    Paying a mutual benefit, being treated and answered badly is not tolerable under any circumstances. The famous girl with colored hair who has so many good reviews, the one who greets you at reception, lacks a lot of class, personal skills, empathy and kindness. To deal with people you have to know, and this girl needs a little humility. I hope and wish that they open a good file for you in the Junta de Andalucía, take note of the matter and give you what you deserve, and reflect to serve the public. Patients do not come with an instruction book, that is what you are for, and to inform what is your duty, not to answer badly and not to be rude, you lack many values. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MUTUAL TO ANYONE.

    I don't give it a 0 because there is no. My experience was disastrous with this mutual. From the lack of humanity with the patients, in this case with me, the treatment of the receptionists, horrible, from the girl with red hair to the first table to the left of the entrance, little empathy and a lot of arrogance, as if those of us who went there were to blame for being on sick leave or were going to inherit the business... a lot of arrogance and bad manners when serving you. I had problems from the beginning. At the beginning, they did not know how to resolve my condition, a traumatologist did not see me until more than two months, when he saw me he only wanted to infiltrate to send me to work, they did not give me rehabilitation, which is the first method before infiltrating... The x-rays and tests They didn't want to give them to me... In short, I went pk according to them I had tendinitis and what I really had was a crack in my collarbone, something they said was impossible. I ended up losing my job due to the doctor's lack of professionalism.

    They have more faces than backs! They get rid of people without being recovered. In my case, I would have needed a second MRI to check the state of the injury, since I was not feeling well, they told me no, that they had already done one before and that I was fine. The doctor must have x-rays of my eyes, because even though I told him that it hurt and that I couldn't do my job, he insists that I am recovered. So, 10 days after I was discharged, I went to social security and of course, the family doctor discharged me again and told me that he doesn't understand how they send me to work without first having an MRI. Obviously they operate with administrative, not medical, criteria. Very, very dissatisfied with this mutual!

    To begin with, the girl at the reception, arrogant, argumentative, rude and zero empathy. It doesn't allow me to explain one's situation, which is not easy to begin with. Every time I have gone someone was arguing with her and answering in a bad manner, the appointments always have waits and in my case the doctor does not give me any explanations and literally tells me that they can't do anything and they discharge me with a broken disk and a 1 cm hernia that clearly explains the radiological report (resonance) and is clearly seen in the images. I have had horrible sciatic pain for almost a month without being able to practically move out of bed. High conclusion, being an air conditioning and solar panel installer and a claim that I am going to make at the moment and that even asking for a medical report with the explanation of why I am being discharged and presenting it to social security they object to me and tell me no, that have it in the mobile application. Horrible treatment and complaints every time I have been there from patients

    I wanted to thank the nursing team (Cristina and María), for their effort and dedication in doing the impossible for the wounds on my foot, which was destroyed and only scars remain, professional and human where they are found, they are charming inside and out. outside, and of course also to my physio (Chema) who is there every day to recover the mobility of my foot, wonderful person, hard-working and human, a joy to have met these three wonderful people.

    Since my leave due to a work accident, the attention received only has one adjective. Excellence!!. I read negative comments from the staff and I am amazed. I don't mean to say that sometimes anyone can have a bad day, but that's why the reproach seems inappropriate to me. It is true that at first they are suspicious of triage, but once the veracity is verified, the provision of all services is excellent. Thanks to my doctor Patricia, you are a professional. My physiotherapist María Dolores is a caring and professional person with a kindness that borders on perfection. Thank you Marina, your customer service work is attentive and committed. Thank you all for the help you have given me. MANY, MANY THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF.

    Que clase de trato le dan en este centro a la gente con exencion del uso de mascarilla: 2. La obligación contenida en el apartado anterior no será exigible en los siguientes supuestos: a) A las personas que presenten algún tipo de enfermedad o dificultad respiratoria que pueda verse agravada por el uso de la mascarilla o que, por su situación de discapacidad o dependencia, no dispongan de autonomía para quitarse la mascarilla o bien presenten alteraciones de conducta que hagan inviable su utilización. b) En el caso de que, por la propia naturaleza de las actividades, el uso de la mascarilla resulte incompatible, con arreglo a las indicaciones de las autoridades sanitarias. Esto viene en el mismo BOE recogido, en ningún centro sanitario o hospital se me ha tratado como a un perro callejero hasta ahora. La señorita del pelo rojo pintado en la recepción asume toda la responsabilidad de echarte a la calle si no te pones el bozal! aunque ya tiene mas que visto un documento redactado por un colegiado medico en el que claramente se refleja el no poder usarlo. Inadmisible el mal rato que te hacen pasar y por lo que se ve es muy común que tengan allí problemas con otros pacientes. Prefereria no tener que volver nunca mas a este centro!

    Después de ser atendido por el doctor lo único que se me dijo es de tomarme la medicación por mi sorpresa que al no mejorar volví al centro y me dijeron que el doctor me habría explicado que la mutua no se hacía cargo y que tendría que ir al médico cuando ami nadie me lo notifico.

    Vengo por una baja de trabajo sabiendo que estás molesto y cuesta respirar con estas calores y te tratan como si estuvieras matando a alguien por bajarte la mascarilla y los tiempo de espera de más de 2 horas para que te atiendan. O mejoran la calidad de servicio o el trato con los clientes porque vaya. La primera vez que me reciben así en una mutua.

    Trato pésimo de la recepcionista , trato pésimo de la doctora. Hay que estar muerto para que te den la baja . Cobrar si cobran a las empresas pero no te dan la baja de ninguna de las maneras .

    No respect for the rights of working mothers. They only care about money and they don't care about the health of the workers. I hope one day something happens to a surrogate mother because you don't want to grant her leave due to risk of pregnancy and you will end up with a million-dollar lawsuit. What a shame that the health of working mothers is in the hands of a company with so little ethics.

    They gave me an appointment for today, at 1:45 p.m. Seeing me enter the door, the girl at the reception says: “give me your information in case they made a mistake, we close at 2:00 p.m.” I provide him with my information, and he sends me to the waiting room, after two minutes waiting, he sends me an SMS to my phone, and tells me we have changed your appointment for November... It's the second time they summon me, and when I get there, I go for nothing. Needless to say, the girl at the reception, one with a tinge of red hair, was quite defensive and a little nervous. Working in front of the public should be reconsidered, then there are people who are more qualified and more eager to work, and they are unemployed. What a mutual disappointment, and above all very unprofessional. They waste your time, making appointments to end up going in vain, and on top of that you have to put up with bitter people. Regrettable.

    Terrible team, terrible service. I don't give less stars because there aren't any, I don't know how they can work at this mutual, security collaborator as it says on the door, such incompetent staff, like the receptionist with dyed hair, and the gentleman who calls you for a consultation with a mustache and goatee, they look at you and talk to you as if they were sparing your day or your life, yelling and acting as if he were at the market selling something, I don't recommend him to anyone. Don't go until the workers change staff, because that's why you go to social security.
