These guys are great! We used Musement about 4 times already to book different tours and everything went so smoothly. We once had to call their customer service because we were a bit late on the time scheduled for our tour departure and they were extremely nice and helpful. Strongly recommended!

A company specialised in fooling customers. Pretending you buy tickets, but in fact it's just vouchers. Refund? No! You have to read the fine print. Unbelievable ... and this company is a member of the honoured TUI group? Kiddin ...

I booked with them a guided visit at the Egyptian museum in Turin. A few days before the visit they discovered that their provider didn’t have any availability and they cancelled it… simply shocking unprofessional. Question - why did you take my money if you didn’t know if you could offer the service??? Stay away from these people… best case scenario they don’t know what they do. Worst case they are not legit…

We booked a Musement Tour in Antwerpen. The walk did not take place because the guide did not show up. Only after a few days we learned that the tour was cancelled. No text and no email was provided. Conclusion: Company and it's contractors are not reliable.

Don‘t book tours over musement.com We booked a tour to the church Santa Maria della Grazia and the last super. Meetingplace where infront of the church at 10 o’clock. No Guide, no tickets, no information over the hotline. At 12 a guy was comming and put us into a totaly boring place to wait another hour. Then they they told us to come with them to join another group of people who booked a tour over them. Total chaos and no apology.

bought 2 tickets park güell, 3 days before and on a sunday evening my tickets got cancelled for tuesday. wrote a email and the answer came 2 days later. wouldn‘t recommend them. avoid.

i received 3 credit card charges from this company for i . am not sure what but it was over 750us funds billed to my new credit card. I live on the other side of the world and have never been to Milan....

worst customer service I have ever experienced from the company. Our host left meeting point before the agreed time, making me to waste almost 1k which I have paid in general for the travel as the only reason we came to Paris, was to go to Eiffel tower. Tried to contact company via telephone, on the day FOR 2hrs with NO response. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!! AVOID!

Booked the "Last Supper" tour. Received almost instantly confirmation and meeting point. When we showed up, turned out we were provided a bad meeting point. Eventually we were able to join the 3 hour tour for the last 30 minutes. Employees sympathized with our situation and indicated that the company erred in providing the wrong meeting point. When asked for refund we were told that it was our mistake since another company sent us a new meeting point - which we never received. It seems they are only re-sellers. Very bad experience! Not recommended.

This company is a SCAM! They have cancelled our booking out of the blue, no explanation given and no money back yet. It cost us 107€ which are lost and we have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp and they are completely ignoring the request. Don't book with them!

We bought a ticket with audoguide and headphones inclused. The audioguide that we had to download was a lot of poorer than the one that is sold near the entrance. What more, we had to buy the headphones on ourselves because the guide didn't inform us about procedures. Edit: you're full of s*it. There was no information about how to take the headphones in the section "what to remember" and the guide didn't tell anything. You're the worst travel agency ever.

Our booking was confirmed, the tickets not issued yet. Lo and behold not only was there no tour, but also musement didn't deem it necessary to inform us - and when we found out what happened it was 'beyond their control'. Beyond their control to inform us that they had to cancel the tour we booked AND payed for?

I bought a ticket from the MUSEMENT company for the "future museum in Dubai". They debited the money from my credit card and wait almost 5 days to let me that the day and the hour I choosed was not available and proposed me two other dates and hours. I confirm one, still not having my tickets, after several mails and another 3 days I get info that they had a technical issue and they could not make my reservation. Quite strange that this reservation took more than one week( keep in mind with other serious company it takes 2 minutes) before advising despite there proposition. The final decision is that I could not have a ticket and I loose more that one week inorder to get informed, and therefore could not be able to look for another option since they take the money from my credit card. This is not the way to deal with clients, and also not be able to answer any of my mail. Laos when I asked for explanation , this also remained unanswered. This is outrageous and scandalous.

I booked a tour for La sagrada Family 4 months before my trip. One month before my trip they send me a email asking if they can change my tour for the next day. I was not a problem because I was planning to stay in Barcelona for three nights. A week after my trip they asked again to change the time. A day before my visit they send me a email to change my day for like 3 days after I suppose to leave the city. I am so mad and disappointed. I was trying to buy my ticket with another company but everything is sold out. So sad. I came to this city to visit this church and not is not happening. So sad!

Beware of this company. They just dont care. I do not know how google promote them in attraction sites. Guess it is all about who pays for advertisements. They immediately took the money for the attraction i booked and two hours before the time of the attraction they emailed me that it was cancelled and offered to rebook for next day. 1) i lost a day in paris 2) i lost the chance to book in the desired date and time from other more professional agency or directly 3) i left paris without visiting one of the main attractions that i wanted to visit 4) they refunded me after cancellation and i lost 10 percent in currency exchange (although if they are professional they can only hold money not withdraw until they confirm their bookings) 5) after multiple emails with them they gave me a 15 euro voucher which to use until end of year as if i will ever again book with this untrustworthy company. Thank you but you can keep your voucher for yourself. Scam companies like yours should not be functioning and google should reconsider promoting you in the european attractions. Had i known you are a company from Italy i would have never have booked through you. Useless and untrustworthy. If there is less than one star i would have given you

Please do not use, I bought entrance for the uffizi, booking was never confirmed, but money has been taken away. When asked, they told me to talk to my bank…

The company has ignored all the cancellation notifications from our side. No reply, no money return. They seem to “steal” money from tourists. So stay away!

We got lost and missed our meet time. When I tried to work with them to reschedule I got no response. We ended up buying tickets on our own just so that we wouldn't miss our chance to see the Eiffel Tower. Standing in line to purchase tickets was easy and much cheaper. I would never use this service again. I basically gave them $90.00 for nothing.
