going to just for that.

I had a ton of fun at Black Cat’s #1 Escape Room Las Vegas! We went through the Cabin Room and I loved how much detail there was in every room. The employees also put in so much effort in playing their part to help us with clues which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an escape room in Las Vegas!

Night and day difference. We enjoyed the Cabin during the daytime, so much so we booked Suzy's cell the same day right after. We then booked the Shed for later that night and booked Chained for our teens for right after! 4 escape rooms in a single day. The reason for the 4 stars is that the morning crew were unenthusiastic and didn't greet us when we exited the rooms. The night crew were great but SUPER busy. We have one escape room left to try at this location and we will definitely do that when we go back!

We had a blast. Very friendly staff. We chose the Cabin scenario. The rooms were very immersive and the clues were hard but not so much that you couldn't complete the challenge. Will recommend to friends.

One of the best escape rooms I have ever been to. We only had a chance to go through 2 of their rooms, but both were great. Before you even begin, their front door had a puzzle to solve (very cool) and each experience was multi-room and had a variety of different types of puzzles and games. We did 3 and 4 people and I feel like that was a perfect number of people l, though I know you could do more in some. The games each had a "bonus" puzzle and the games all started with a really cool introductory video to introduce the game and the background story. I believe we were in some of the easier rooms, but they still provided challenges and obstacles to overcome in creative and fun ways. If you are looking for the best escape room experience on the strip, consider this place highly recommended. We did get to briefly meet the owner and it was obvious that she loves escape rooms and has worked diligently to make them varied and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back to Vegas and see what new and exciting experiences she has concocted for next time! Highly recommend.

We purchased tickets via groupon and after reading so many great reviews. People were stating they had so much fun they went back multiple times. That's exactly what happened with us! We did Red Riding Hood one day and The Cabin the next. We tried booking The Shed when we finished The Cabin, but they were sold out. It truly was the best escape room we've every done. We HIGHLY recommend you go!

I've done a few of the rooms at this location over the last couple years and I've yet to be disappointed. They have a 2-player room that my partner and I are excited to return and try as well. Nothing but good times here! I also REALLY appreciate the bonus puzzles. This might be a thing at other locations but this spot is my first experience with it. Within the room, you have the normal series of puzzles that'll get you out of the room, but there's a completely separate and self-contained "bonus puzzle" if you have time to finish it. We did and got a 50% off coupon for next time. That's killer incentive. Good game plan, guys. Good game plan.

Such a great time!!! Just went with my family- me, husband, 13 year old and 11 year old. We finished Red Riding Hood AND found the bonus clue… unfortunately, we did not solve it in time. Highly recommended!!!

Absolution love this location!! The staff was very welcoming and the game master Victoria and Owen were awesome!! The sound effects through out our game was on point, considering Halloween is around the corner, what a great way to jump start the holiday experience for my kids. Clean facility and the experience was amazing, my kids can't wait to go back!

Pretty great experience from intro to gameplay. Staff very responsive and helpful across multiple games and bookings. Some games a little dark but you will get used to it. Generally many puzzles, not too difficult except the bonus sometimes, and the effects and storylines are good. Be there earlier to enjoy an additional puzzle. There will also be a bonus puzzle if you solve things fast enough.

What a great time with our peeps. We finished with 5 mins left. We even got a bonus challenge. Highly recommend the Number 1 Escape. We did lRed Riding Hood.

This place is awesome! The staff is super friendly and always makes sure we have a great time. We have played all their rooms now, but I'm looking forward to playing the new games here later this year! :) One of the employees said that they are adding three new games. Right now, though, my favourite one is Red Riding Hood. Creepy!!

My husband and I did the Cabin escape room and both loved it!! Spooky vibe and a fun atmosphere. Used flashlights most of the time which added to the challenge! The escape room consisted of multiple rooms that you used to solve the puzzle! Definitely would come back again, but I wouldn’t recommend a large group as it may be too easy at that point.

This is probably one of the best escape rooms that I’ve tried in Las Vegas. So far, we did The Cabin and Red Riding Hood. Both were amazing and fun! Can’t wait to come back to try the rest.

I don't go to escape rooms generally. But a friend of mine convinced me to go to this one. We did the two scariest rooms. Honestly.... I found them intriguing. If you have a phobia of darkness, small spaces, etc... This will tickle that fear. I found the puzzles to be logical and you need to really work to solve them. I would of preferred more time to make you really work. But they can't leave you in there forever. Go with some smart friends. But no external knowledge is required. Enjoy.

