Maybe the most dirty BK in the city. The employees are rude, the food quality very low. The place is almost always full of junkies and beggers that do not allow you enjoy your meal. I guess that employees are used to this, and that's the reason that they behave like trash.

Convenient place to grab a burger before you take the train. The negative aspects: it's not so clean place, not so many workers so you might need to wait more than usual for your order and all-in-all, being located on a busy train station, doesn't seem so safe... but the burgers are not bad when you are in a hurry and hungry :)

There is no excuse for how slow the service is in this place. I've been here three times, and every one of them I had to leave after twenty minutes of waiting in line (behind five or six people, not a hundred) because I was about to miss my train. It is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, and they weren't able to even collect my order in almost half an hour, let alone actually delivering it. Not because they were busy or anything, it was just that they seemed to be moving in slow motion for no particular reason other than to make people wait. I'd have gone elsewhere, but this was the only place still open at that time of the evening. A restaurant with this kind of service has no place in a station.

Food quality and taste: 1/1, classic Burger King. Price/quality ratio: 1/1, as a Swiss person, Italy is generally cheaper, even more so if it's a fast food. Presentation and atmosphere: 0.25/1, the place is quite small. Service: 0.75/1 Hygiene: 0.5/1, not the cleanest place I've been in. Total: 3.5 stars

Ordered a simple meal from Burger King but they messed up the order. Received only three bags of fries instead of four, and got four Cokes instead of the assorted sodas we asked for. The burgers were lackluster, not meeting the usual Burger King standard. A disappointing experience

The stuff was slow, could not speak English very well, did not understand simple order, we had to write it down (for the 1st time in our lives), coke and ice tea were warm.. we waited 20 minutes after ordering and there were 3 empleyees and 2 customers..

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Not only that they are rude but also racist towards foreigners. They don’t speak a word in English and they do not accept vaccination passes from non-EU countries.

This idiotic BK is by far the slowest I‘ve eher been to. It was not possible to get a drink served in an acceptable period of time so we had to leave without our order because our train was leaving. Never again.

Only 3 veggie options, i don’t know if that’s the way Burger King is in Italy but in Germany almost very normal burger can be taken as a veggie. Also no ice cream which is annoying.

Ruuuude as hell. This old lady was not ready to customize my burger. I didn't even say to add anything. I just said to remove the tomatoes and lettuce. She said she won't customize and instead she said, if you are allergic to these. "Just don't eat the burger". Can't believe she actually said that. Did not stay there anymore. Will never even step in to this store again. If they don't want to sell. Why putting a store. Waste of time and money.

No cold drinks, soda's smelled bad, slow service, unfriendly manager, dirty toilet, weird layout, bad staff,... Jezus how bad can you make a fastfood place..

No gluten free options available. They offered a bunless burger and I said yes. Everything was cold and the bacon uncooked.

horrible service asked for mineral water and was handed fizzing water, didn’t check the bottle as i was expecting mineral after taking a small sip went back to ask for what i payed for and got blamed instead. Manager was horrible too
