In
town
for
the
weekend
and
decided
to
give
this
place
a
try.
We
tried
their
only
2
player
room
which
was
rated
pretty
hard,
ready
for
the
challenge
we
arrived
on
time
and
ready
to
go.
Once
in
the
room
we
could
tell
it
would
be
a
challenge.
But
what
we
weren't
prepared
for
was
"glitchy"
puzzles.
After
trying
our
second
puzzle
for
what
had
to
have
been
10
minutes
at
least
we
asked
for
a
clue
by
knocking
on
the
wall
which
took
3
attempts
to
get
help.
Once
we
got
our
clue
it
pointed
to
exactly
what
we
had
been
attempting
for
the
last
10
minutes.
We
tried
again
for
another
few
minutes
thinking
it
may
have
been
user
error
but
to
no
avail
so
we
asked
for
another
clue
which
led
to
another
puzzle
which
no
matter
how
hard
we
tried
did
not
work
and
we
spent
a
serious
amount
of
time
trying
to
get
it
to
work.
Finally
after
our
time
ticked
down
trying
to
solve
the
same
two
puzzles
an
employee
saw
that
our
clue
had
not
been
trigger
like
it
was
supposed
and
kicked
a
part
of
the
wall
to
trigger
the
clue
release
she
stated
it
gets
stuck
sometimes.
We
then
asked
about
the
other
clue
we
were
working
on
she
then
said
it
"glitches"
and
then
had
to
wrench
on
the
mechanism
to
"reset"
it.
Employee
then
left
only
to
return
and
let
us
know
that
our
time
was
up.
While
I
am
not
saying
we
would
have
solved
the
room
these
issues
which
seem
to
known
should
have
been
fixed
and
while
I
assume
there
is
some
amount
of
monitoring
happening
I
feel
that
if
they
had
checked
camera
they
would
have
seen
that
the
issues
we
were
having
were
not
necessarily
user
error.
When
we
voice
our
concerns
we
were
dismissed
I
can
honestly
say
I
would
not
recommend
this
to
friends
or
family
in
the
future.
Please
do
better.
