I was here in 2020 in June for two weeks. I was sent there after surgery, having been diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer at 35 years old. My doctors orders were to have gauze changed twice a day, every day while I was there. The gauze in my surgery area was not changed once, even though I reminded them every day. It almost killed me. Number two, this is supposed to be a rehab facility, funny thing is, you only get to work with physical trainers 2 times a week, for 30 minutes. Please explain to me, being bed ridden, with a wound that bled a pint of blood a day, (because the wound was never taken care of) how I'm supposed to get back to walking only getting exercise an hour a week. The day I was to be released, they were to have medical transport for me, but lied and said they were closed because it was 4th of July weekend. I basically had to escape. Doctors and nurses were so mean. Whenever you'd ring the bell for assistance, they would come in, turn it off, and tell u to wait, "I'm too busy to deal with you." I asked for water. It took 7 to 8 hours to get pain meds, 4 hours for water or food. It was the worst and most embarrassing 2 weeks of my life. My spouse picked me up after me literally escaping for my life. I basically had to just get up and crawl out of the hospital. I'm not exaggerating. The staff is absolutely horrible, if I had any power at all I would have this place shut down. Please don't bring your family here, they'd be better off at home with no care at all. If they are here, remove them immediately and take them somewhere else.

This place is total trash from the moment you walk in with the staff in the front very rude Hispanic male acting like he own the place. All this that I’m writing is from my personal experience of being at this place for 12 hours the nurses are beyond unprofessional cursing and not wanting to do their jobs one of my worst experiences ever I had to call 911 to be taken back to the hospital cause of the careless nurses that have 0 morals for the medical field I got there with my wound looking right in the matter of time that I was there my wound got super red and almost infected. If you love your family don’t send them here this place will literally make you go insane you tell the nurses and they just ignore you. One thing when I signed the form that I was rejecting treatment the nurse told me that I was making the best decision by leaving from their own staff so you can get and idea of how bad this place is I’m 41 years old I don’t even want to imagine what the elderly people go through. Please don’t send your family here they will be better at home.

Avoid this place like the plague! The professional here ARE not professionals…. Nasty and demanding! The residents there had nothing but complaints and I wonder why Insurance agencies would send their patients to be put into such hands. AVOID!

Morale is very low. Turnover is very high. Even the DON told me how unhappy she was and disagrees with how Administration is running the place and blaming leadership for staffing issues. If you have any sense of intelligence, don't apply to work here because you will leave like I did in only three weeks if not sooner.

Where do I start. This is a warning to any traveling nurse or temporary health worker. This place is a very hostile place towards any health care worker that is an “outsiders”. They will sometimes force you to work in an entire unit (20+patients) all by yourself. They also have mental health techs (MHT’s) that basically run the place while they sit in their butts all day/night long. House supervisors always take their word without investing themselves. And lastly the Director of Nursing is a Nurse Traveler. So expect the worst treatment and the worst assignments when going to work at this place.

I also work for a medical facility, I completely understand the pressure of doing things correctly having patience and also just general ethics of working in this field. The staff well not all but 1 in particular (Amanda - 100) extremely rude and unprofessional. We have a mutual patient and it needs to be addressed urgently. She was short and snippy and when I got her name she hung up. I hope she doesn't treat patients this way for the reputation of the hospitals sake. I hope when I call back I don't have to deal w/ her again and I get someone to assist that is a little more empathetic about the urgency of this particular patients needs.

When I first got there the some of the nurses were rude automatically profiling me! Then throughout the 6 days I was there the CNAs where not professional were not clean or following nurse protocol as far as washing hands after dealing with each patient leavin bed pans on the back of the bathroom sink where I had to wash my hands. One nurse stood so far from me like I had cooties when actually needed to get close to me to give me my treatment! I’m not saying all the nirses were bad but majority had poor attitudes poor work ethic an poor performance

Horrors. They run out of meds for days sometimes. Wrong meds administered. Food is atrocious. Very few staff care about patients. The main problem is they run the place like a drug rehab, searching rooms, taking personal property, etc. Visitors are not allowed in rooms and deliveries of food and such gets denied sometimes. Absolute house of horrors

Great. An abusive rehab center. Has anyone reported them? Some people that go there can't speak up so they rely on others. After reading all the reviews this seems like an awful place to go. Pathetic!

