Molina
deserves
zero
stars.
I’ve
been
having
issues
with
my
insurance
coverage
getting
denied
and
I’ve
been
having
to
pay
for
prescriptions
out
of
pocket.
In
an
attempt
to
get
the
issue
resolved
I
talked
to
eight
different
people
at
Molina
over
two
weeks.
The
only
thing
they
do
is
transfer
you
to
another
person
who
cannot
help.
In
all
honesty,
I’m
not
sure
why
they
are
paying
these
employees
because
not
one
person
I
talked
to
could
actually
help.
Someone
would
give
me
another
phone
number
to
call
and
then
that
person
would
say
it
was
the
wrong
department
and
transfer
me
back.
This
happened
multiple
times.
No
one
would
let
me
talk
to
a
supervisor,
they
would
just
transfer
me.
The
last
person
I
spoke
to
seemed
like
they
could
help,
then
the
call
dropped
and
they
never
called
me
back.
Shocker!
Luckily
I
have
a
90
day
window
to
change
my
insurance
provider
through
Medicaid.
Ultimately
I
had
to
call
Medicaid
and
switch
my
provider
to
Select
Health
in
order
to
resolve
the
issue
so
I
can
get
appropriate
coverage.
With
so
many
negative
reviews
it
amazes
me
that
Molina
continues
to
operate
the
way
they
do.
Clearly
this
company
does
not
care
about
their
members.
Molina
should
be
ashamed.
