I was impressed with the reasonable prices and relaxed atmosphere of this chain-style steakhouse. The staff was friendly and kept us in filled drinks and mega hot rolls. Those rolls are great, by the way! The steaks that our gang ordered were all cooked well. I opted for a hamburger called the "A" burger with Chipotle BBQ sauce, bacon, and the usual hamburger fixings. There are plenty of options for people who don't want steak, but the steak crowd are going to be happy and not have to pay so much for a good meal.

Our waitress did an amazing job and was tentative. The food is another discussion though. My wife ordered the fried fish and it tasted dirty and my shrimp tacos had so much coleslaw on it that the flour tortillas broke. Everything else was alright. They offer a military discount and I will return.

Beautiful environment....Smells delicious soon as you step in. Waitress Jody was a sweetheart. Food OMG fantastic and juicy and so 😋. Really worth coming here!

Pros: 1. Nicely maintained location 2. Clean interior/exterior 3. Wait for food wasn’t bad / expected 4. No time to be seated on Saturday evening so that’s nice! 5. Food came out accurate to order and chicken was tender and delicious 6. Staff friendly Cons: 1. T-Bone steak had a good amount of fat. Felt that 1/3 to 1/2 was that. 2. At first, it took a bit of time to get a drink Final Thoughts: I would return here. I would maybe get a different steak but otherwise I was quite pleased.

Me and my mother eat there all the time. The ribs were so delicious and so fall off the bone tender. My mother had the pork chops and she said they were delicious as well. Also I'm a big fan of your dinner salads. The service was outstanding. He was very attentive to our needs. Thank you

Our server was awesome! The food was not so awesome. We ordered an appetizer that the cooks never made I guess, so we never got it. We waited forever (45mins) for our entrees, steaks came out over cooked, served my son very pink hamburger meat. The manager was also amazing though.

Great experience. Came in on a Tuesday at 6:30 PM and there was no wait, and although it was busy, I got my food quickly and man was it good... excellent steak and perfect shrimp. The onion rings appetizer was the best I've ever had anywhere. SHOUT-OUT TO JUSTIN, MY SERVER. He was so polite and had a great attitude and it was a blessing to have him as a server. I'm glad I came in.

I hate writing this, because Santa Fe Cattle Co has always been a favorite restaurant of mine and my families. The experience we had tonight was by far the worst. The chicken wings were burnt, we asked repeatedly for refills and still didn't get them, the shrimp was uncooked and not edible, and the waitress was awful. She never asked how our food tasted, and it took over 15 minutes for her to cash us out. Paying $100 dollars for a meal and getting this quality and service blows my mind! When I spoke to the manager, she seemed completely unconcerned. As we were walking out, the table next to us was also complaining about their experience. I haven't decided whether we will go back or not, but they DEFINITELY missed the mark tonight.
