Asked for a dark roast and the server pours me a pike place , i asked her is this dark roast and she replies this is our dark roast. Which was a lie 🤥, i returned her the coffee and told her this is not a dark roast nor is it what i asked you for .... Either make me a pour over or return this , when she realized she had been caught in the act then she took the trouble of doing a pour over. The pour over she made I can say that was one of the worst coffee I've ever tasted literally.

Stopped in to get some work done. As usual all of the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got a Nitro cold brew with a double smoked bacon and Cheddar breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious and very tasty. I love the high standards of quality that Starbucks stands behind. Overall a great experience.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. They took my order but not my name. When I asked what they would call the girl said "what it is". They were very busy with about 4 different people making drinks and calling NAMES. After close to 20 minutes I went up to find out what had happened to my order. They could not find it in the huge stack of stuff on fhe counter or that it was in line to be made. The manager asked someone to make it right away and apologized. I felt she could have done a little more than that. Will not return that location.

This Starbucks is super busy and has limited parking. The drive through was busy, even mid morning. Our drinks were yummy, as expected. We did have to wait longer than expected. It seems that drive through gets priority. The atmosphere is cozy and we'll decorated. We stayed inside for a while, but opted to enjoy some warmth outside. Music is the right volume inside and out. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I've been here a lot and never had any issues.

I ordered via the Starbucks app for this location and I requested nonfat milk and no whip. Unfortunately, the barista sub the nonfat milk for another milk and added whip cream. When I went inside I mentioned and showed my order via the app and the response was the barista scrapping the whip off and handed back to me. If their app had updated and said that nonfat milk was out at this location then I wouldn’t have placed the order to begin with. I just wished the location had updated what they had like their other drinks it will normally say “this location is out” or “item unavailable at this location”

Not so good, $32 on drinks and out of the 6 we got only 2 were right. We didn't order anything other then what was on the menu just like it is on the menu. One drink was with ordered with water not lemonade. It was made with lemonade. I asked what was in one of the drinks and yet they failed to mention the strawberry in it. Not so good when you have a strawberry allergy.. please learn how to make the drinks on your menu.

Just watched the barista select a nice tip off the card device for me. Not a fan of being stolen from.

My first time there and went through the drive-thru everybody was very pleasant and I enjoyed my coffee

This is such a sweet cozy place and I love the old pictures of the Air Force on the walls. Staff is adorable here. Always will helpful and give great suggestions even when it doesn't come to Starbucks if you ask. Thank you for making my visit to Ok so inviting

Staff is always nice and friendly. This location can get busy but they seem to move you along pretty good.

My friend and I spent an hour or more here sitting outdoors under shade drinking frozen Frappuccinos and visiting till we had to go. Restroom nice. Very nice servers. Usual clean atmosphere, inside and out. Nice tone set for my visit to this area. Up and cool. Coffee. Frozen, please. Happy hour specials through mother's day. What's not to like.

I used to go to this Starbucks, for the last 10 years I have went almost every day of the week. Over the last few years they have gotten slower and slower, the last time I went I said I was disappointed because it took a half an hour to process four cars. I was told if I didn’t like it that I could go elsewhere. I haven’t been back for over a month! I will never go to a Starbucks again! I know that Starbucks makes millions every year and my not going doesn’t matter to them one iota. I’m just disappointed that they allow their staff treat customers in that manner!

When I ask for extra caramel and ex crunch I expect a thick layer at the bottom of caramel and there was none!

I keep giving this Starbucks chance after chance because their employees are really nice but they can't read an order to save their lives. I have yet to get an order made right. It's not terrible but be careful if you are lactose intolerant because you're not always going to get the milk you order.
