The worst coffee I've ever had. Staff who chat about their own business without considering customer requests. Result? Had coffee made again in the requested cup, a mini caffe latte that I wouldn't serve to anyone. Remind your employees that the customers pay their salaries, so to consider them a little more... chatting happens when they are alone!

I often frequent this place, because it is convenient as it is located right in front of the Trenord turnstile exit. I have never found staff who smiled and wanted to work. Then this morning, delirium! Behind the counter two women who did nothing but chat about their business, before taking my order they finished chatting. While the lady at the till was serving me, the other one started chatting again and naturally the person who was serving me got distracted. It was absurd to wait 5 minutes for two croissants and a bottle of water, especially during rush hour when I had no time to waste. P.s. Obviously, just because she was too busy talking, she gave me just one croissant (obviously I paid for two), unfortunately I only noticed it on the subway. Never again!

The lady with black hair is unpleasant, grumpy, rude. NEVER SMILE I buy cigarettes regularly and I can assure you that it is not just a bad day. There are two things: either this lady doesn't deserve to have a job because she doesn't want to work or you have such lousy management that it makes your employees exhausted.

Mine is not a review but a nap on the croissant at the bar in Cadorna station... I chose it with pistachio because I knew I would like it but I didn't think so much. From the first to the last bite you could smell the butter and the egg smell of the very soft pasta that melted in your mouth. I have eaten many delicious croissants and brioches in my life, but never one so delicious to the point of fearing that I would no longer experience that languid and at the same time impressive sensation, because you don't expect this flavor from the bar of the station's motorway service station. I cannot personally compliment the baker but I can ask the manager to continue ordering croissants from that bakery because they are not only pleasant to taste, they are poetic; and I, and all of us, have a great need for poetry.

4.30pm I found a person who was rude and unsuitable for this job. I'm sorry but that's how it is!
