Bit of a letdown this McDonald's. The food, when served correctly was excellent, but nearly every order I saw that was placed had something wrong, including our order. We had ordered a large Fanta and only received a medium Fanta. When we raised this as an issue, it still took a lot of effort for the server to resolve this as he didn't believe me. Only when we placed it next to my own large Coca-Cola and shown the receipt did we receive the correct size. Sadly, nearly every person trying to collect their orders had similar issues, from missing items to completely wrong items. I'm not sure if this was just a bad night, but I don't think I've ever been in a McDonald's that has made this many mistakes or been so unhelpful at trying to resolve them for the individuals. Whilst I appreciate errors do occur, staff should not be so difficult and indifferent to people who have actually paid for items getting what they asked for.

1st of all, why go to MC when you're here in Fuengirola, Spain!? This town has so many places where you can get burgers that taste like heaven. Also, most of the staff here are not so friendly.

Another macdonald, self service, standard fast food. Good locarion, clean dinning area. Good as far as macdonalds go! But u will find fast food in general is expensive in spain

Not enough self service screens available hence long queues and waiting times to order and pay. In my opinion this is not fast food. Whenever I have eaten here before the food has been delivered hot and is very good.

3 orders right infront of me got things that are missing. Coca cola spilled on the floor and they put the "slippery floor sign" meaning that the workers saw it, but it took them more than 10 min to clean it up. They gave me the Fanta spilling everywhere, and the lady gave me a weird look when I asked for napkins to wipe it. The place is super busy because it is close to the water park, maybe the employees are overwhelmed and cannot function propey from exhaustion. I think they need to assign more workers and be more organised and they need to love what they do and smile a little more.

You can only order using the kiosks. There are 4 kiosks and there is no line so when it's busy, it's hard to know who's next. Looks clean and tidy which is not very common for a McDonald's restaurant. Food is not greasy in the outside therefore the kitchen is doing a good job.

The food is good enough, but this is not cleanest of Mac's. Not sure if it was local or tourist clientele that left without cleaning after themselves, but it took a good while for staff to notice the litter.

It is a fast food place, it was extremely busy and it felt uncomfortable, odd, messy, and they charge for all and any sauce. It is what it is, fast food, too dear for the quality it offers and the place could be more inviting

This would have been 5 stars as it's always clean and the staff are pleasant. However, having called in at 9.30 am I got the only remaining spot in the car park and there was only 1 customer inside. They really need to tackle the issue of people obviously parking their cars there and going elsewhere!

Wished our McDonald's were like these back in the U.K they put ours to shame on there selections on the menu

More than 30 minutes waiting in Mc auto, what should be a fast service for those who want grab and go it was a failure.

Take out, food was crunchy and tasty with my son because he want McDonald's burger chicken i ordered that chosen my fav burger,fries, nuggets and rating was a ten but my son said that the chicken burger tastes like fish but good rating

Avoid at all cost. Went a couple of weeks ago and was given a slimey chicken burger that made me very sick. I went again today to give it another chance and the woman on the drive through (4th April 630pm) was extremely rude! She shouted at me out of the window in an aggressive manor because she hadn’t processed my order. She then told me I had to drive through the whole process again having already been waiting there 20 minutes. She was very very rude.

25 minutes to get a drive-in burger because they give priority to deliveries. It's a joke!

Friendly staff and quick service. Parking is quite limited!

Not the best tried the drive through and got ignored which was frustrating ended up going in to appease three hungry kids but all ended well.

Slow service for a fast food place. Food was good, chicken bites and chicken wings especially.

What is this weird obsession the spanish have with ketchup? That's the only sauce I got everywhere. It was also not really clean, especially the floor and the toilet

Prompt order, fast delivery in the food. Still hot. All looked presentable. Pleasant staff.

Polite staff. A good drive-through but don't try it with a larger vehicle like a camper. Can get busy but service is good. Has parkings in front.
