For a 4-star hotel, I give it 2, if it were 2, I could give it 4. The room key itself shows that it is far from a high standard. Breakfast is good, you choose what you want (scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cakes, fruit, vegetables, juices, coffee, etc.). The bed is comfortable. The location is a disaster, poor connection, the bus to the metro runs as it pleases, but you can buy a day ticket (7.6€) and cover all transfers (bus, metro). The rooms are gloomy. The air conditioning turns on every now and then (unless you open the window, it stops). Cleanliness also needs to be improved. You can hear all conversations from outside and behind the walls. You can stay for a few nights (wash, sleep, eat and go to town)

What an absolute nightmare of a hotel. Avoid at all costs. The lobby looks to bee cleaned just before check-in, but in reality this hotel is FILTHY. Spots and stains on the carpets and walls torn apart. The worst part is the hotel is teaming with Bed Bugs. When brought to the attention of the front desk they were unphased and advised there was nothing they could do since it was a holiday weekend and the Manager had vacation. The staff also advised the hotel doesn't have air conditioning and the 29C temperatures in the room is "something we would need to deal with". With the addition of loud parties and yelling and screaming in and around the hotel until past 2 am, this one night stay was absolutely horrific.

I do not recommend booking at this hotel. The site says 4 stars but we unfortunately did not have a positive experience. We were given an incorrect room (2 twin beds instead of a king) and had to request to switch. In the new room, the mirror in the bathroom was cracked and there was a missing remote and open electrical panel. It was cold and we only had a sheet so requested a blanket, and we were given a single extra sheet. We used towels the first night to be warmer and they took the towels without replacing them. So after our shower we were left with nothing to be dry. Lastly, it will take 1-2 hours between this hotel and the central station. It is outside city limits yet charge city price and tax and is not convenient to get to. They do have a shuttle, but no one told us you must reserve so they pointed to the bus that comes only every 40 minutes or so. Further the shuttle is only accessible a few hours a day. Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you have a car maybe and want easy parking and breakfast.

Welcome to the Bedbug Hotel! My partner and I had our first stay in Italy and had booked this hotel. Don't be as foolish as we were, book elsewhere. We were awakened by bedbugs during our second night in our very mediocre room, barely cleaned with numerous unidentified stains. This was the last straw, so we went to the reception and showed them our photo. They barely examined the picture and immediately gave us a new hotel room. This, to me, confirmed that they are already familiar with the issue. I explained that our trip is now ruined and that we want full compensation for our stay. They told us to contact Booking. We did this right away, and Booking told us to contact the reception again. When we returned to the reception, we were met by the evening staff, explained the situation, and she was very nonchalant and rude. And she said we can't get our money back??? The craziest thing I've experienced. Now we have to get rid of all our clothes and buy new ones. So if you want to cozy up with bedbugs, I highly recommend this hotel! I'm including pictures so that you have something to look forward to.

To get straight to the point, this hotel is disgusting, I genuinely don’t understand where they got the 4-stars ranking from. The rooms are in terrible condition, they severely lack maintenance and cleaning. The minibar had absolutely no drinks inside and was all rusty. The bed frame is teared and stained. The shower curtain in moldy and stained. The shower is a bit clogged so it doesn’t drain the water fast enough, and since the shower floor is literally at the same level of the bathroom floor, water disperses everywhere. The air conditioner doesn’t work sometimes, and when it does it’s very noisy and loud. The staff isn’t that friendly or helpful. The breakfast (which they advertise as their best feature) is plain, the fruits are not fresh at all, and the juices taste so « artificial ». I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.

They gave us a room for disabled people and as a result we could not properly use the bathroom. There was a heating leak from the window and the room was a bit cold. Not very clean and they have transportation that you have to pay for the ride from and to the airport 10e. The staff is helpful and the have very generous buffet for breakfast though.