A group of 4 of us went. Tried Suzys cell. I believe it's the easiest one, but it was still challenging. Staff was great, and explained all the rules clearly. Make sure you are ready to lock up all your cell phone in a locker provided for you. They are super strict on the time limit, even if you are close to finishing. When at a different one, they let us compete it. Fun overall

Our group of four did The Cabin and The Shed. Great theme and definitely made us think hard to solve it. A welcome challenge for our experienced group. 😁 We had such a great time that we would've done another room but they were booked up for the night. We will definitely come back and try their other rooms

Great escape room. Did the Witches room with 5 adults and 1 kid. We didn’t make it out in time but had a blast! Great employees. We will be back:)

This place is absolutely amazing! From the effects to the puzzles and all the work out into the rooms. It’s addictive. We cannot get enough! Try every room!

Super fun experience! Me and my friends enjoyed the Cabin so much that we booked the sequel “the Shed” right after! Definitely recommend for a fun night out!

I've been to a bunch of escape rooms in several different states. This is my favorite! The production value is amazing, the puzzles are great and the staff is awesome. I've done all the rooms, and keep telling anyone who will listen to go check them out when they ask where to go!

My husband and I were very impressed by the creativity at this escape room. We did the witches house, which was super fun and festive this close to Halloween. We unfortunately did not “escape” but we were super close. We are already planning our next trip here!

Very challenging, and they provided a walkie-talkie in case you need immediate help. Great experience and great set up We tried the Cabin one, and really challenging

This place is awesome! The puzzles are so fun and challenging. A perfect equilibrium of fright and delight. Everyone who works here is so informative and encouraging. Ana and Victoria were A+ game masters and helped make our experience personalized and geeked out with us about our love for puzzles. It made for the perfect couple bonding experience/birthday gift for my partner. I wish there were more rooms/locations to explore!!

Was a great time!! We did red riding hood. It was a pretty solid adventure. We were late to our room but still we're able to complete it in the 40 mins. Great staff super fun and informational. Great customer service.

This is our favorite escape room place. We have done almost all of the ones here and their hotel. This place is so great. We have done escapology and they’re not nearly as good. The rooms here are sooooooooooo detailed and elaborate. It’s a great time. Everyone should come here and do all the rooms. You can have all the hints and that makes it a win. :)

As escaper motors ourselves, I would say that the best part of the escape room that we did was the immersion. The decor and decorations and flow of everything was very very well done. The puzzles were good and simple but also at a basic level. Most of the puzzles didn't require a lot of extreme difficult solving. However the room was fun and enjoyable and a great experience for our family. We brought our 13-year-old daughter and my wife and I. Staff was good but also not very excited that we escaped. Again overall room is definitely worth it and I would recommend to anyone who's done escaping in the past.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my experience here. It was kind of cheesy but it a pleasant way and everyone in our group had a good time. The puzzles/rooms range from easy to difficult and each one has a time limit restriction. Certain rooms require a certain number of people to complete so make sure you have the right numbers. It was not too expensive but it might not be for everyone based on the price.

My wife and I went here during our vacation. Neither of us had done an escape room before. We did the Chained escape room and it was great fun! We didn't escape, but we enjoyed figuring out the clues. Once our time was up, the staff was friendly and helped us to see what we missed. We enjoyed it so much we booked Red Riding Hood on a different day. This was multiple rooms and had many different puzzles to solve. We had to ask for a clue and got a response within seconds that was exactly what we needed to assist on the puzzle! We didn't get the bonus puzzle, but as before the staff was friendly and showed us what we missed. Highly recommend this place!

Good experience, room was well done. The walkie-talkie wasn't working when we kept trying to communicate with them and eventually had to push the escape button to walk out of the room just to get their attention when we got stuck at one point. Guess no one was looking at the cameras either. Other than that, it was really fun. No limit on hints and no rush to get out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place is up to date and clean, highly recommended.

We did the Red Riding Hood room and were very impressed. Excellent theming, a variety of puzzles and logical progression. It's a bit creepy and for that reason I wouldn't bring younger children. Would definitely recommend and would like to do one of their other rooms. As a guide we've done 10+ escape rooms, there were 2 of us and we escaped in about 50 minutes, no clues.