This place is horrible! My friend finally started getting better from her liver cancer, then was transferred here due to insurance and immediately declined. Was not given her meds, her interventions food and one night woke up with ants in her bed! Then her heart rate dropped so they transferred her to sunrise (thank god)! Do not admit any family member here, they will not be taken care of properly!

I wouldn’t send a dog here. Now grant it- I was here during covid, before vaccinations and I won’t dwell on the covid restrictions but I had an issue with several staff there. I also heard other patients having issues with staff there. I left there prematurely because I wanted to get out of there so bad. It wasn’t comfortable there at all for me.

Horrible place to work and be admitted to .. they fire the most caring employees and keep the wrong employees because they play favoritism I noticed The CNA and leads here are terrible when it comes to how they handle the patients.. mo is a thief .. they have no passion at all for what they do if I can give 0 stars I will .. imagine working at a place that admits who is the laziest employee but fires multiple people over the smallest things just to try to prove something and the icing on the cake i can’t remember some names of the faces I never seen again than later found out they were let go the food is so gross and cold the CNA could careless about the bedding being changed

Karla Corral is the best CNA I have ever had. She brings me my medications before I ask for them. She is on it. I have been in and out the hospital for three years now and have seen a lot of nurses and the care and the way she takes care of you is 5 stares. She is the best just wanted you to know.

This place is garbage i wouldn't even rate this place at a 1 I was sentenced here after injuring myself at work and have been here going on a month it's a terrible place terrible care and if you seen these so called health care professionals you'd be sad I'm a patient and I've done more work than the staff complaints go unanswered and unresolved they allow staff to mistreat patients since being here I've had to change my own IV because nurses like my nurse tonight spend more time gossiping and talking on their phones then working I've been recording staff and documenting the things I'm speaking of which I'll be posting to social media and also sending to my attorney

The Residents, Nurses and all of the supporting staff were absolutely amazing. They explained very step, very friendly and made my stay an enjoyable experience under the circumstances. I applaud each and everyone of them. They are amazing …

As with the other reviews here, experiencing this place was a nightmare. My mother was admitted there straight from the hospital, and my first impressions walking into the place was "Uhh yeah, mom isn't staying here much longer if I can help it" it's drabb, depressing and it feels like a state lock up hospital. For Godsakes put some artificial trees or plants in the hallways and maybe a cheesy painting on the wall, something. It's depressing just walking in, you don't want to walk in. My mother kept the fact that they were mean to her, made he practically beg for her pain meds, never answered the call when the button was pushed, left her on the toilet for over an hour and when I found out I was pissed and immediately requested her removal from the facility, once they knew she was refusing any further treatment she was literally fearing for her life and begged me not to leave her there one more second, I didn't I demanded the discharge paperwork and they were very nasty rude and mean people they made it known as well, the nurse attempted to threaten my mother that if she left, and needed help NOBODY IS GOING TO HELP HER, NOT EVEN 911. I walked in the room and put a stop to that really quick. And if they think they have heard the last of me, they have another thing coming because they refused my mother her medications and sent her home with absolutely nothing, no discharge paperwork no medications nothing. I took her home where she worsened because they refused to give her the medication she needs to live. She is currently in intensive care admitted back to the hospital. These people have done the wrong person wrong and believe me when I say they will pay for what they have done, because they will. I've retained a high profile lawyer that has heard about this place and wants to put a stop to it just as much as I do. We are going over our options someone needs to put a stop to this and if no one will, I will for the sake of those who can't speak for themselves it's absolutely disgusting unprofessional and unacceptable behavior and should not be tolerated

Avoid this place at all costs! Do not take your loved ones here!! My mom was transferred here last year from summerlin hospital. Apparently it was the only available skilled nursing facility that took her insurance at the time. Nurses/staff had no sense of urgency. She didn't feel safe or comfortable. Visiting hours were very limited. She had a noisy roommate who was always screaming. Low quality of food and overall care. My mom developed an infection after being here for about a week and had to be taken to the ER at summerlin hospital.