From where to start. Giving 1 star is to much, if I could I wouldn't put à star. 1.The receptionist at the evening was not polite, not even a smile. It's for free you know.... 2. 4 elevators only one works, you have to wait. 3. Dark hall, with an even darker room. 4. Dirt on the floor, I don't even want to know what it was. 5. Holes and dirt of dead mosquitos everywhere on the room. 6. A leaking sink. 7. Electricity panel without door (no security if you have a child). 8. A mini bar with 2 only small bottles of water. 9. Television, but no remote. 10. No phone at the room. We arrived in the evening after a long trip with the motorbike 12hours in total so we stayed the night, but the next morning we left couldn't stay longer in that building. It needs a good renovation cause it's falling a part. After that we booked a new hotel that was a good experience.

The worst 4 star you will ever see or experience in your life. Beware!! Mould on carpet. Bed bugs in bed Holes in the wall Floor wet from leaking air condition but atleast my air condition worked, other rooms it didn’t work Windows blow open when it rains Sometimes you get full clean, sometimes half, sometimes none Sometimes Exterior of hotel is quite nice and teases you that the rooms will be ok but it’s a gamble Sometimes the electric and internet cuts Location requires your own car or you walk to catch bus The staff I think have had so many complaints over the year that it’s normal and as you can see from the other reviews people still come and stay so there is no urgency to improve I wish there was an Italian consumer affairs or health safety department If you prepaid the best you can do is Just change rooms and hope for the best. Feel sorry for them sometimes Most of our party changed rooms once. Others changed rooms twice Some of the staff are nice some are very rude If it was a 2 star or backpacker for less than 30€ per night maybe it be ok Restaurant is actually ok

The hotel is in a chaotic condition and is not recommended!! Bathroom dirty, shower no hot water and doors broken. Doors are open 10cm so that the bathroom is flooded. Towels smell very strong and the entrance to the bathroom has been poorly repaired with a broken glass door. The room door cannot be closed properly. A chair for safety had to be enough. Air conditioning was broken so we had to change rooms. The room wasn't much better and the noise from the highway makes it a restless night. Are looking forward to breakfast. Definitely don't book again is the conclusion.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed ...!!!! ( i have visited more than 70 countries!! It was my worst hotel experience. rooms are not clean. He was bitten by bedbugs for days. I was hospitalized, I went to the doctor and hospital.. They changed my room (tried to change). The sheets in the room they changed were also dirty. There was human hair in the bed (I hope so) It is really bar hotel. There are spider webs even in the restaurant. I brought the doctor's report. They didn't even apologize..

I have been to this hotel before. This year we went on a family tour of Italy, otherwise we come from Croatia. I suggested this hotel as an ideal place to spend the night. My opinion is that the hotel is very nice, wonderful rooms. The breakfast is excellent, a large selection, especially desserts. In some other hotels, the breakfast is not as rich as here, and there is also fruit, which is commendable. The service is commendable. Maybe the only downside is that the hotel is not close to the center and if you don't have a car it's a bit more complicated. We were by car, so everything is okay for us. If we go on a tour of Italy again, we will definitely come to this hotel again.

4 stars?! This hotel was rated on the most generous liberal arts bell curve! First of all, it isn't even in Milan city (even though they will charge you the city tax). From city center it is a 50 euro taxi ride, or a 30 minute metro ride with a 30 minute bus ride connection and a 10 minute walk. They have a shuttle service that requires reservations, yet the reservations aren't mentioned on the website or front desk. We reserved a king room and were presented with a twin room. Our "upgrade" had a remoteless TV, shattered bathroom mirror, mouldy bathroom shower and no blankets (only sheets). Cleaning service took our towels and never replaced them as is tradition. So yeah... I should have questioned who actually rated this place 4 stars.

Great price for the area. Although it is a little away from the main attractions, you will have to take a few modes of transportation to get to the city center, we didn’t mind because we were able to see the city. The entire check in process was great. The woman at the check in desk was nice and helpful, and all of the people who work at the hotel were helpful. They helped us call a taxi at 5am to get to the train and even when we made a mistake, they helped us figure it out. Breakfast was served to us because of covid, but you simply tell them or point to what you want and they will get it for you. They rooms were cleaned (very clean) EVERY day and they gave us new soaps, towels, toiletries each day. The surrounding area is very industrial, but we felt safe and even walked to get gelato and to a supermarket. Overall, we had a very good stay at Idea and would return next time we visit.

