The young lady at the window was very kind. I've worked her position in the past and it's really easy to fall into the groove of blowing through nameless and faceless order tickets, but she was very friendly and personable.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Line took forever with just 1 other car besides myself and the boy taking my order was rude. When o got my food the picture I add is what I got. Sad….

It's a fast dash Tex- Mex y'all! Love the way I can veggie-tize my order. When you order on inside kiosk, there are veggie "swaps" (meat swaps for you raptors, lol) and plenty of add on sauces. I just wish the cheese and chips, chips were better and black beans were fresher. The last two trips we made the chips taste was greasy and full tasting, no corn came through. That's why the 4. The employees have been more than considerate when helping me with my veggie choices, thank you.

Music in the lobby was too loud. Customer service could've been better. Food was too spicy for me but it wasn't their fault. It was cooked correctly.

Not happy with my experience. We ordered online and the only option on the app was to walk in and pick up. So I did. I ended up standing at the register for about 10 minutes waiting for anyone to greet me. And at least 3 people saw me. Nobody talked to me. I left the store and went through the drive through. Got served there.

This location is descent. The food was good for a Taco Bell location. The lobby was clean. The condiment station in the lobby was clean and well-stocked with almost everything the customer needs when dining in the lobby. During our last visit there were no forks in the condiment station. The employees were friendly and professional.

Cooper worked the drive-through window last night and he was simply remarkable! Friendly, courteous, professional, and a sheer joy to do business with!

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. I love the people and I love the manager. Plus the food is always good

Portion size on the grilled cheese fries is a joke! When we complained they said it was a normal portion. When I asked for corprate number they offered to replace my fries. 6 bucks for 10 fries and "steak" is not worth it. False advertising on the menu. Just go somewhere else. The employees don't care. The lobby is dirty, I had to clean my own table. I never saw anyone tend to the lobby or any customers for that matter. Do better taco bell. You food is NOT worth the price you think it is. $1.79 for a normal hard taco now. It's just sad.

The food is ok. Could be better. The service is good. The employees are friendly. They get the food out in a timely manner. The atmosphere is ok. No light music in the lobby, kind of messy lobby. Low on supplies. Nothing is stocked for us. Never any people that dine in. Always empty.

The employees are too busy laughing and playing with each other to pay attention. Got an upcharge for a donation after telling them I didn't want to participate. And when I told the cashier she just laughed. The food wasn't even grilled. I definitely should have chosen taco casa, this food was so gross. Waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Very underwhelming and disappointing.

I understand now why Taco Bell is being sued for false advertising on how much beef they put in the food. Literally just ate a crunch wrap supreme that had about a tablespoon and a half of beef for the entire thing. Five layer burrito was the same. Mostly just tortilla with some tomatoes and lettuce. Never had TacoBell this low quality before. The service was excellent with friendly staff and fast service. Whoever thinks it's a good idea to power wash the drive through when the business is open and put the power washer next to the drive through speaker needs to touch some grass and come back to reality. Take a note from any other business who is smart enough to power wash during non dinner/lunch hours. Is the owner or manager of this location completely incompetent? Just go a few miles to air depot and 29th you'll have a much better experience.

I live right next to this Taco Bell but will drive out of the way not to go. When I do feel lazy and decide to go with them I tend to regret it. If they get your order right, the ingredients won't be. I've gone several times and either they have some of your food missing or your food is made wrong. Last time i got a cheesey gordita and it just had lettuce and cheese, no meat. Go to the one one 29th nd air depot
