Quite competent stuff, this is the only hardware store within a reasonable distance. We found what we were looking for, of course we had to ask first. A bit confusing, at least this way the first time. Self-service checkouts are good... Because if I had to stay in the cart.. I would have shoved the items on the first shelf and gone home.. Anyway, it was nice to see what goods are in the hardware stores in Spain.. However, it is somewhat different from the selections in Finland.

Large selection of products but, poor customer service. I recommend picking up things in store, as delivery and customer service are really poor. Most deliveries don’t come around the days stated on the website. Could improve.

A good DIY store. It has outdoor furniture, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, utensils plus mirrors and house decor including prints, cushions and curtains.

DIY store rather than a builders merchant. Medium size store with a wide range of stock , including garden materials. For the majority of house related things it will have something to offer. The staff are helpful and it is worth getting a loyalty card.

Leroy Merlin recently installed my bathroom. It was an old bathroom as well as being very compact therefore there were challenges along the way. The kitchen fitter, Boris and his team were all very professional and I was delighted with the end result. The service in the shop when selecting the products was also fantastic. Special thanks also to Sofia, who was the assessor that checked in regularly to make sure the work was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Leroy Merlin Mijas! Thank you.

DIY shop with a wide range of bathroom, garden furnishings together with all the things required for minor home improvements. Good selection of lighting and decoration. Quite a few staff speak a little english which can be helpful for those with no spanish.

You have implemented an online shopping process where after choosing a pick-up from the department store, poor customer has to wait about half day in the store to get their parcel. How about if you developed a service and unnecessary "rubber stamps", such as handling the package at the cashier after the pickup service has handed it over, will be eliminated. The items are delivered to a customer in a sealed package, so why are we waiting in line at the cashier so your staff can look at the parcel and stamp the receipt. Sometimes less is more 😊

A terrific example of how outstanding customer service to the highest degree can be given by a member of this store’s staff. Nothing we have requested has been too much trouble for her and it has all been done to the highest standard. You can get here the most important items for your house and business - things for cabinets, windows, doors, bathrooms, garden, cables, extensions, adapters, lamps, electric items, ceiling fans, etc. You can park your car right in front of this shop and you can find also near the parking a petrol station and burger king.

Anyone thinking of purchasing from Leroy Merlin Espana read our experience. We purchased some terrace furniture and duly waited for delivery. GLS delivered while we was out so when we got home only three of four packages had been delivered. We contacted Leroy Merlin who stated that as we had purchased from Leroy Merlin Market place that we had to deal with the manufacturer. I explained that not only was the delivery not complete but the boxes and some of the contents were damaged. Leroy Merlin directed us to the manufacturer, Tectake Espana. They couldn't care less as there small print thousand word contract covers every eventuality and you have zero rights. As we have accepted delivery (even though we was not at home, nothing would be done). I then stated that we wanted to return the absolute rubbish, damaged product. LM and Tectake said that we would have to pay for the return costs. Many emails, zero customer care and zero customer rights by these appalling companies resulted in us taking the delivery to Madrid so that we could get our money returned. I will never buy anything from Leroy Merlin but more importantly, I will never buy from a company that uses third party suppliers. And these companies wonder why Amazon is so widely used. Well done Leroy Merlin and Tectake. The worst customer service in our 23 years living in Spain.

Well what can I say about LM Fengirola? EXCELLENT service and in particular from LUIS PAREJO ( kitchens ) His attentive nature and patience was superb and he explained EVERYTHING to us in a manner we understood. We had to return a few items and again NO TROUBLE whatsoever! I have used both Marbella store and Fengirola - but the latter was by far the best for customer service. Inexpensive mostly. Has arrows on the floor but nobody takes any notice so can cause a over close situation. Needs better ceiling height notices for ilse contents. Check can cause a bottle neck but staff try hard.

Smaller than usual hardware store, but it seems to have everything we need. Easy parking and access.

Edit to my comment: I find that Leroy Merlin is one of the best DIY stores in the area but perhaps a little more training for staff to familiarise them with the layout will help so they in turn can help the client. Very nice place,normaly helpful people working there , BUT yesterday and today not helpful lady at the paint department when we asked advice - anyhow we bought 3 different jars of paint for the kitchen.

So you buy something in one Leroy Merlín and you can only exchange it when it comes with a defect in the same exact location. Not in any other Leroy Merlin.They should inform about that. This is due to stock inventory

Plenty of parking, good stock but limited items compared to the bigger stores (understandable) but plenty of the commonly required items

I would like to thank Carolina Cellone for providing us such great and courteous service. We recently moved to Mijas Costa and on the first day at Leroy Merlin we were robbed in the store of over 1300 Euros , credit cards and my driver’s license. Upon our return to the store to purchase the items needed for our apartment Carolina helped us get a discount at the store , she attempted to sign us up for a discount card however since we had not received our Spainish phone number yet she assisted us getting approval through other staff members. She insured that everything went smoothly and took care of us like we were family members. You should be proud to have employees like Carolina Cellone. Thanks to her care and professional service we will always shop at Leroy Merlins.

I have visited Leroy Merlin some times and all of them I found exactly what I wanted for my house. A big variety of products in logical prices. The staff is kind and friendly and they speak English which is really helpful.

1 person on checkout, queue around the store, trying to force everyone through self checkout, 2nd time in a week, will stick to Amazon, I don't work for Leroy so don't want to do my checkout, ci believe in job creation, interactions with staff etc etc