What I like about the hotel was its breakfast and their staff. I'd rather say now it's a 2.5-star hotel because it needs a renovation(2023). However, from the project management point of view, I can say maintaining elevators and upgrading a few pieces of equipment or buying mattress cover don't require much costly management effort even in high season.

The room was not clean, the air conditioning and refrigerator did not work, and I was forced to force my door closed by slamming it. When I returned from a work exhibition, my door was unlocked because it did not close properly. When I asked what was causing the Internet to drop, they said that it was my phone and laptop. The bar and kitchen staff were outstanding

Not at all clean. I didn't like it and I won't be back. The friendliness of the staff, the environment of the Hotel is a disaster and the photos speak for themselves. Stained carpets, hallways, windows, bathroom with things I didn't use. Very unpleasant. I asked for a room change because they did not refund my money for the rest of the 2 days. Garage and additional taxes that are not worth it. 4 elevators and only 1 function.

Worst hotel I have been yet. Rooms are extremely filthy. Mysterious spots are all over the walls, floor and beds. I have found all kinds of fungi in the bathroom and even the toilet is dirty. As for the service... The beds were missing a couple of pillows and the food is horrible. The location is even worse. Gangster paradise in the suburbs of Milan. Looking for some place to score heroin? Try the guy in the parking lot.

A 4 star hotel it certainly is not. The breakfast is not very good but the buffet has the most necessary and the rooms are okay. It is great that the hotel offers transportation with their shuttle bus that can take guests to and from the nearest metro station San Siro in the morning and evening as long as it is before 10 am and 10 pm. However, they do not bring and pick up when there is football at the station such as on Saturdays. It must be said, however, that it is easy to use public transportation. Google maps clearly show routes and the tickets can be easily purchased at a metro station for cheap money. Ticket cost 12 euros for 72 hours. The nearest bus station was about 300 meters from the hotel. It therefore takes about 40 minutes to get to the center with the M5 line, where you have to change to the M1 line along the way. On the day of departure at night we had to take a taxi to the main station which is 13km from the hotel and in the end transport with the Idea Hotel booking was probably more expensive than if we had found a hotel in the center. The staff were generally sweet and helpful at the hotel.

Hotel is not a good choice to stay in Milan for a vacation. Rooms are average but clean and breakfast good. Services are poor, receptionists were not willing to help in any way, at the website offered hotel-metro transfer not working (you need to use buses what is bit problem during the night). Quite noisy thanks to close highway. Overall, the hotel is old with no sign of any investment to rebuild, renovation, or reconstruction.

First time staying at a hotel where it actually doesn't seem to have any backup power supply? Let me be clear, this hotel is in the middle of no-where and 5G/4G is really unstable here. This is the situation now at the hotel where everyone is scrambling to get manual keys to their room as the electronic access card is not working. You bath with cold water due to electricity not working and sleep with the window open to avoid suffocating in the middle of summer. To be honest the pros for this hotel is quite subliminal. Judge for yourself. Pro: cheap, has aircon (rare), water heating Con: broken equipment, broken doors, rundown facade, unequipped staff My learnings from this: don't cheap out n just pay more to stay at the city with better facilities.

Very Bad Hotel as far as hygiene is concerned, and let's not even talk about comfort !!! Let's begin : the room we booked was not like the pictures, and not as described, as soon as we stepped in our room we felt a very strong smell of bleach, that was covering bad smells of mould and smoke, the bed was small, the sheets had some white stains and smelling bad, the carpet had known better days, the room phone had missing buttons, the remote control of the TV set missed the back cover and the battery , the bath room... a cabin shower with stains and decaying rubber joints, the sink tap was very dirty and rusted, i did not have the courage to take a shower, since there was a smell of bleach we kept the window opened the all night, we slept with our clothes and jacket on because the heater air conditioning was not working, needless to say that it was not a night of rest, let's talk about the breakfast !!! I tried a slice of salami, that i could not swallow as it was so much rancid, the coffee was not good, so at that point i decided it was enough, and i would have a breakfast in a descent place, i checked out one night earlier, and cut short my to days visit to Milano, I do not advise this Hotel at all, if anybody want i can share a few pictures of my room

