Good budget hotel & easy communication area.

Located very closer to the central station. Just 5 mins walk. Other than the best location all other aspects were average. It was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proof. Wifi was very unreliable very slow and drops all the time. Good for a one night stay not more for sure.

Comfortable accommodations, clean facilities, friendly staff, great location just a short walk from the Milano Centrale train station and Lima Metro station. Lots of great restaurants and cafes close by. The rooms are not luxurious by any means, but it was a great place to sleep for the night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to the budget traveler.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst hotel, I’ve ever stepped foot in. We paid 50 euros for one night, went into the room, which was smelly and dirty. So we decided that we didn’t want to spend the night in any of those rooms and wanted our money back after staying in that room for 0.0000001 minutes. The employe who spoke „in the name of the manager“ didn’t want to refund us because we already set foot in the room and he couldn’t do that. After writing an email to the email and getting a sassy response I’m just done with this hotel and I would never recommend you to ever visit this place!

Great location. Has lift and decent breakfast. Rooms decent provided window is left open. Has AC.

Dirty rooms and smells. The mold everywhere. Small and hard beds. The worst hotel in Milan. The worstest employees in the Europe. The price on arrival to the hotel is higher than on the site. Upd: In the morning the hotel employee behaved rudely, shouted and cursed. He said: the door is open, get out.

The stuff are friendly. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel is clean. The bed and the pillows were not really comfortable and the lift didn't always work. For a 2 stars hotel and the prices it was more than I expected 👌

Room has a good size, bathroom too. AC is a bit slow. Breakfast is reasonable, but a without many options. Reasonably close to the central station.

Staff is rude, im taking a shower and all of a sudden the staff is knocking at our door my niece opened it and asking of he can come in and he wanted to look where the leak at the breakfast area came from. My niece did not allow him to go to the room and when we checked out he was so mad and no courtesy to say thank you lucky i did not understand every single word he said but his expressions showed that he is mad.. The staff need to learn more good manners regarding customer service. Never again the place needs a make over so that they can attract more customers.

The price and quality of this hotel are good. Perfect for a night or two in Milano.

Location n breakfast were good, there were 2 guys at the reception, one was extremely helpful n other (clean shave guy) was very rude n mean he needs to learn some customer service.....

It' s ok, clean and simple

Location is really good. We didn't get chance to have breakfast so not sure how it is. But service is just OK. Saturday morning there ll be some market infront of this hotel where in you ll get lots of stuff for very cheap price.

paradiso is a place sleep and have your piece of mind without worried everything is working under control.very respectful reception and nice rooms.