Happened to be driving by and saw this place. We lucked out on our timing and was able to go into “The Cabin”. Best escape room experience we’ve had! So well done, great puzzles, wonderful staff. Nice facility! Fun time for my girls and I. Thank you!!

We went here with my parents and 3 children 17-23. We did red riding hood. This was the first time for me and my kids and we all really enjoyed it. The staff was amazing, clues came on time and we were able to escape 10 seconds before time. The set up was really nice. It was a great family game and brought us really close as we all participated in figuring out how to escape. We will definitely be back to try the others.

We did both The Cabin and The Shed and really enjoyed our experience! We’ve completed Suzy’s Cell, Red Riding Hood, and the old Bigfoot room in the past and loved all of those as well! The people at the front were very friendly and helpful with us and we will definitely be coming back again.

Best Escape Room! Red Riding Hood with my friends was so intricate and detailed. We had a ton of fun trying to find the different clues in the room (which were A LOT) It was terrifying yet really fun to find the clues. I love escape rooms, so if you’re looking to book one, this is the SPOT!

In town for the weekend and decided to give this place a try. We tried their only 2 player room which was rated pretty hard, ready for the challenge we arrived on time and ready to go. Once in the room we could tell it would be a challenge. But what we weren't prepared for was "glitchy" puzzles. After trying our second puzzle for what had to have been 10 minutes at least we asked for a clue by knocking on the wall which took 3 attempts to get help. Once we got our clue it pointed to exactly what we had been attempting for the last 10 minutes. We tried again for another few minutes thinking it may have been user error but to no avail so we asked for another clue which led to another puzzle which no matter how hard we tried did not work and we spent a serious amount of time trying to get it to work. Finally after our time ticked down trying to solve the same two puzzles an employee saw that our clue had not been trigger like it was supposed and kicked a part of the wall to trigger the clue release she stated it gets stuck sometimes. We then asked about the other clue we were working on she then said it "glitches" and then had to wrench on the mechanism to "reset" it. Employee then left only to return and let us know that our time was up. While I am not saying we would have solved the room these issues which seem to known should have been fixed and while I assume there is some amount of monitoring happening I feel that if they had checked camera they would have seen that the issues we were having were not necessarily user error. When we voice our concerns we were dismissed I can honestly say I would not recommend this to friends or family in the future. Please do better.

So much fun! Very friendly and welcoming staff. We did Suzy's cell and it was super groovy! We made it out with a bit of help, but didn't solve the bonus puzzle. We would definitely come back!

Always a great spooky experience. I've done most if not all the escape rooms here and they are truly the best in Las Vegas. The setting and staging of each room is immaculate. Went to try the new Witch house and it was fantastic, got out just in time too!! Overall great experience!

First we did the cabin and shed back to back. So at first look we were like humm. But getting checked in was fast and easy. You sign the waiver on your phone. There are lockers to keep your stuff in. The only thing I didn’t like was, I don’t think they kept track of your time. And that’s what we like to know. But it was fun and challenging and we all had a blast..

I did the Chained escape room with my partner and it was so fun! The clues were definitely challenging and very cleverly put together. A unique type of escape room with a bonus round too and nice prize if you solve it without hints!

Suzy's Cell was awesome! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this escape room, and the staff at Number 1 Escape Room are fantastic. Highly recommend Suzy's Cell for a good time with some fun puzzles. This is our second trip here, and I'm sure it won't be the last. :)

This was our first time doing an escape room and we had such a great time! My husband and I did the Witch House with our 6 year old and 12 year old. We all enjoyed it & my 6 year old was able to catch on pretty quickly. The staff was super friendly and we will definitely come back here whenever we are in town!!

WOW!! This place is amazing and I 100% recommend! we played Wednesday and Our host or clue master Owen was VERY helpful and the rooms were very clean compared to other escape rooms i have been to. i will definitely come back here to play more of their amazing games!

The witch room is the perfect escape room for a family. I had two 10 yr olds and a 14 yr old with me. We didn't escape in time but we had a blast. The dark and mysterious atmosphere was present as soon as you walk in the building. The escape room was very well put together. The level of difficulty was perfect for first timers. We most certainly will go back.

We did chained. Not sure what we expected with this place. The entrance was fascinating. We plan on coming back to finish the rest of them. Chained- you and your partner are chained upand you have to solve all the puzzles to get out. Good puzzle densisty. Id say some of the way things are laid out are confusing. Puzzles are hard maybe for the wrong reasons. Other than that it was solid Status[escaped] difficulty 6.5/10
