Very very very bad people. My father is a older man and he wanted to first go to the bathroom and than he was waiting for us (his daughters) to drink or eat something here. They treated him so bad and after that they where laughing together about my father. After they did this we arrived and asked what happened. My mother explained and still they where laughing. 0 respect for people and I’m very happy we didn’t eat or drink here. But the 1,3 Google reviews explained everything…

The food was so bad that my wife and I only ate one mouth. Strongly recommend ALL people to walk away from this restaurant. Not worth your time and money.

We waited a long time for our order. First, they brought the daughter, lasagna, and only after 15 minutes they brought the remaining dishes. Milanese cutlet - thin chicken breast fried in breadcrumbs, dry and without sauces, until asked. Rizoto - just rice porridge with saffron. Beer is 6 times more expensive. For dinner for 4 people we spent 100+ euros

Came to eat here with my family and had a horrifyingly terrible experience. The staff was insanely disrespectful towards me and my family and made the experience horrible. The place is also very unsanitary and I could not believe my eyes when passing to go to the bathroom. A mouse walked past in the kitchen and no one seemed to bat an eye towards it. After seeing this, we immediately left and we still cannot believe this actually happened. A warning towards all families and people debating to go here. Please learn from my experience and do not let this happen to you!

Coffee was okayish but that’s about it. Expensive, superbad service and food temperature not okay. We ordered 6 classic toast (€8,- each that holds 2 piece of bread and 2 slices - H/C) and got 5. The last one took about another 15 minutes, after asking 3 times some of the employees even said “I don’t know!? I didn’t take the order!” When the guy in the front said; what can I do to apologize, he came back with… nothing. Sorry I can’t do anything. We decided to pay and leave and when I wanted to speak to the manager/owner, one friendly staff member walked inside the restaurant and the manager didn’t wanted to come out to talk to me - Whilst seeing him sitting inside behind the glass doing nothing. Reading all the other reviews I completely understand each single review and the score of 1,2. We have seen 12 people (5 different tables) walking away before they ordered. I wish we could have been smart in advance, although I had a good coffee in the same place 10 years ago. Good old days - to end a little positive.😉 tip to the owner: face your clients, they pay your bills! Train your staff, they make a good service and profit!

I was here just now. Even though there were many negative comments on the internet, I was very pleased. Okay, the pasta was a little bit small, but it was very delicious. The waiters were very friendly. The food came very quickly. Thank you for a nice pasta experience in Milan.

So it is kind of funny. We were actually trying to eat at the place next door, but the host from this place would stand out front and poach customers and made it look like it was the same place, and then lead you over to their place. We had no idea until we sat and got the menu, which was obviously completely different from the one we were looking at in front of the other place. Regardless, we decided to stay and the food was good. We ordered some delicious wine, and I had pasta that tasted great. I would return again. Service was friendly, and the view of the cathedral was amazing!

If I could select zero stars I would. The service is abysmal! Once you're seated they ignore you. I waved at 2 of the waiters chatting to each other to get another drink & they ignored me. Only when I waved my empty glass did they respond. I had to get up & go to the bar to ask for ice for my drink. Don't go here.

I went there with my bf and before we could sit at a table we were asked if we want to eat. After us another couple came and they wanted just to sit at a coffee and he told them “no no. Mangiare or no”. I ordered a pizza and my bf Pasta Carbonara. My pizza was extremely soggy and if you lifted a slice, everything will fall off of your pizza. The carbonara was merely okey at taste, even tho it looked better than the pizza. I got a skin rash in that night and my bf had stomach ache all day. We really don’t recommend this place. If you want to have a coffee with the great duomo, just sit on the ground. It will be a much better experience.

Stopped by for beverages with my parents, but when we tried to order the waiter said that 'they don't sell drinks right now, only alcohol' but other tables had juices, sodas, coffees. Not sure why they were so aggressive telling us they didn't want our business after they told us what table to sit at and waiting for a long time. Hard pass.

Never met a waiter rude like this: 1. When I asking if any way to put the beg, the waiter said very rude - how can I find a chair for your bags 2. When i ordering and double checking the price , this waiter said : you are not ready. And left . Bad experience in great Milan

The waiter with the long hair tied up was extremely rude. The food was disgusting and too overpriced. DON’T COME HERE
