We had an excellent stay as a family of three. The staff at Room Mate Giulia are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and easy. The location can’t be beat, especially for a first time visit to Milan and proximity to a very connected metro station. We had great sleep and no issues with noise, even with a street facing room. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend this hotel! Great location, easily able to get to from the airport by using the subway, and very clean rooms. We booked a Jr Suite to ensure we had a good size room with a big bed after flying over night from the US. That first night of rest after arriving in Europe is critical. The AC in the room worked great, which is a huge deal for me. The hotel is right beside the Duomo, so you can't beat the location. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Milan.

The best location for exploring the city! Centrally located but you can get a quiet room. The personal is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is conveniently located and very close. The only issue we had was with the pillows, which were too soft, but to be honest we have never asked for other options, so this one is on us.

Big bathroom, big wallrobe, 2 Queen beds, a big sofa, lots of space for us to stay happily. The stay in the hotel bought wonderful memories during in Milano. Absolutely a wonderful hotel within the centre of Dummo Milano, while you can walk within 1 min to Milan Cathedral, 1 min to shopping areas with brand names like Prada, Gucci, etc. Although this is a small hotel everything was wonderful and warm. The buffet was delicious and with variety.

Really cool hotel, just 1 minute walk from Duomo underground stop (yellow and red line). Staff was really polite and welcoming. The hotel has a really cool design and every amenity you could ask for. The bed was very big and comfortable. Recommended if you are looking for a very central hotel in Milan.

A beautifully and lovingly designed hotel at a fantastic location with meticulous standards when it comes to cleanliness and service. We stayed for 4 nights and could hardly flaw this hotel. Every single day our room was spotless when we came back, the staff was able to answer our questions and requests flawlessly and the unique design made our stay feel special. If anything, the airco in our room was a little more noisy than expected and the breakfast selection was not exceptional. It was not bad at all, it is not a cheap breakfast though, so a little better options would be appreciated. The location of the hotel is second to none though. Next to the Duomo, inside the Galleria, close to the subway and tram and castle... what more could you wish for?

The location is unbeatable next to Duomo and Galleria. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel and rooms are modern and nice and clean- simply beautiful. The room i choose twin beds and sofa bed can easily fit for 4-5 ( with children ) cause the twin beds i think is Full size. The beds and pillows are just perfect. The amenities like kettle and coffe machine is complete. I did not try the restaurant nor having breakfast option - so cannot comment on that. Extremely happy with my stay there. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at Room Mate Giulia Milan, and can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and the team. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and provided helpful recommendations. The hotel was beautifully appointed and our room was spacious. The generous breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. All the front desk team, porters, and other hotel staff were wonderful to deal with. A special thanks to the front desk staff, Andrea, Pietro and Fabio who were wonderful and helpful. Andrea, in particular took very good care of us. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

We stayed at the Room Mate Giulia Milan hotel for 3 nights, based on a friend’s recommendation. Every single member of staff was wonderful, from greeting us at the door to the warm and very helpful recommendations from the front desk staff, Andrea, Pietro and Fabio. Andrea, in particular, made us feel incredibly well taken care of and special. He is exceptionally good at his job. Regarding the room amenities, I was so impressed with everything. From the thoughtful women’s emergency kit to the nightly sleep offering (slippers, chocolate and very cute note), there was absolutely nothing else that could have been asked for or thought of. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend your hotel to all our friends when traveling, and look forward to staying again ourselves in the future!

There is not much to say besides that all the reviews are to point. Location: If in town for a few days, I doubt it can get any better. Design: had a deluxe room, and this was one of the most enjoyable stays I ever had. Perfect attention to details! Service and breakfast are great. Definitely will be back and will plan my trips so I can visit other properties of this group.

We arrived before dawn via Malpensa, took a train and were pleasantly surprised the hotel is 30 sec walk away from our metro exit! Then we went into the hotel and again very surprised our room is ready! I had written to them a couple days before to ask if we can leave our bags and got a really prompt response. Btw, my booking experience was also great as I had a few questions but all answered very kindly and promptly. Location of the hotel was great for the Duomo (2 mins walk if you walk really slowly), and as it is slightly tuckef away, also very quiet. It is also 5 mins walk from major shopping places such as Rinascente and many excellent restaurants nearby. Amenities provided in bathroom was the most extensive we have seen in Italy (we stayed in 3 more hotels after this - all 4-5 stars). People all super friendly. Also loved the honesty bar concept though we did not partake. It would be fun if we had travelled with friends, to self serve (and self make) our drinks in the lobby bar. Nice hotel overall and would stay again.

Great room and staff! The hotel is in the heart of everything in central Milan plus the staff was excellent and went beyond the expectations. I was in Milan for a trade show while I worked my wife loved the location for shopping and touring. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff!

