I love this Gentle Dental. I've read comments about this location that mentioned it's an old, kind of worn-down building. So what! A beautiful, shiny building with lush landscaping does not equate to a great dentist and competent staff offering excellent customer service, which this location definitely has. Dr. Boon is awesome. He recently did a root canal on me and he made an uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as it could possibly be. I trust this guy for sure. I always chat with the ladies at the reception desk and they are super cool and personable. If I call, someone picks up and is always able and willing to help. If you live in Midwest City, you probably want Dr. Boon as your dentist.

I went here to get a root canal done and was very nervous, but Dr boon is the best and made it a fast easy and relaxing experience for me. The staff is always so nice and friendly. I appreciate gentle dental so much for making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks for all you guys do on a daily basis!!!!

Very poor. Don't use their web page to book. It's a scam. Made appointment and confirm email. Show up at the time and lady says. Yea we we blocked that. We don't have a Dr today. No hey can we reschedule because of the mess up nothing just sorry for your luck and take your pain somewhere else attitude

Well clearly I got the wrong Dr. Im seeing all these great reviews for Dr. Boone, wish I would have gotten him. Instead I had a horrible interaction this past week with Dr. Rios, she was rude and talked undermining to me while other patients were around and it was embarrassing and I've never had a dentist interaction like that in my life! and this was not the first time so Im in the process of looking for a new dentist. Ashley at the front desk is awesome she is the light of that office.but yeah stick with Dr. Boone I guess

Everyone at the office is awesome, friendly, and treat you well. Just sorry Dr. Bonne is no longer there.

friendly, helpful staff. A very nice, and clean place. Dr. Boon is very good and thorough. Didnt get on you for taking so long to see a dentist, like a lot of them have done in the past. Definitely, think we finally found a dentist we both like and doesn't make us feel guilty, ashamed forsaking so long to get into a dentist.
