    We waited a half hour in line. After we paid for our food we got to the pickup window after another ten minutes. The person gave me the bag. Before I drove off my wife asked about the coffee we had ordered for $2.79. The person handing us the bag said they were out of coffee. After some back and forth which included some incredulity that they could be out of coffee at 6:30 in the evening, we were offered a refund. I asked for the refund. After another 10 minutes the short round woman manager managed to get the cash out of her drawer and give it to the person at the window who gave it to me. I told the young man to inform the Dolt Manager that this was the worst McDonald's that I had been to in the whole country. In fact I am 74 years old and been going to McDonald's since the 60's. That was the worst McDonald's experience ever. That Manager needs to be trained properly how to manage a McDonald's. While I was there I clearly saw people wandering around who could have been more productivity preparing food. I repeat, this was The Worst McDonald's experience EVER!!!!

    I really disliked this place because we ordered a 10pc Nugget with fries, iced coffee, and a fountain drink. And yet we got a completely different meal. We only got the fountain drink, yet we paid for the iced coffee, which was basically just cream. Only okay part about this awful vist was the food.

    Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Counter ppl have zero idea what they're doing. 20+ minutes for a std combo meal. Auto upcharged for drink I didn't ask for or asked about. Will not return. What happened to McDonald's in general? Regional mgr s need to step it up.

    It's one of the worst McDonald's eive ever been too. ALWAYS very slow, unorganized and chaotic. Staff even on their phones making calls. This location is a joke

    The staff have been so nice recently. The fries are always hot at lunchtime and the morning crew is really polite. The people at the window in the morning always smile at me and it's just a good way to start my day I guess 😃 😊

    Food is as expected and despite repeating myself several time the drink order was incorrect. Understanding that's not the most glamorous job and it was only drinks they get a pass.

    Dont expect much from mc donalds but it looks like they dropped a container of salt on the food. Inedible, went in the garbage. Will not return to this location.

    After accepting my code from the app, I was informed there is no coffee. I was not offered an estimated time frame for brewing or asked if I would be willing to wait. I was simply told "We have no coffee". After stopping at a different McDonald's for my coffee (having to pay full price because the app only let's you use the coupon once a day), I called the store to complain. The manager, John, offered excuses stating he had just arrived. When I asked to speak to the manager that was on at the time and was told I could not. Needless to say the issue did not get resolved. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Ann Arbor or Dundee are worth the extra distance.

    Make a third window for all the messed up orders you serve, I'll sit at the pickup window and go through my order for now on to make sure my hard earned money is getting the correct order.if I hold up traffic well that's what happens,

    So many people working and nothing getting down. Not the first time we will go to anyone else to much anger dealing with this fast (Not fast) food. Our meal was either over cooked or under cooked!!!
