I'm only giving them 1 star because I have to. The recent positive comments on here are paid or received discounts on their rent. There's a 50/50 issue Bad/Rude management and an old structure that they are only slapping paint on to say "renovated". This current Amanda(The last Amanda took the funds from the government meant for rent during Covid so they let her go ....cough...Allegedly) is so rude and uses her position to "get you back" if you make her mad, when you meet her you can tell she throws tantrums. They just put new windows in the units and now they have to replace more then half of them due to cheap materials and hiring anyone off the streets to put them in, they had to send out a mass text about it. Due to settling the buildings are split in half, they are masking up the cracks in the floors and walls. The building I'm in floods when it rains so make sure you have renters insurance. The only time it doesn't is when it's just misting. The toilets and hot water tanks have constant back up issues due to old pipes and this is still happening after the "renovation". I can go on but do not believe these positive comments and run the other way.

The new management has made a great effort since March of this year, I have seen many positive changes in our property, I say our property because I feel a sense of pride seeing my hometown area make improvements, I know if I have any issue it will be regarded with the priority status it deserves. In all a delightful apartment community.

I love my new apartment it's nice and updated and the staff listens to all of your needs and concerns. Wouldn't have it any other way right now check them out if you need something affordable and decent guys :)

I moved in about a month ago and so far I love it. Amanda and Susan in the office are awesome, they are very nice and helpful. Maintenance is great and they responded to my needs very promptly. I am glad I have nice, friendly neighbors.

Hi my name is Ms C I love my apt I been here 3 years and I have not had on problems with my land lord are my apt. It's clean the. Ground are keep clean. We have a Dog park no pool and we have security on the ground no bug I have not had none. Thank you God blessed

100% recommended! Family is loving their new home. It's a great place to visit them. Great office staff, super friendly. Amanda and Aracely go above and beyond for my father.
