Closes way too early. Was once perfect for people who work odd hours and cant make it until lat night. Then COVID gave them an excuse to stop running 24/7 its now 2024 the pandemic is over and they still haven’t gone back to 24/7.

I am down in Del City, OK visiting from Ames, IA! I have a Black Card so I was able to visit this location and the staff is what made this experience so awesome (of course the facility being clean is an extremely close second). They were friendly, professional, but also just.. real. We joked around and they answered questions for me and it was just overall a great experience! Thank you!

Visited from out of town, was not busy at all during the day December 27th. Clean facility, clean bathrooms, the stretching purple room was closed for some reason, this is one of the smaller Planet Fitness facilities across the nation, plenty of parking, enough for RVs and semis.

I wake up everyday to go training with Winston @ 8:30am. He is amazing 🤩 at what he does, go check him out.

The facilities here are clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Everything seems new and is extremely well cared for. We come here almost daily.

It was horrible. My muscles feel like jello. Hope I can do it again tomorrow. No pain, no gain. It's a great gym with a lot of new equipment

I've been a customer for 3 plus years. I requested help (credit or anything) with the last 6 months as I've been unable to use facility; because, my father had a stroke and We've been occupied with his care and doctors appointments ever since. They were unempathic and replied that they could cancel my membership if I wanted. No other solution or compassion.

I visited the planet fitness in Midwest City, Oklahoma and I must say I like their life fitness machines better than the ones at my local PF gym in Muskogee. It was not as hard on my joints at the MWC PF gym.

Staff needs to keep a better eye on people. There was one guy being creepy and people watching the entire time I was there. He stayed in one room sitting at the leg press and was still there when we went to leave an hour later. Even as a larger man, I was starting to get unnerved by the guy.

Mishmash and Byron. They are the most pleasant people I’ve encountered at 5:am ever. Always friendly and welcoming. The club is always clean, the atmosphere is very nice.

The staff here is amazing! Always greeting and making sure your okay! One of the members was helping a girl with harassment issues and he told her “I’m not here for them I’m here for you guys, I’m here to do anything to make you guys feel comfortable and welcome!” Never have I felt so safe and welcome at a gym!

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Katie that works at the front desk…amazing customer service skills and such a delight to see when walking in greeted with a smile! They hired a good one when they hired Katie!! She’s a keeper!

Been going to planet fitness for about a month. Meet the trainer Winston about a week in and He has been amazing in helping me get back right after a total knee replacement. Thanks Winston for all you do Workout classes are GREAT

I've been going to MWC planet fitness for about 2 months. I met the trainer Winston who is amazing. He is helping me tone my body and taught me how to properly use the equipment to get the desired results. He is such a people person, educational, keeps you motivated. Ive been to other gyms and have not felt as comfortable as I do here. Sapphire also stands out. Always smiling very approachable with a bubbly personality. Love this gym ❤️

I have been trying to cancel a memebership for months and this location has not helped me with this request. I have visited the location several times asking for a cancelation and I am still being charged. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMEBERSHIP!!!!! EVEN IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOT ON AUTO RENEWAL THEY WILL STILL RENEW AND CONTINUE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

My biggest turn off from this facility is that if you're late they charge you an extra $10 (or your membership) as a late fee. Like how is that even acceptable? Like, you coulda chose like $3 late fees, or maybe even $5. But no, ya'll said $10 as a late fee. Like why? Why am I being charged a whole a** membership fee for being late? I don't keep cash in my bank anymore because motherfu**ers are constantly stealing my bank info and charging my cards. Ya'll some real thieves for real. That's why I took $10 worth of toilet paper from ya'll during that month and then canceled my membership. Ya'll can go to h#ll.

I’m a real fan of planet fitness and my membership. I’m fortunate my area has a new planet fitness. This PF has some age but it was still clean and all the equipment in working condition. Of course the staff was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love this place and the staff. It is always clean, awesome to be able to get in exercise and get out, any time of the day. Great location, I can't say enough good things about it, Honestly I haven't exercised for years and now I do everyday a big part it is PF. Thank you.

