A bit expensive but very professional personal. For the quality of the services the price is fine.

I made a reservation for just cutting by using an app, but actually they did shampoo and conditioner WITHOUT explaining anything. The staff has pretty good skills I guess but at last they told me to pay cutting fee and also shampoo and conditioner fee. I can’t totally understand why they didn’t give me any explanation about it. I don’t have any choice but say that they cheated me. 50 euro for only cutting and very bad shampoo experience( it was not comfortable at all) was too expensive. I never go there.

There is an Aveda salon in Milano that compares to the US (if not a little better). I was incredibly nervous about booking an appointment because I dye my hair red which is a notoriously hard color. But the staff and expertise of this Aveda salon put me completely at ease. There is a bit of a difference from the US in the sense that it seems there is a "head" salon/stylist and then more assistant type workers. When I came in initially, I spoke with the head guy and gave him the formula for my hair color from the States. He said they didn't have the same ingredients here in Italy but he could get the hair color to be close/the same. He went and mixed the color and then his assistant actually applied the color and spoke with me. Once I was done processing (the head guy is the one who checked my processing/color and gave it the OK), they washed my hair and gave me a bit of a massage (the chair gives a massage as well) and put warm towels on my hands and a light aromatherapy spray on my face (they ask you before they do any of these things so you can decline if you want). The assistant spoke perfect English which was super helpful for me. At the end, she styled my hair with some waves (using a hair dryer instead of curling iron) and put a salve on my ends so they wouldn't split. In total, it took about 2 hours (normal for the US as well for my hair color) and cost about $50 less than the US, even with the tip I gave her (not expected here but still welcome) and some product I bought. All my nerves were put at ease so I booked another appointment for December. I did not have them cut my hair but I think I will in my next appointment. Overall, 10/10 and will definitely go again!!! I've been going for a few months now to cut my hair and beard and I must say they are exceptional. Great hospitality, always smiling, they make sure that it is not just "I'm going to cut my hair", but rather a real pleasure! An example? They have chairs for massaging hair washing and this, combined with the girls' skill in washing and massaging the scalp, makes the shampoo before and the post-cut rinse a real treat! The beard is always precise and the haircut is always top. All the various products used are top notch. I read in the comments that "it's expensive" but, honestly, for the services it provides, the products it uses, the final result and the feeling of relaxation it leaves at the end, for me it's far too cheap! Go there!

Try to get my hair done but left because they were not very friendly or informative

Tony is the absolute number one in Milan. Stop by him, you won't regret it! Top product quality, professionalism and customer care. Small lounge, but very welcoming and with refined furnishings

After having tried several hairdressers in the city I feel like leaving a positive review: cut and style up to expectations and at a reasonable price as indicated by other users. Excellent packages and Aveda products. The only flaw, which is why I give 4 stars: I prefer to be served by a single person and ideally the one chosen at the time of booking (mandatory), and ideally, also be able to book by telephone. Optimal.

All perfect! The girls who take care of the color are simple, attentive to requests and very kind. All the staff are fast, decisive and do exactly what you ask in an extremely fast time, but that doesn't mean they don't pay attention to details. I was offered a glass of water and while I was shampooing the chair was in massage mode. I took advantage of a discount for a promotion and left more satisfied than ever. I will come back for sure.
