Place are always crowded staffs were very slow we’ve waited 30 mins for a flat bread. I ordered a roll bread with additional ingredients and still same in ordinary roll. Store is upgraded that the other store of piadeneria.

I paid almost €13 for a piadina that literally HAD NO SEASONING. Practically a thin slice with two things put inside of which you could just smell the aroma. Result: I left the restaurant even hungrier than before

the piadineria is one of my favorite restaurants for a lunch break but this shop has truly incompetent staff and it is serious that nothing is done to replace it especially because being between companies and universities it has numerous visitors every day.

The same cashier employee goes to make the piadina..... The most absurd aspect is that with over 100 people waiting they continue to take orders.....

Nice place, convenient especially for those who study or work. The only criticisms are the door being too heavy to push, the delay in picking up and the slightly high price for a piadina

Piadina ordered via app with selection of delivery time. The preparation of the piadina was done right on time. The problem is that to be able to eat it I had to wait more than 10 minutes between the time when the only guy at the counter managed to free himself to check the piadinas ordered via the app and the fact that he still had to get the receipt. I understand that it's not the boy's fault because it's not his fault that he was left alone at the counter during rush hour and therefore had to manage everything. The fact, however, is that if I use the app and pay in advance to skip the queue, I want to skip the queue and eat a freshly prepared, not cold, hot piadina.

Very long wait of 40 minutes to order and 40 minutes to receive the order. Close to offices, it is not conceivable considering an employee's one-hour lunch break times. Not recommended

Organizzazione sotto lo zero. In un posto circondato da uffici e università non è possibile dover aspettare 59 minuti per una piadina. (La mia esperienza è ancora più traumatica perché si sono addirittura dimenticati il mio ordine) Non so se vi meritate una stella onestamente

In una zona adiacente a uffici e università è normale mettere un solo dipendente in cassa a orario di pranzo? A quanto pare in questo posto si! Ho atteso oltre un ora in fila, per poi ritrovarmi di fronte a una dipendente scostante e antipatica come poche, e mangiare una piadina fatta decisamente di fretta e male visto che era fredda all’interno. Mai più. Attenzione per il cliente meno di zero.

Super veloci e gentili. Pranzo di lavoro. Abbiam chiesto due piadine vegetariane e due dolci in 20 minuti siamo riusciti a far tutto. Bravo allo staff che riuscito a garantirci il pranzo in poco tempo, in oltre buonissime. Complimenti davvero.

Sono stato a pranzo e la piadina, che insieme con una bottiglietta di Coca ho pagato poco più di 10 euro, era misera, povera, asciutta e senza gli ingredienti che questa catena di ristoranti dovrebbe rispettare. Ho preso una piadina La Levante che doveva contenere: Zucchine grigliate, Pomodoro, Rucola, Melanzane Condite, Crema di ceci. La piadina è stata fatta malissimo, MANCAVANO DEL TUTTO LE MELANZANE e per i resto CONTENEVA: - 1 pezzetto 2cmx2cm di zucchina cruda; - 2 pezzetti 3cmx3cm di pomodoro; - forse 1 cucchiaino di crema di ceci; - 30 grammi di rucola. - condimento assente. Sinceramente, spendere più di 7 euro per una piadina alla rucola, è un furto. Sono veramente malcontento e non ci andrò più. In più dopo aver atteso per mezz'ora in coda... Insomma la piadina che vendono è lontana anni luce da quella che espongono bella ricca sul sito. Si dovrebbe chiamare La Rucola.

Che facciano piadine lo si capisce dal nome , ed è una catena con una buona qualità media , le 5 stelle date per il servizio: le ragazze al bancone , sorridenti, cordiali e sempre disponibili nonostante siano sempre indaffarate

Tappa fissa quando lavoro su Milano, locale nuovo nelle vicinanze dell’Università IULM, do cinque stelle per la genuinità del prodotto e la professionalità del personale

"Laaaa piadineria.. la più lenta che ci sia!" E la piadina poi è pure fredda.. Aumentare personale almeno in orario di punta.!

40 minuti per una piadina sono veramente troppi. Questo locale durante l'ora di pranzo è preso d'assalto e il servizio ne risente pesantemente. La piadina viene consegnata in una busta verticale e gli ingredienti cadono tutti verso il basso. Il liquido della mozzarella poi inizia a colare ed è un attimo che si sporca tutto. Esperienza tragica.

Arrived at 12.55pm, ordered at 1.40pm and served at 2.15pm, all without air conditioning! Probably the worst piadineria in history! 1 hour and 20 minutes is inconceivable.

Not recommended, rude employee who does not accept cash with the excuse that he has no change! I didn't want to pay with a debit card and he doesn't accept cash even though the place was full and I can't believe he had an empty till! Very annoying!
