One of the biggest aquarium in Europe is in this city and you can visit a lot of fishes and dolphin there. It's a very nice place to have a walk nearby sempione park and Moscova; here you can find lots of pubs in which you could have an happy hour with around 12 /15 € with buffet solutions ( but actually many pubs offers table service as consequence of pandemic to garantee a safety solution). It's a chic area, so you will find many sofisticate pubs and restaurants, so if you are looking for a cheap drink or meal maybe you have to search carefully around. Good luck!