I would give this location no stars ! Absolutely horrible. I tired several times to set up a membership for my grandma and myself. Not one single employee knows how to do their job at this location. As to the guy I dealt with on my THIRD attempt, he was completely rude and because of how he treated me I will not use Planet Fitness at all!

Wonderful value for your membership. The staff is incredibly helpful. Cayman and Sunshine made signing up simple and helped me around. Can’t wait to see my transformation.

Friendly staff but they could all use a bit more training. Most of them can't answer questions about equipment or account information. Always clean and plenty of equipment to do anything I want.

I love the meter to check to see how busy the gym is, the hydro therapy beds and the fact that you can go get a workout and then go about your day! Very centrally located

Went to sign up and everyone was very friendly. Casey did an amazing job at showing me the gym and helping me get enrolled! Great environment and definitely looking forward to starting my health journey at this gym.

Footprint seemed like a smaller planet fitness but still had everything I needed for a good workout. Everyone was nice a helpful.

As a Gym with a couple amenities. Planet Fitness has been awesome. It’s a great price for what you have access too. I have went to several using my Black Card status and each location is awesome. They are always cleaning equipment too. Staff excellent.

Very clean and nice friendly staff. Place is very well stocked and spacious area. Travel a lot and have seen quite a few plant fitness and this one is really nice. Will be back to this one when in town.

My location in Midwest City is always clean and any equipment that I choose to use on a particular day is available for me. I've had the occasion where I've used a personal trainer and he was easy to schedule and was very educated in his field. All the staff is helpful and courteous

Amazing/friendly staff, extremely clean facility- as I always see staff going around checking that club is kept to par or cleaning in general, and I always feel so welcomed and happy to be here! PF MWC is my home away from home and they really create a “family” atmosphere! Thrilled to be a member at this location!

Place is nice and clean. Workers are helpful and polite. I like how it has scan codes if you don't understand the piece of equipment.

I have been a member of PF for 5 years hadn't been in months, when I came in this morning, 2 front desk staff said hello after they were done checking a guest in. I asked if I can get another scan thingy. I lost mine that was on my key chain, he said we no longer use those. We use the app. I said well how do I check in? He said download app. He didn't offer to help and I went ahead downloaded and it didn't recognize my email I went to front desk again frustrated, I just want to cancel my membership no hesitation he ok you are canceled! Rude Unprofessional, I will NEVER use PF again! if this was a change why wasn't I given an email you email for everything else. Just super disappointed for this. no stars!

Love the total workout machine. Made for lazy people like me who want to do nothing and have the machine work their bodies for them. The hydromassage is amazing, I'm so pampered!! Note: must have black card to enjoy these. You'd also be able to enjoy personal training sessions. It costs $25 a month with a sign up fee of $50

Plenty of machines, clean and friendly. The shower was plenty warm, they had 2 hair dryers, and nice large changing rooms. The only thing they could add is a hook in the changing area. Good PF.

The Employees are always super nice I go all the time and I tell you the only reason I keep coming is because of the employees especially Danielle that works at the front desk she’s always so helpful and amazing!

The guys was so helpful at the desk. Whatever you do, do not call the number on website. It sends you to a call center and they don't know squat. Was told they don't have anything for a16 year old. Found out that I can get her a membership and bring my 14 year old with my membership. I just want us all to workout together.

Sold me on the 24hr hook. Now they have almost normal work day hours which causes an uptick during peak hours. This results in way too many people during peak times an not enough weight stations. Great place, if you have banker hours. Unfortunately, over 20k people in they’re community at TAFB has to be at work by the time they open.

The gym has everything some needs to get in shape or stay in shape. Plus the employee's are the BEST! Especially KC!

I have been a member here at the Midwest City, OK Planet Fitness for several years and while the staff is nice and the place is very clean. I have traveled across the country and we have yet to get a new screw or bench cover in probably 4 years!!!! The place is started to look run down! Other Planets in our city have been updated we keep getting told lies!

I have been coming for a couple months now and recently started working with Winston. He has been great at getting us to work all parts of our body and teaching us how to use the machines correctly. I have really been enjoying the training sessions with him.
