We have been here a few times before but this is the 1st time we shared our comments. Nice clean place. Good service. Good food. Reasonable price. Thank you to our server today, Vicky, for your hospitality! We had a problem with a charge on the bill and it was taken care of quickly and appropriately. We enjoyed the Triple Dipper (choice of 3 appetizers, served with 3 types of dipping sauces) $13.89 and the Santa Fe Chicken Salad ($12.49). Will definitely come again.

🌶 We love Chili’s!!! My Son & I order Chili’s every other week 😩😩😩. We love the 3 for $10 specials & I use the App so we also have some type of reward to use. Drinks, free kids meals & desserts! They also offer upgrades to the 3 for $10 which is great! 🌶 The customer service is great as well. Victoria was our server and was very nice. Food was served promptly, presentation nice and food was hot. Server needs to pay a little more attention to table and guests needs. Had to ask for to go containers and was not asked how our orders were. Grand-daughter was served refill, but did not pay any attention to my drink when I needed a refill. Server would have received twice as much in tip if she would have been more attentive.

This was my first time at this location. The restaurant was clean and chill, there was not many customers while I was there. The waitress was nice and friendly. I tried their “new” menu item, the seafood pasta. Was nervous because this is not a seafood restaurant. However, it did not disappoint. The pasta was good and the portion size was good, and I had enough left to box up.

Good wait staff. The food was good but I got the Philly steak and it only had 2 or 3 pieces of meat on that big bun. For close to $14 I would have liked a little more. The white caso was great though!

UPDATE: It was made right. I appreciate Chili's for caring for their customers. Our server was not the best. She kept forgetting to bring our drinks. She forgot my sister's fries and even poured water in my Sprite, with my cup of water sitting right there. We didn't get our appetizer until our food was about to come out. And my pasta was cold, not even lukewarm. Then we had tons of issues with payment. We didn't bother complaining in the restaurant because no one was at the host stand and we were overwhelmed. It was also my birthday. Definitely ruined my birthday dinner.

We were there for a quick lunch before a medical appointment. Our food came out very quickly and was piping hot and delicious. I had the old-timer burger and fries, and my hubby had a fried chicken sandwich and fries. We had the 3 for $10.99 which included a soft drink, appetizer/soup, or salad. We both had soup. I had chicken enchilada and hubby had loader baked potato. Again, it's very tasty.

I usually don't leave reviews but I decided to due to the lack of customer service. I placed an online order on June 22nd and was charged for an extra meal. I called and asked them to remove it. I was informed my refund would be within 24 hours. Once I picked up my food and got home, my order was missing side items as well. I called again I was told would be give $10 off my next order. Two days later I called because I hadn't received my refund. I was then told I was misinformed and it would take 5 to 7 business days. It is now July 11th and still nothing. I have called and spoke to the general manager and store manager and both have not done what they said. It's disappointing considering I have been there numerous of times, however my family and I won't be returning.

Came here for dinner and we had really good food! My favorite thing to get here is the cajun shrimp pasta. The street corn is super good too and the margarita I had was amazing!

The food is ok. My salad gets smaller and smaller, every visit. That makes me sad. But I return for the best service! Tina runs the bar area and sometimes the restaurant. She always takes great care of us.

It’s been a long, long time since I have had Chili’s and I’m glad I decided to give it another try tonight because it was so good. There fajitas were the best I have ever had from there and I like that you can substitute your sides now. We also got the chips and salsa and the cheese fries and enjoyed it all. The service was also good and our food came out quick and hot.

Great waitress. Fry portions were way off... The chicken was dry and overcooked but the burger was good. They really need to paint and maybe brighten up the place. Obviously the person who replied as the 'Chili's owner' is not prone to read more than the 1st sentence....lol

Ate dinner with my family on Friday night and the customer service wasn’t too great. I just want to start by saying that my family and I are regulars and the service is always great but the waitress that we had wasn’t great. We noticed that after being seated for a bit a family that came in after us was treated a whole lot better. We were never asked if we would like refills but the family that came in after us was asked. The waitress walked right past my little family and I had to get her attention and ask for refills. The waitress totally stereotyped my family idk if she assumed that we wouldn’t tip because we are a certain color but we tip very well. Even after the not so good service I still tipped her more than 25 percent. Looking back on that night she didn’t deserve a red cent and I just want to say that it doesn’t matter if your purple, black red or blue treat everyone the same she most def missed out on an even bigger tip! The waitress was an African American lady with braids and of course my little family is African American as well
