I can't give less than one star... we booked for 11 and they put 19 of us in the pigeon loft camped as best we could on our feet without even enough chairs for everyone. All thanks to Marcello (pr)... who didn't manage the reservations in the best possible way. The music then... 70's-80'90s evening... where?? maybe 4-5 pieces the rest a mixture..not to mention the entrance, the only access is an elevator, 4 at a time to go up and down 🤦. Not recommended!!

Staff always in a hurry and disorganized. We booked for 7 people and they made us sit on 3 4-seater sofas, in front of a door that was constantly opened and through which a lot of cold kept coming through. Too confusing place with discreet buffet, suitable for pensioners and people who want to argue. I could recommend better for a €25 buffet. Beer ok Marcello terrible organiser, grumpy and rude. I feel sorry for the venues that will host him again. I recommend a good re-education school for these characters.

4 November: Risotto festival OBSCENE EXPERIENCE Located on the first floor above the bowling alley with elevator access, you already understand how badly organized they are as soon as you leave, filled with people crowded together to pay and be assigned to tables, with difficulty we get seated on time at 8pm as indicated. Everything is silent, after 40 minutes we understand that the drinks are not brought to the tables but we have to queue at the bar, I ask for two beers: "in 20 minutes, they are hot at the moment". Are you organizing an evening with 100 people and have warm beers? I move on to the wine and here I admit the only positive note, I pay for two glasses and mindful of the experiences in the various restaurants where they usually pour you two fingers of wine, they fill a glass of about 1/2 litre, in the meantime it is 9pm, the wine begins punctually musical show and finally the first course of risotto arrives: Milanese style, gorgonzola and walnuts, mushrooms, radicchio and scamorza. Surprise, the Milanese risotto seems to me with pumpkin, better, the others acceptable. All you can eat, we await further courses: nothing; you have to queue with the plates in hand and take what you get because they prepare one risotto at a time, in the second queue a mixture of "burnt" flavored radicchio risotto, inedible, in the third queue I presume that the burnt one has been replaced, no and the same as before. The disorganization is impressive. NEVER AGAIN' I pop into the bathroom before running away: no toilet paper. NOT RECOMMENDED

Unfortunately the environment does not improve the situation of the place. The service, excluding the bar, is minimally acceptable and as far as table service is concerned, the kitchen was a black hole that cannot be commented on. What makes you angry is that doing well and doing badly is the same time, but here, in addition to the products used, they really don't know how to cook. I certainly won't be returning. Among other things, we spent 38 euros per person for a buffet, mineral water and coffee, and we saved them for the organized evening.

Purchased a coupon on Groupon and as requested we booked using the service. On the day of booking, we showed up but found the place closed and another group of people who were in the same situation as us. The restaurant is located above a games room and the staff informed us that it often happens that they do not open because if the restaurant does not reach a minimum number of booked seats, they avoid opening. But at least a phone call to let us know the closure??!! I will definitely never book again!!!

Disturbing experience. Claustrophobic place with tables crowded next to stacked sofas, Lucia soft that try to hide corners of dirt. The staff is disorganized at best. We went for an all-can-eat dinner and we had to queue for everything, to enter, to get the various encores, to get drinks. Paid 22 euros for a dish with four samples of rice. The encore was almost all burnt rice. Furthermore, a group of people next to us found all the chairs at the table soaked in water and had to have them replaced. Finally... But is the place up to code? The false ceiling shows signs of infiltration and collapse in several places. Absolutely not recommended

Not qualifying. Bad in everything. One of the worst places I've had the misfortune of entering. Bought a coupon on groupon, they moved my reservation from Friday to Saturday because it was closed on Friday (they blame groupon for the error), I go to Saturday at their request and I hear they say the place is closed for a private event.... I have no words. After a lot of complaints they give me a table, to sit on those sofas I needed the prophylaxis that is given for trips to the Amazon. Terrible organization, owner who tells you to start serving yourself at the buffet and staff who scolds you for leaving before "go"....really poor quality food, little light that doesn't make you understand what you're taking, cutlery missing from the plates where everyone helps themselves....if I really had to make a list it would be like a novel of the betrothed. NOT RECOMMENDED. They invited me to come back as their guest....but I wouldn't go even if they paid me.

Risotto Festival 4 November 2023. Kitchen open from 8pm to 9.30pm the risottos arrive (3 out of 4) embarrassing portions (very little) ok let's wait for the second round, you have to get up and go to the buffet, logically long queue, water 2 euros per 500cl bottle, wine (good ) 18 euros per bottle. Only the live music of the maciacchini is saved, otherwise stay away. Cost of the evening for 3 people: 66 for risotto, 18 for wine and 6 for water. 90 euros given away

Place overbooked compared to the space available, we booked for 11 and found ourselves sharing a small space with another group. As a result, some of us had to eat standing up. Furthermore, the buffet was very poor and not particularly good and of low quality. At 9.30pm it was all over. Terrible service. I definitely won't repeat the experience.

I recently booked a dinner through Groupon and I have to say I had a very fun evening at this restaurant. The fair price of €56 for two people was one of the reasons I decided to book, but the very lively environment and the possibility of dancing made the experience even more enjoyable. The meat I ordered was really very good and I really enjoyed the quality of the food. However, the only flaw of the evening was the buffet, which was not up to par with the rest of the meal. Despite this, the food ordered was so tasty that this did not spoil the experience. I recommend this restaurant to those looking for a fun and special evening, perhaps to celebrate a special occasion or to spend an evening in the company of friends. If you love good meat, this place is for you! Rated 4/5 stars