I'm not sure who said this was a 4 star hotel, but this is just barely past a 2. For starters, when I stepped inside the room, the carpet wreaked of cigarettes. The curtains of the washroom had people's shavings on it and mold on the bottom from the water. Additionally, under the bed there was a lot of stuff under so clearly the cleaning person does not properly clean the rooms, only as long as the bed is made and there is toilet paper and towels. I'm also not going to forget about the fact the vending machine only works when there is nobody at the bar, it should be working 24/7, because it makes no sense to walk all the way to the bar to vend out a bottle of water or a quick snack? For people interested on how far away this hotel is from duomo (the main tourist part of italy), you MUST take a bus and metro in order to get there. There is thankfully 3 bus stops that are right beside the hotel so that wasn't as hassle. you must get the ATM MILANO app in order to purchase metro & bus tickets ahead of time, since there is no nearby area to actually purchase tickets. No comment on food since I didn't purchase my hotel with a food package. Long story short, you get what you pay for, don't expect a 4 star hotel with the price of this, but it also could be worse.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This website will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. Good hotel to stay only one thing it is very far from city center but very easy to approach city through bus and Metro if you are traveling liver or you are a tourist then really nice place to stay and one thing more in Milan matro is very economical

The location is terrible. It is located outside Milan in some area that looks quite abandoned. I wouldn't feel safe walking there even in the afternoon. As we approached the hotel, it stunk of sewage outside. The lobby looked very unwelcoming, and we were "greeted" by the very lonely and very untidy-looking receptionist. He had no name badge; the reception area looked like a messy office with all sorts of papers and things around. While my husband was checking us in, my daughter asked to use the toilet, so I took her to the toilet located on the ground floor. It looked horrific. It was dirty and smelly, and there were some bugs in the sink. It looked like a public toilet in a busy train station. When I came back very much concerned, I overheard another lady complaining to the receptionist that the room they had just checked in was dirty and there was something spilt on the floor in their room. There was no manager in the hotel to discuss any concerns; the receptionist was very rude and dismissive. To cut a long story short, we left the place despite it being the middle of the night and despite them not refunding our money. I simply didn't feel safe in that place with my children. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was 40 miles from the airport. $110 for trip to hotel fro. Airport. $30 into city center. $30 back. The carpet was dirty and maintenance was needed. Toilet was insecure. Phone didn't work. Breakfast was powdered eggs and greasy undercooked bacon and toasters did not toast. Not what we expected 🙃 just disappointed. The staff was great. Only one English channel.

The staff were so friendly and lovely (Marco, Grazzi!) our room was very spacious and clean, great shower and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place near the airport (they have a €5 shuttle bus every 30 mins which is fantastic as taxis are not cheap!) overall, a lovely stay!

The location of the hotel is not the best, if you have your own vehicle you will be ok but if you aren't it will cost you a lot! Parking is not free you need to pay 5€ per day but the have 24 security, the stuff in reception there are really slow.. 15 minutes for five people! Room's are big but wasn't very clean there was a certain smell! Breakfast was very nice, reach and was included in the price! The hotel is pet friendly and behind there is a cool farm with animals I am sure kids will love to go and play

We have booked 3 single rooms from 18.09.-20.09.23 and were absolutely surprised about the follwoing points: 1. Telephone in the room did not work at all 2. The safe in the room did not work as well 3. Cleanless in the room was poor We have asked to clean up and to make necessary action upon our arrival. Nothing happened. At the end of our stay I reported my the above mentioned points again. The only answer I received was to write an E-Mail. I am not recommending this hotel for the price we got charged. For a 4 Star Hotel and the price I am expecting a different service and action. The excuse that there are renovation works going on, which was not visible even not heard any activity, it gave me the impression, it was a good excuse to place these cards in the elevators. I feel sorry to write this but if no actions are taken, it had to be done.

The room door was broken and can’t be locked, the bathroom door lock was broken as well. The AC doesn’t work, also the water flow in the shower is so low. We stayed twice in our trip, the first bight they charged 16€ for city tax and parking and the other night 18€ for no reason for the price change. Stay away from this Hotel.