Staff is overwhelmed with too many patients and there are some of the staff that need to find another occupation, but for the most part I found that there were exceptional nurses who went out of their way to get me healthy again

My daughter was sent there from the hospital I hurried up and took her home it is a very horrible place to put or for any hospital to place anyone. Very nasty and very unclean. There were patients there smoking meth. I reported it but nothing was done. I wouldn't place my dog there. I don't recommend anyone to send a family there.😒

Thank you Harmon Hospital for helping me get well. My care team consisted of Dr. Miranda, Dr. Roger, Dr. Stephanie, Dr. Kathy, Dr. Chang, and Dr. Ted. Obviously, my injuries were complex and they took amazing care of me. Thank you for seeing me on a daily basis during my 6 week stay. Next, I would like to thank my CNA Elsa and Ari whenever I needed anything they always came quickly and with a smile whether it was coffee, ice, underwear they always showed up. Now, for my favorite nurses... Sean- Thank you for sharing so many laughs with me. Megan- Thank you for being impeccable with your time. Gigi- Thanks for always coming to work with a smile even when faced with my giant TAIL lol! Mar- Thanks for being so sweet and good luck with your career here in America and at Harmon. Thank you to the administration for any issue I has with facility.

I can not express how much I loathe this place!!!! My dad was transferred here and the place was horrible. Imagine going to a third world country and in the middle of a jungle, there is a hospital and this is what this place looks like. It was falling apart from every corner. The bed that he was given was horrible. The bed had not been inspected for over a year. There are no call buttons and patients have to use a bell to call for help. The room where my dad was filthy. It smelled like urine the day he arrived. My dad was provided a night stand with a broken drawer and the food that my dad was given was even worse. I wouldn't give that food to my dog!!! There were some nurses that genuinely took care of my dad but some did not bother to help him. My dad was vomiting and had diarrhea but even after ringing his rang his bell for over 30 minutes and no one was responding. My dad had to be taken to the emergency room. My dad was meant to return back to this facility but was instead transferred to different facility. I went to pick up my dad's belongings and they cant find them. I have tried for 3 weeks speaking with several people in regards to this and even going to the facility and still they can not find it. They told me that they transported all his belongings with him but no one has any idea. I only care for one thing from all his belongings and that is a stuffed animal that belonged to his mom. Its been over a month and no one responds or has called me back and i have even provided a picture to them with all my contact info. Please do not take your loved ones here. It's a very bad and disgusting place. I just want my dad to get the teddy bear that his mom left for him!

Like the other 99% of the reviews are saying this place is a definite 1 star bottom tier facility, the staff strive to do the least amount of work possible, not 1 meal has been served warm or on time, and is the lowest quality food possible, 3 different times they attempted to give me another persons meds.I bummed a cig from someone and the head of security who is a real winner with a sweet awesome looking Mohawk that doesn’t scream this guy is a Momo approached me and said they seen me on camera getting drugs from another patient and they needed to search me and my room, and when they found nothing he says to his helper I must have swallowed it already, not I apologize and I’m embarrassed at my incompetence. The list goes on so if you can avoid this place I strongly suggest it.

I’ve enjoyed my experience with Harmon, I have my loved one here and they have been amazing help everytime I call. It’s clean, well organized, and every guest is cared for to the best of their ability. If you’re looking for a care center be very clear and upfront with what you need so they can make sure they are the best fit for you.

What can I say? I work here as Clinical Admissions Review Nurse and I can honestly say I love my job. I can't speak for any other position here, but I look forward to coming to work every day. The building may not be the most modern, but there are pops of renovation here and there. As with all things in life, this place is what you make of it.
