Do not go there if you have slightly curly hair!!! Totally messed up my hairstyle which took more than 1 year to grow and style. The barber in this salon had no eye for symmetry and did not follow the instruction, which I sadly realized only at home. Had to go to another barber to save my hair. Still looks bad but not as bad anymore. Baddest salon in many years sadly. Safe your money, pay more than 15€ and go somewhere else! The other guys leaving the salon looked also slightly off. Go there if you have 9mm hair and just need someone to trim it with a razor. Disappointed …

Good, but they newer offer washing the hair on the end, you should ask them, even the price is included. Some of them are good, some less. Always have to wait, even made appointment. Good but can be lot better.

In my opinion the best service/price rate in Milan. You can get a nice cut for 8 EUR. Cut + Shampoo for 10 EUR. The staff is quite friendly and you don't need any reservation. Avoid busy hours, otherwise you could easily wait for over an hour. And yes, they have free Wi-Fi.

They are always full but they did my haircut on a walkin. I was almost about to leave but Christina came to me and asked me in. She is good at her work, did a quick and decent cut. I am happy with the outcome.

The staff were very helpful and patient even there was a language barrier. The haircut was really good as well. Would recommend if you need a haircut! Grazie mille per de taglio! 💇

Not recommended🚨 I regret cutting my hair here, someone worked here before her name was Sofi who was awesome, and after her, no one could cut hair at least at an acceptable level. They add an extra cost to your payment even when you asked that you do not want shampoo or brushing! It's a cheap and affordable barbershop but the quality is relatively low.

Excellent service, great price. The Barber exceeded all my expectations. Shampoo and accurate haircut, from long hair to short-middle size. Couldn't ask for anything better, a master, well done!

I wanted to reserve an appointment for hair cutting by phone, but they hang up the phone because they could not speak English!! That was really rude.

I went to this salon about 6 months ago and got my hair highlighted to almost platinum hair - it was perfect I was in love with the results. So I went back 2 days ago to get it re-done that same exact way, and it was with a new stylist. I showed her the pictures of how I wanted my hair, and she said yes it will be like this so I believed her. It was darker than I wanted and I asked her to redo it lighter and she refused to because she didn’t want to “damage my hair” even though this is what I am paying for. She also says if I do it again and my hair is damaged, she is not responsible. I was treated not well, they do not speak a word of English, do not do what you want, and I paid €100 for hair I didn’t ask for. I cried when I got home because I wanted my hair to be perfect for my birthday on Wednesday. I 100% do not recommend this salon to anyone who wants their hair done the way they asked. Very unprofessional and tragic that this happened. I would rate 0 stars if it allowed.

First impression of Hair salon is very bad. They're not hospitable. On the call told me they talk English but when I came hairdresser refused to talk English so I struggled to understand her, she didn't even try to do something for the better communication with foreign client. The hair doesn't look much different, using very few products. The atmosphere was very weird. Don't recommend it.
