Skip this location and go to 15th & Sooner instead. This is the only Chick-Fil-A location I have ever had bad experiences at. The chicken is consistently thin and flat. They leave stuff off your order, I’ve never had this issue at any other location.

This place is starting to feel like McDonald’s with the sauce police. This is the only one in the state I’ve been to that cares so much about the sauce. I ordered avocado lime ranch which I know is a charge and told her it was fine. The guy at the window proceeded to ask for my receipt to make sure I payed for it. After seeing it wasn’t on my receipt he asked me to run my card again for .55.

Had my daughter pick up dinner at the 29th street location. This was my salad. Lettuce and nuggets. Seriously? I promptly sent her back and she was told they were out of all the other ingredients. If they were out of everything,why even offer the salad? And they were rude to boot? Yeah, I'll only be going to the 15th street location from now on...

Just ate here. The bathroom sinks didn’t work and we didn’t think too much of it- we used hand sanitizer. After we ate we found out the building hasn’t had water for over a day, and they’re still operating. Employees almost certainly haven’t washed their hands, and they aren’t wearing food service gloves either. Here comes the stomach bug for my family just as we begin a vacation 😡 😥. This is on top of them screwing up our order twice.

Came here for dinner & to let our kids play. Our order was perfect even with our cashier being in training. Food was delicious per usual. And the play place was clean and not crowded. Nice location.

Let me be clear....If this is the House of "God's Chicken"....than yall have some issues to address.... Ordered a double spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles.... Didn't know I had to assemble my own dang sandwich...bread greasy as heck, my spicy chickens came in two different containers.... Yall know God does things in order. Today, yall failed to construct a simple sandwich that a customer requested and when asked why....It's company policy.... Oh, well thank you for the extra aluminum trash that can't be recycled.... 🤦🏿Why do I even try to give takeout chances......hard and bland....

Ordered two chicken mini meals, got home (which is at least 15 min away) and realize that I was served old freakin chicken and biscuits!! You can tell that these are at least a day old and warmed up!!!! Really guys? I'll go to SE 15th CFA from now on. Do better!

I usually give 5 stars. But the last two times I’ve gone here, I’ve had to either send the waffle fries back or I was in a hurry and had to just accept them as is. But their service and friendly attitude is most of the time worth the visit. I still do recommend them. 😋

We got our order through door dash, and requested for sauces to go with all our orders. When we received it, all our food was correct, but there was ZERO sauces. Out of the many sauces we ordered, they didn’t even put in one. Disappointing.

Food and service are not an issue but there is AN ELECTRICAL PANEL OUT OF PLACE IN THE KIDS PLAY AREA. The play ground is lacking BIG TIME and the new renovations are poor. Barley fits 4 kids when there are like 10 wanting to play.

This is the only Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to where the drive thru line is so poorly managed that some cars are getting skipped and other cars are leaving the drive thru line altogether. Food was ok. Service was terrible, which is extremely unlike Chick-Fil-A. Choose another location to get your CFA fix.

Now I love chic fil a but I’m so upset!! I did an online order for an 8 ct chicken nugget and fries. I dont normally check my bag before I leave because I have never had this happen before. I got the chicken tenders instead of the nuggets. I know normally you wouldnt think there would be a difference in the two, but these tenders are awful all around. I dont know if I just got a bad batch of tenders or what. I just hate that this happened ive never had a bad experience or bad food here.

Every time I come to this location to pickup a delivery I wait over 10 minutes before someone even attempts to help me. They literally avoid assisting me. The lobby could be completely empty and still they won't help me. I talked to one of the assistant managers about it and she just made excuses. If it were a one time occurrence maybe I would think it isn't that big of a deal but considering I'm here at least 5x a day this is ridiculous. This is the only location I have issues with pickups. I dread coming here. I never get the ChickFilA customer service that has come to be the standard across the board.
