I share the opinions of the other reviews. A one area massage costs €120. I'm not saying that with this price one should have expected at least a welcome herbal tea (which I receive in other excellent centers where the draining massage costs less than half). The center in general is not clean. We won't talk about the bathroom (you have to go there several times during the treatment as indicated by the therapist) - full of oil and not only that, but also dust. When you pay this amount for a service (luxury range, we can say) it is normal to expect a high quality of cleanliness and order in the environment in which the massage is carried out. The center is located in a basement, on the first floor of a building on the outskirts of Milan. It's not a nice area. For a massage for €120 at least I would expect the location in Porta Romana, Porta Venezia or central areas. Inside the center there are two stations with two beds both inside the same room, divided by a semi-transparent curtain. Zero privacy. I could hear the client next door talking to her therapist, I could see pretty much everything, and my therapist would fit in and giggle as she performed the treatment. I mean... is a minimum level of professionalism possible considering that I'm paying €120? The treatment didn't work the miracles you see on social media on me, but maybe it's because I have little retention. The girls do their job as therapists/masseuses. As far as I'm concerned, I didn't receive any particular attention. Indeed... From the welcome to the end of the massage I felt like an industrial piece ready to be mass-produced. A good draining massage in another center (my trusted one is one of the premiere beauty centers) has nothing to envy of this treatment which is only very fashionable. It is certainly a more suitable treatment for those who have a lot of water retention. If you recognize that you don't have it or that you have little of it, I advise you to choose another good center where the massage costs much less because you won't see miraculous results. I booked an abdomen treatment a week ago. I went to the center which is located in the basement of a building, therefore not immediately identifiable. A fairly aseptic welcome, the operator provided me with things to wear and after the usual photos the treatment began (too intense for me since on several occasions I felt pain during cupping). I was invited several times to go to the bathroom even though I didn't feel the need. Photo at the end with the promise to send. Result of everything, obviously in my opinion: disproportionate cost (120 euros) for 50 minutes of treatment which in my case was not very effective (I obtained more appreciable results with a classic lymphatic drainage)... no indications in the post treatment (provided to another client) and not even a shadow of photos.

‼️‼️‼️I'm writing this review with the hope that someone will read it and be well informed and desist from wasting the money I wasted and I'm also ashamed because strangely I was so naive. Unfortunately I attended the Manuela Shala method course, the training was of poor quality, 3 handouts of a few sheets with only photos and very few and incomprehensible written notions, no scientific literature, no sources. The times were very badly managed, everything in a hurry, with a €4800 course for two days we even had to pay for the toast 😂. In the post course, nothing of what was promised arrived, no visibility on a profile of 191 thousand followers, they have an average of 100/200 likes with very few comments, no assistance group, they told us that more videos would arrive complete available for life (as in other courses) but apart from a few provisional videos nothing has arrived. Before the course they are always available and then they disappear, there is no assistance but the worst thing is that if you don't do as they say they even treat you badly, this has never happened with other courses where I have found continuous assistance and professionalism. Apart from Lombardy, here in Veneto no one knows this method so in the end it is you who advertises for them. Waste of money, I absolutely wouldn't do it again! . In all the other courses you attend you try the massage so there are moments in which you try it and moments in which you do it, the only real way to understand how to study a technique seriously, here models come who have to pay €50 and you don't get the massage. do you ever get it. Ps: I asked to be removed from their list of "therapists" despite the money spent and this says it all since no customer arrived either at €120 for their "minimum" recommended rate or at €50. It was a unique experience as I didn't really believe what a massage with Manuela Shala's method could do. Seeing is believing... They treated my abdomen, legs, buttocks and face!! Super. In January I will do a journey because I want to give myself this gift. Of course it doesn't cost cheap but if it helps me gradually solve my water and lymphatic retention problem... I will make this effort. For two days my face looked like I had had a facelift!! The abdomen was less tense and the legs were light for almost a week... I went to this center for lymphatic massages which proved to be very effective after a few days and I will return to repeat the treatment shortly to continue enjoying the beneficial effects.

Don't rely on the negative reviews. Honestly, the only thing I have to complain about is that they don't have a beauty center even closer to the center of Milan! But maybe better, because I would always go there 😂 The place is very clean. The bathroom is spotless. They answer the phone and confirm appointments both via email on the day of booking and via call on the same day. They ask you many verification questions and make you fill out a form/form, and then accompany you in an extremely professional way in a massage in which you also have to work (it's not a relaxing massage ok?), with breathing and body movement. Also a small note, this is a help, like polase when it's hot, not the life solution that makes you cheat and where you become healthy in two seconds. If you don't feed yourself well and don't move daily the effect doesn't last long. Maintenance is up to you. It is also important to underline that although it may seem like an aesthetic treatment, the point is to stimulate the lymphatic nodes and free the body. It is a health massage rather than an aesthetic one. 5 stars to all the staff but especially to the very professional Enrico!!! A myth. Yesterday I had a body massage... Let me start by saying that I have had massages in my life....but this is THE MASSAGE par excellence!!!! INCREDIBLE, CRAZY....I AM SPEECHLESS. And thank goodness because the facts speak for themselves. Before and after photos. I'm not exaggerating if I tell you that this is the case. I participated as a model in Rome for the Manuela Shala massage, I had a great time! I was immediately welcomed with slippers and kimono and made to feel at ease. The treatment is intense but effective!

I took part in the course in Milan in January as a model and I had a great time. The massage paid off even though the girls were budding runners and didn't expect results!! Well done to them and Manuela is very good at explaining the method with very detailed technical explanations!! Absolutely to try and do again!!

Very particular experience, I acted as a "model" during a course and I still can't believe what I saw with my own eyes. The feeling of lightness in my legs that I felt after the treatment was truly incredible. The massage is long and intense, absolutely worth it. I absolutely recommend.