The location is great. You go out from the hotel, and 5 sec later you see the duomo. A lot of police officer near the duomo and full of people, it felt Safe too. View is not really great as the room was facing only the street and was one mosquito in the room. It was rainy day. But otherwise, we liked the hotel very much. Our room was a junior suit room. Bed was big and comfortable, Bathroom was good size and we enjoyed the bath time. Breakfast is very simple and omelet was not really omelet (more like scramble egg).

This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. The location cannot get better if you want to be close to main attractions in Milan without car. The room was so quiet and clean. The staff were all professional and super helpful specially Erfan and Neda. The breakfast was great as well. If I ever come back to Milan, I won’t stay anywhere else.

I took the junior suite and the room and bathroom were all great. The bed is very comfy and the room was spacious but lacks the views to be honest. The location was also great as you are literally in the center everything you want is a short walking distance from the hotel. The service was very satisfactory especially from Neda who helped us on our daily schedule on what to do and eat. She was beyond helpful, I’m very thankful for her tips.

Wow! Can not stop smiling after being treated so wonderfully during our 6 night stay in Milan. First off the location is 10/10 right in the center of Milan and very accessible to shops, restaurants, etc. Our room was well laid out and extremely comfortable. That’s not even the best part though. The best part of this hotel was by far the friendly and inviting staff!! All the staff are so helpful and accommodating and friendly! Specifically Andrea, Bianca, and Sara. They went above and beyond helping us with hard to get dinner reservations, car services and anything else we needed during or stay. Stayed for 3 nights and could not have been a more perfect stay. Precisely located in the center of Milan, steps from the Duomo and a 10 minute walk from Brera. Rooms were large, quirky but well designed. Breakfast was solid. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

I was a bit anxious about our stay at Room Mate Giulia, however our experience was really great! Staff were lovely and we turned up before check in to find our room was ready for us which was rather relaxing. The room was on the smaller side but for us it was more than enough. Breakfast had plenty of options. I would definitely recommend for a short stay!

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. The best location you can have with nice unique design rooms and huge bathrooms. Staff was super nice and cooperative. We were two adults and one child, lots of luggages. We booked triple room and it was very spacious. Definitely I will stay there again when I’m back in Milan.

I stayed here for a weekend and it was FANTASTIC. So excellent that I ended up staying at Room Mate Anna in Barcelona a few months later. Great breakfast, staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was right on the square with the famous church so all was easily accessible on foot. I would stay here again for sure!

Such a beautiful little hotel. Great room and facilities got everything covered from shampoo to nail file! Literally 20 metres walk and the stunning Duomo Cathedral comes into view. Would highly recommend.

Wow I loved this hotel. We had a huge suite and it surpassed my expectations. The staff were always super helpful with anything we needed and the location was central for our first time in Milan. We were steps away from the gorgeous Dumo, metro and trams. I love love loved this hotel and was sad to leave it.

You could not get a better location in Milan, situated right next to the Duomo (both in terms of all of the activities within walking distance, and just a few steps from transit). One of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Very cool design - both in the room and the lobby.

Ahhh . . . Room Mate Giulia is our home-away-from-home when ever we visit Milan. You cannot find a better staff any where in the entire world - - - seriously! We have been staying here almost every year since they opened and we can't wait to go back. The location of the Hotel is perfect ! Rooms are good, but the room service menu is a joke. Also the breakfast is really not good enough for a 4 stars hotel. I would recommend to improve it.

Oh this was amazing place to stay. Comfortable beds no amazing beds lol, super clean room top to bottom, such a very welcoming staff printed off a lot of things i needed for travel. Great place to eat as well as many many places around right outside the door. Need a taxi they are cheap yes cheap in Milan and hotel has a phone gets them there in literally seconds. Lol. The staff truly truly want you to have a great holiday or whatever reason your in Milan for. And just steps is the Duomo and shopping galore!!!

My partner spent four days at Room Mate Giulia and we have not stopped talking about it since. This is a quality hotel and the staff are so friendly and relaxed. Our deluxe room was exactly that, comfortable and spacious and a fabulous bathroom that was wonderfully warm. The breakfast was amazing in the chilled breakfast room, where nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This is a stylish hotel with some fantastic touches, complimentary water replenished daily, a kettle and coffee machine with plenty of choice, a great view of nearby historic buildings, and quiet and comfortable. We can't rate the hotel or the team that work there highly enough, the hotel really was a great part of our break. We really hope to stay again soon and visit this amazing city where we only scratched the surface in four days.

Just concluded my week long stay here at Room Mate Giulia. We stayed here with a group of 40 people. All I can say is this is one tremendous and exceptional hotel. Everyone of it's staff that we interacted with was so good at their job. From the front desk, concierge, bellhops, management and the housekeeping and restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location goes without saying is among the best in Milan. Steps from the Duomo but also located in a quiet street so you feel completely relaxed and away from the busy tourist area as well. My room was beautifully designed and super clean everyday. The terrace is perfect even when it rains you can still use it. Loved the overall design and feel of the hotel too. But again what sets this apart is the awesome staff it employs. Very helpful whether you're an individual or a big group staying there. Will be my first choice of hotel in Milan for sure.