Terrible all round. Would give 0 stars if possible. Greeted by a very uninterested man who decided to put us in a filthy room which included dusty phones, stains all over the floors, smudges all over glass and even some mystery material (probably from someones nose on the window) See photos. After asking for a replacement room the lady on the desk offered to clean the room if we would wait, I refused. After eventually giving us a replacement room, we found it to be just as stained and filthy as the first but this time with insects instead. No remotes in either room and some nice broken glass in the replacement room bathroom. Disgusting. Don't waste your money or expect help. Hotel also asks for city tax even though it's located well outside city limits, about 9km from the city centre.

The service was terrible! In the room, everything was broken – no hangers for clothes, no remote control for the TV, a broken landline telephone, and despite promises to fix everything, no one came. The safe was closed, the tap was leaking, and the door was broken. On a positive note, they offer a shuttle service, allowing you to reach the closest metro station for free within 15 minutes using their car. We fell ill due to the abnormal room temperature, which was a scorching 30°C. Which is why we had to keep the window open the entire time, and even when we requested to turn off the heating, no action was taken! The room descriptions provided when we booked the hotel were misleading. There is no air conditioning, no soundproofing in the rooms, no wardrobe, no bidet, and no minibar. To add to the frustration, we waited for our coffee at the bar for an hour, and no one came.

Absolutely awful experience! Disgusting rooms, dirty, bugs in the room, electric wires exposed on the floor, exposed electric panel on the wall…very dangerous. The drapes had multiple holes, and Debora at the front desk was extremely rude. If i could give 0 stars, i would. Multiple families complained in front of my eyes too, about: bed bugs, mould in the bathroom, smell of weed, etc.

This Hotel is weathered , poorly maintained and not at all near4 star standard. No coffee in room No instructions on telephone to call reception, room service or outside line. No TV channel guide Intermittent and poor wifi reception Poor lighting in Room and passages. Dirty carpets Poor maintenance around the hotel with overgrown weed all around the hotel. If you don’t book your shuttle service as advised not necessary by reception the shuttle driver really gets annoyed. Location is far from station and shuttle service limits flexibility in your daily plans. Parking at €8 per night expensive. A small take away americano at €3 is insane. Staff was polite enough. Website pictures are very misleading

Would not recommend. If I’ve would’ve known I would’ve rather payed more money for a better hotel then to stay here…… Rooms were dirty, there was a weird smell in the room so we had to keep the window open. It looked like the shower head had mold on it, and on the carpet were a couple of really dirty spots… We booked a kingsize bed but got a room with 2 single beds. Staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We stayed here for 3 nights, they changed our bed sheets everyday, en changed the towels every day. The towels were really used and damaged….. The first night we had dinner at the hotel, very limited choice, and was not tasteful at all… We didn’t had breakfast in the hotel because there was almost no choice in what to eat…. Luckily we had a car, and there is a parking place in front of the hotel! It’s a long trip with public services to the centre of Milano. Would recommend to come in the weekend because of the ztl zones.

Shower and washbasin leaking, in shower mold. In room always cold, when you return back as climatization set to 20 °C. Carpet with permanent dirt, TV not possible to start. Leaving early morning, ordered breakfast box, leaving and at the reception "sorry, seems colleague has forgotten to prepare". Costs aprox 100€ per night. My worst experience with any kind of hotel.

The hotel is not what it looks like in pictures on their website. It's 10 to 16% cheaper than the hotels in the city but don't waste your money. The sheets on the bed were wet, no towels in the bathroom, ac didn't work, breakfast was all boxed food. My allergies kicked in and my husband's legs were covered with mosquito bites. We requested to check out and get a refund for the other nights so we could go to a different hotel the answer we got was once you check in it becomes non refundable. This place is NOT WORTH IT !!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! ITALY-STYLE OF 4 STARS (which is at max.2 stars?) We unfortunately have booked more than one room. The rooms are dirty, old and not safe!!!! In one of the two rooms, you can't sit on the toilet evenly or safely because of splinters. The AC does not work and when coming in the room, the room has 30 degrees celsius. In our other room the window cannot be closed. The night was icecold and receptionist said he can only give us a pillow for the cold area but he cannot help us. After I called the police he was a little more helping but in the end we have to wait to the morning for the "woman" who can help us. Well she couldn't help us at all. She just said it's the managers fault and that's it. Bad hotel, worse service and worst manager who was not even available for problems or emergencies. The rooms are really bad here, don't come here if you want a basic room for sleep.

