    We've ordered the large deep dish quite a few times now and although it's a good pizza, we always have to finish cooking it when we get home. The cheese is never that golden brown you look forward to.This evening was the 6th or 7th time this has happened. Although we'd started ordering the pizza to be cooked "well done", another problem is, we usually end up waiting those several extra minutes at pickup even AFTER the time we're told it'll be ready. Since we forgot to say "well done" this evening, time to speak up on reviews. It's ridiculous to have to "finish cooking the pizza" as if, that's just what you're​ supposed to do. If not for this bother, we'd rate full 5 stars.

    We've ordered from here before without incident, but today's pizzas were just not good. Not ready when promised - app indicated that they were ready 20 minutes before they were. If you're running late that's okay, but don't say it is done and have me wait in the store for 20 minutes, let me stay home. The olives weren't rinsed and were just overwhelming - pizza tasted like olive brine even after we picked them all off. Disappointed. Their response said to fill out their survey and they would make it right. Took 20 minutes to do that and crickets. Apparently they make it right by doing absolutely nothing. Why offer if you're just going to do nothing? Maybe you'll have better luck with your pizza?

    If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a thin crust and the crust tasted burnt. Entirely different than the one I had last week. The manager refused a refund without seeing the pizza. Well today is trash day and it’s gone. The manager would not listen and kept interrupting me and say that is the way it’s supposed to taste. He could not understand the difference between crisp and burnt. So for $26 Marco’s has lost a customer. Do yourself a favor and order from Hungry Howies instead. I’ve never got a burnt pizza from them.

    To start the pizza was 5-⭐️, they all loved it! BUT? Ugh smh, that woman working inside rn on 12/31/2023 @ 6pm is very very rude. Idk who peed in her wheetie’s but it sure wasn’t us😒 We’re in town for New years staying across at the Baymont Hotel & ordered a pizza & breadsticks for dinner. My son & I drive across, I go inside & there’s a nice young man at the register & he gets our pizza, sets it on counter & as I’m paying him I threw a 5$ in tip jar, & when I turned back to grab the pizza I asked him about the breadsticks? ( right as I was asking him I had thrown another 5$ in the tip jar bc it’s New Year’s Eve ya know) & that woman turns around “already being rude” telling me I didn’t order breadsticks. Now, lemme just say this, I don’t eat pizza, I only eat the cheese sticks so believe me I don’t forget them. We even asked twice to make sure & for both sauces bc it seemed like she wasn’t either paying attention or was too busy, idk. She’s not a happy person. So she says that she knows we didn’t order them bc she took the order & reiterated it back to us & we agreed- we agreed bc she rattled off the breadsticks for crying out loud😕I’m more mad rn that I threw that extra 5$ in jar equaling a 10$ tip to be treated or talked at rudely. -BTW, everyone loved the pizza! Except that they also didn’t put garlic/parm on the crust of pizza & it’s written on the receipt so she sure can’t argue that one. But people like that usually do smh. Happy New Year anyways:)

    I called in at 10:27 PM on 7-12-23. Just as I've done before. This time they refused to take my order. I was told that they had a rush, and that if they took my order then it would cause them to have to work after 11. If you are open until 11 then this shouldn't be an issue. If you want to close at 10:27 then don't advertise as being open until 11. I would have made other plans if this was the case. Laziness. You've lost a customer.

    We've always enjoyed Marco's, until a couple of months ago. We did an online order for delivery and after an hour we still hadn't received our food so we called to check on it. They told us that they couldn't deliver it so they cancelled the order, which they never told us. My wife asked for the manager and he said "I am the manager", so she asked what he could do for us since we didn't get our food, didn't get notified it wasn't coming, and they never even offered to make it and have us pick it up. He said "nothing". So...we no longer order from there anymore. It's a shame, definitely need new management and an accurate website. If you don't offer delivery 7 minutes away, don't list it on your website, and don't have rude management that won't even contact you to let you know your food isn't coming. Not even an apology. Very unprofessional.

    Just wanted to say thank you to the lady behind the counter. We stopped to get dinner and as soon as we walked in the lady asked if we’d like a free pizza,cheese bread and gave us 2 Pepsi. An end to a very bad day. Thanks again and we will stop by again sometime. Heather from Dayton,Ohio.

    Have enjoyed Marco's pizza and subs for 30 years but they choose not to deliver by me anymore. Guess they don't need the business so stay away!!!