There was an infestation of biting bugs in the bed. It was too late to switch room and the hotel was full. Staff apologized and gave us the manager's card to request a partial refund. Contacted the manager twice who did not even respond. There was blood on the sheets from my friend being bitten, fighting these bed bugs all night. Stay away from the hotel, plenty of choices in better locations.

Poor condition of the room. Poor service. In general better avoid this hotel. With this prices its easy to find much better conditions. Staff is turning of fuse in order to not use air conditioning . It's not polite 😔

Well our stay wasn't the best. It was too far from where we wanted to be such as shopping, metro station. The bus stop going to the area after 8pm. So we were stranded and we did not have phone service being we just arrived. Thank GOD some friendly by stander helped to call 📞 a taxi for us. Dinner at the hotel was not so good but the breakfast was nice. Hotel Staff and housekeeping were friendly. I'm giving 2 stars because poor location, and the hotel doesn't not seem to have enough Staff to help with transportation to and from this in the middle of nowhere Hotel.

-1 star because receptionist do not say us that we should register on shuttle. In general hotel not bad, kinda far, but if you on car its ok. Breakfast is good, a lot of froots, large choise of cakes.

This is NOT a 4-star Hotel. Maybe a motel. Google states Parking- just know its an extra charge of 6€ Google states complimentary Breakfast- they wanted to charge extra 7€ per person for breakfast. There is free WiFi, but the signal is very weak. The bed was by the right wall of the room and there was a third bed although we are only 2 ppl. The room was set up for three people, yet the hotel gave us only one towel? And we couldn't reach the poor reception guy because he had a huge line of people checking in as he was there all by himself. Bad experience. I do not recommend. Price isn't low enough for the quality

Rooms out dated, stains on walls and carpets. Pillows are terrible. AC does not work. Couldnt sleep all night because would wake up sweating. Asked front desk for a fan or solution and the lady just said nothing they can do. Overpriced hotel. Multiple people waiting for different items at breakfast as the y would run out of items and not refill for 10 to 15 minutes while people waited in frustration. I will never stay here again! Wasted money on a place I cannot even sleep at!

Despite the bad reviews my stay here was not bad. Ok, its not a 4 star hotel, but for the money you can’t complain. The breakfast isn’t anything special but you have the basics. Parking is good only costs 6€ per day and it’s guarded. The room was clean, and the staff was kind.

The parking is very nice it’s a guarded lot with security personal and cameras. The breakfast is very tasty

Greetings I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff Rohit, Mahesh and their manager Naseeb has provided. They both have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly feel like a guest and not just a regular customer so hats of to your team. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see them and interact with them at my every visit/stay.

I want to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was severely marred by an encounter with bed bugs in my room, which has caused me significant distress. Upon discovering bed bugs late at night, I immediately reported the issue to the reception. While I appreciate the prompt provision of an alternative room, the damage to my peace of mind had already been done. The thought of bed bugs has been constantly haunting me, leaving me with an unshakeable feeling of discomfort and the sensation of needing to scratch or the feeling of bugs crawling on my skin. This experience was not only unsupportable but also robbed me of a good night’s sleep, which was the basic expectation of my stay. I am deeply disappointed and now carry the added concern that these bed bugs might somehow follow me back to my home.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in my life. The shower had no doors, everything rusty at the bathroom, the sink was clogged and dripping. The room was ok, but the room was too hot, we were instructed to turn the circuit breaker off to turn the heating system off. The service was terrible. Besides the two guys in reception which were very polite and pacient judging for the extraordinary number of guests waiting to be attended. The maintenance and parking people clearly doesn't know how to work with people. They were rude and messy.
